Sonia was very polite and did a great job with cleaning my cuticles and making sure i am comfortable 8 months pregnant.But color has already been ruined a few hours later and i was charged extra for long lasting polish.So for Sonia i give a great reviewBut for the quality of polish to the price i am giving a low review.

Update: I’ve been going to Sonia for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier! My nails are stunning and perfect everytime. She’s a true artist! My nails have never looked or felt better. Bravo to Sonia✨I’m in love with my Biab from Sonia! Gel manicures never last on my nails and always peel, but I’ve had my biab almost 2 weeks now and it hasn’t budged. It looks amazing and so natural! Sonia did an amazing job and was so knowledgeable! I’m hooked!!

Did my eyebrows with Somia. It was fast, and very professionally done. I did not even need to explain what I wanted. I also so how nice her own eyebrows were (i am picky) and i knew it would be fine.Then I did my nails with Catherine, as I always do. I trust her so much that I only come if she is available. She also gives great advice and knows how to handle your nail according to its strength.Finally, I did a massage with Marilyn, it was a face massage and after 15 minutes, I feel like my face is plum and my wrinkles or less!Thank you to all the amazing team

I usually come to this salon when I I have any events, and they have the best service. The stuff is very friendly and considerate. I usually do a blow dry and curling iron. I prefer doing it with Omayma since I feel like she knows how to do the best hairstyle in this salon. She’s also very open and kind. She has fast hands but everything turns out perfect at the end.

Whenever I am in Dubai, I only visit Sisters Beauty lounge at MCC for my waxing and salon needs. I always make appointments with Shumaila who is wonderful to work with. Her work is clean and meticulous and she always makes me feel so comfortable. As a bonus, I also enjoy my conversations with her. I also know that she is a talented makeup artist.

5 Stars only for SABITRI she is a gem she did my eyebrows didn’t felt any pain she shaped it very nicely she is so nice so clean if i come back to this place it’s because of her. receptionist not kind i know how people act when i talk with them she didn’t act nicely.

I eyelash extensions that are sticking together and theyre falling off since day 2 and brushing them even gently hurts. I got my eyebrows shaped and the hairs in front were removed which left a gap between my eyebrows, I didnt notice until after the service when I got and the eyebrow lamination keeps peeling to this day and isnt done properly but the hair cut and the blow dry were both amazing.

Wow. Sonia is amazing. I moved here from the UK and I have been looking for a place that does hard wax rather than the strips as I am super sensitive and not used to this method. She did a wonderful job and she threaded my eyebrows so good… I am so happy to have found someone so great. Highly recommend especially if ur an expat from the UK and trying to find service similar to London with professionals who know what they are doing!

Sonia at Sisters City Center Mirdif is by far, the best nail technician in Dubai. When I first visited her, my nails were in a terrible condition with the nail bed paper thin and brittle. Sonia not only gave me the best gel manicures but the magic in her skill is such that my nail health improved tremendously. To top it all, she is a gentle, polite, and wonderful person.

I would love to post my experience again! I loved this salon so much that I revisited it! Their facials are amazing! Sonia did my facial and eyebrows and it was spectacular! Results are great skin feels radiant and smooth especially for a person with acne prone sensitive skin. I also took the Moroccan bath with Rachel and that was also a wonderful experience! I didnt realize how sabi treated my nails that they all started breaking within a week after the manicure. The way she filed them left them so fragile and they all broke. I generally have strong nails but she filed them in the most unsuitable way.

I highly recommend Sisters hair salon. I visited them over a week ago just to enquire about hair services. My hair was damaged and in bad condition and I was hoping to speak to a professional on what service I could take. The personnel at reception was lovely, they went to see if a colourist could speak to me. This is when I met Fauzia. She took time, looking at my hair, hearing what I was hoping to achieve, she provided me with great advice, and with honesty. She said I could reach my goal colour, but this would take time.Feeling confident after our discussion, I booked an appointment. The whole session did take some time but that is what you would expect for this type of services, the atmosphere was relaxing and everyone was being lovely. Fauzia did a fantastic job. We are now the 5th day after my appointment and I cannot count how many compliments I have received about my hair, the styling and the colouring particularly. I feel I am a new person.I cannot recommend Sisters and Fauzia enough. The level of care and professionalism is unmatched in Dubai, and I have been here for nearly 30 years.

I asked for a manicure with a short, square-round shape and a glossy finish, but what I ended up with was not as expected. Despite being told it would take an hour, it felt rushed, and the entire process finished in just 20 minutes.

Update : Ive been a returning customer and everytime Sonia has ensured my nails are healthy , strong and beautiful. She remembers exactly how its done and caters well to cabin crew nails!Also, Did the sisters scalp solutions previously with Jenna and its been amazing!Sonia was great! My second experience here was unusually bad..i went to do my nails for my wedding dayAnd i made it very clear for the nail lady if what i want by showing her a picture..I asked her to do one full nail so that i can see the end result but she said it will take her a long time in that way and there’s no need because she can gaurentee i will be happy..The base of the french manicure was too pink and i kept telling her that but she proceeded to convince me that at the end i will like it..at the end, i didn’t like it .. it wasn’t what i was looking for for my wedding day and i tell her to change it and she says come back in 2-3 days and change the color!!Such disregard to my requests right from the beginningTo be fair the nails are from technical point of view are nice but they’re not what i was looking for.. very dissapointedhonestly

My mother got her facial done by Somia Azhar yesterday, and the results were terrible. As soon as she got home, she developed rashes all over her face and neck, with severe itching and burning. Keep in mind that her skin is not sensitive to facials, and she gets them done regularly. Her first time at Sisters has turned into her last. She was excited to visit, but now shes left with these irritating rashes. Also, she was very dissatisfied with the massage after the facial. Please ensure you use products suited to your clients skin types. We paid a significant amount for this service and expected much better. Improve your services!

Visited Sisters for the first time (Mirdif branch), for a quick wax session with Sonia. It was painless and quick and so well done. I’ve been doing my hair with Omima for the past 2 years, her work is amazing.I decided to try the lashes a few months ago, the lady who did them (Monica) wasnt proffesional and she was rushing it, her hands were heavy and she didnt do a good job, they looked nice but they lasted a week only, even though I took good care of them.Its convient for any customer to do hair and nails in the same place, so I decided to do my nails, the lady didnt do a good job at all, when I showed the manager my nails she was kind enough to understand what a horrible work has been done and she didnt let me pay also offered me to come back for a free maniure, I was disappointed because I was traveling next day morning so I didnt have the time to fix my nails.Three days ago I had an appointment with Omima for my hair and decided to give the salon another chance and use the fact that am already there for my hair, so I did my nails with (Monica, which is the same lady who did my lashes a while ago) they told me she is senior and she is really good with nails.I was supposed to have Russian nails, but the technique was far from Russian.She was rushing the process, she was bossing the other staff around, she was rough with my hands, she made my nails bleed, she did a very very very bad job, shame on Sisters salon for employing people like that.The worse part was, when I went to pay I told the receptionist (Maria) about my nails and how am not happy and I want to talk to the manager, she said that the manager was “busy” and I was late for an appointment already and she was just holding the machine waiting and pressuring me to pay instead of getting the manager.Turned out the manger was just on a phone call right outside the salon, the minute she saw my nails with blood all around them she was shocked that I even payed for them, but tell me what choice did I have when the receptionist was a lier and all what she wanted was for me to pay and get out.So I got a “Void transaction” and they told me the money will be back within 24 hours or less, and guess what I didnt get the money back until today. Turns out that the money will be on hold for almost 10 days.I called them an hour ago and they said they cant help me and that I need to talk to the bank.The staff are bad with attitude, I will recommend you visit another branch or go to Tips & Toes for your nails and lashes.

Second time at Sisters Beauty Lounge and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Once again did the ‘Sisters Never Fall’ hair detox treatment. It felt so good to my hair and scalp. Was looked after by Florence who gives divine head and shoulder massage on top of her bubbly, winning personality. MaryJane did my blowout and she has exceptionally light hands. I barely felt the heat from the blow dryer as she expertly and quickly dried/styled my hair. My next appointment is booked and I can’t wait to do my no-frizz hair treatment.

I was in the lookout for a safe waxing experience when I got pregnant. 7mos into pregnancy I tried Sisters for the first time. It was Shumaila who did the service and it was a nice experience. Now my daughter is 2y and I still go on this same branch with the same professional. I am so used to how she does the service and I even make sure to go only when she is available. I wasn’t satisfied with service overall because :I booked my appointment one day before, once I came they said that I don’t have , after calling the other staff she found out that she put a wrong number since yesterday.The staff has attitude with clients, I was so disappointed with wax service as I got irritation into my skin and I show them and they denied it .They said that my skin has a problem not their wax!!I was so disappointed with such service ! I will never be back to this salon , I believe the staff needs to have a proper training to deal with such cases ( customer not satisfied, wax issues , ect ….)

I’ve done Next Level Facial and it removes the dead skin in my face because of the step by step proper treatment. Yes we can do it at home but professional skincare specialist is trained and knows the proper way to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize. Shumaila have help me and advice me to be gentle specially in exfoliating. Aside from facial I’ve done brow tinting since my brows are thin and she fix and enhance it. I’m happy with my experience and highly recommend Sister Beauty Lounge.

Sisters beauty salon has so many branches all over uae. My favorite one is in Mirdif city center and is because of the staff there is extremely nice and feels like family each time I go. My hairstylist is Mary Jane, extremely gentle and always takes care of my hair, creating perfect blowouts. I totally recommend her 🙌🏼

This is my first time to try this Salon and I did full coloring and foot Service(amazing), my hair very thin and I used Free ammonia coloring it was really good I didnt feel that my hair damaged or even dry, but I was not satisfy with the color because it was dark not suiting my face at all. So they call me after seeing my review and asked me to fix my hair to make me happy (did not expect that at all by the way most of salons will not do that ), and I went with Layla I love her really:)She Did my hair EXACTLY like I want,thank you really you made my day

Stylists are good , the problem are the assistants on the phone , theyre not helpful and dont offer options in case a Stylist is off , theyre rude enough to answer back instead , and when this one mentioned that they dont have stylists available on Wednesday, I said OK so what do I do now ? She said find another salon ! I replied ok and Im gonna write my review on Google too , she said : yes go ahead I dont care !!! Then I found out there were actually Stylists available on that day , so she wasnt even doing her job properly. This is on top of the fact that its quite expensive for the way they treat customers- I mean , if you wanna charge me all that money , at least be polite and give me all the options available ! One more thing: why they give all their Stylists days off at the same time? It seems whenever I want to make an appointment, theyre never on , so I believe its a management issue , not Stylists. This is for the mirdif branch.

I would like to extend my special recommendation for Shumaila @ Shumaila in MCC .I have a hyposensitive skin & specially my waxing need extra cautious care .Shumaila has always done a commendable job whatsoever service I have attended.She is expert in facial , waxing , eye brows .Above all she is such a warm and friendly person with a smile on her face .HIGHLY recommended beautician & lovely human being.

I’m a very old client since this branch first opened, the place is not so clean , there’s dust and hair everywhere. They need maintenance for the hair wash section while they are increasing the prices.Also suddenly they are saying if you came for a trim then we don’t wash the hair because it will be extra charge !! That’s supposed to be a high end saloon and these details are just cheap! You can add your 30 dhs for the wash. They need to supervise the people at the reception and also the hairdressers.if sisters want to keep their name then they should look into these details before increasing the prices.

I got my nails done with katarina and she was very professional and kind and marylyn too for Morrison bath is amazing - however the hairdresser omaima is really bad and didn’t do a proper job rather did it from and ruined my hair - I do not recommend her at all, it’s was my first and last time for hair at sisters

She understands what you need, and you’ll leave feeling absolutely refreshed.For your hair, Jenalyn is a master who can transform you from your old style to fresh and vibrant look.The best thing about Sisters is that they listen to you, understand your needs. They are never pushy, never tries to force you into buying any of their services or products. They will definitely recommend, yes. Another update: did gel polish with design with Sonia yesterday and she gave me amazing Christmas designs.Footlogic treatment is best with Rachel, wont recommend anyone else.Update: I was suffering from sever hair loss and frizz till I gave up looking after my hair till I met Fauzia last year June 2021 and started with Olaplex treatment sessions and bond maintenance course, which helped save the first problem of the hair loss. Second problem was again solved by Fauzia when she suggested hait treatment which first helped me get rid of frizz, keep the volume and yet Im able to style it how I wish. Without Fauzia in sisters there would be no way for me to gain confidence in my hair and look again. I keep coming back to Sisters because of Fauzia and the care i get from her treating my hair with amazing care and passion.Another update: Floren is the best when it comes to hair treatment, super dedicated, does the whole process with great passion and care. I cant imagine anyone else doing hair treatment for me. I go for Olaplex bond maintenance treatment with her and I would recommend her now and forever.I had my frizz treatment done back in August with Fauzia and Sonal and Sonal was such an amazing expert, the way she handled my hair and completed the treatment was astonishing.If I can give 10 stars, I would. Somyia is amazing Ive never enjoyed waxing that much. Super neat, clean, professional and I was done in no time.Charmaine is an a very friendly and over the top receptionist/salon manager.Its my first time and definitely wont be the last.Quiet, luxurious, calming and has what every woman wants from a getaway to pamper herself.

Just had to review this place. I moved from New York and was struggling to find a good salon at first. First time I came to Sisters maybe was a year ago and Wow what an amazing service. The staff were SO friendly. They offer you coffee and tea, they talk to you about random things in your life, they’re so genuine and sweet.. Since then I became a regular client.. Their prices I felt were very reasonable for the amount of stuff you get with your treatment. I felt totally pampered on my gel manicure+ pedi. Highly recommended.

I visited Sisters today for the first time... I must say I am very satisfied and super happy about the service and result I get from them. Fauzia, my hair colourist she explained everything frm a-z what need to be done to fix my 2tones hair color... give me even quotation even before we start. Shes not pressuring or asking me to get any unnecessary service like what other salon always does. She is jst amazing 💞 . (Oh btw I went from blonde to dark tone ash a bit of greenish) Her assistant I dont kno her name but she gave me sm head massage while washing my hair omgggggggggggg m already in heaven !!!! The nail salon experience was amazing! My 2 nieces and daughter had their mani-pedi done by Ilena, Marelyn and Monica - all were brilliant. I have been working with Fauzia to resolve these issues, and let me tell you it has been magical. She understood what my hair needs and recommended to undergo a special treatment regularly. Had the worst experience and nightmare of my life by doing the keratin treatment with sisters mirdiff saloon with the stylist Jeny. Inspite of doing the expensive hair keratin treatment offered my hair became disastrous after the treatment. After i complained they tried to fix it but still was unable to reset my hair as they told me nothing can be done as i need to wait. Either the product is wrong or the people lack experience. It is expensive and be careful who goes there for a keratin treatment. If you think you get reliable solution then it is the worst mistake you can make in your life. Good luck to all who keep continuing the mistake of choosing the saloon.
