I booked an appointment for the Sisters PolySculpt full set extensions, gel nails and cat eye design. Mylene, my nail technician, was super sweet and cared deeply for my sensitive and dry nails due to my eczema. She ensured to always ask if everything felt okay, double checked if I was happy with my nail shape and color, and ensured to always spray with alcohol in between to keep each step as hygienic as possible. Its my best nail experience yet and will be back in a couple of weeks for a fill-in. Thanks!

Decided to bring my friend here, telling her it’s a really nice place, just to arrive to an experience where their stations were overbooked and we were given some plastic tubs for the pedicure in the middle of the salon. When we decided to leave, the staff literally physically stood between us and the door telling us she’ll fix it and that act made us wanna leave even more. There are better ways to handle these situations than physically blocking the door. Quite unbelievable.Long story short, Sisters has become some cheap nail joint-like place. Despite the great quality of technicians, this makes me to never want to go back again.

The whole team was really welcoming, Jovelyn at the counter is really helpful for booking appointments. If you go for waxing, you can trust Nazia eyes closed. She is very sweet, professional and listener when it comes to requests. Very clean and minitious work!Highly recommend City Walk’s branch ☺️

An absolutely terrible experience at this sisters branch. I only went in for a mani pedi. Had a sore thumb from over cutting the cuticles and my toe has been bleeding for days now where she practically ripped out skin. Do not recommend going here at all

Unfortunately, my visit was NOT what I expected from a highly respected and rated salon such as Sisters in City Walk. Firstly, the hair stylist gave me a price of 270 for my hair even though my hair is long not EXTRA LONG. Of course, this is not my first time in a salon where they state my hair as long as per the chart, hence, I booked it as such. I also booked it as such when I went to a Sisters in another branch. Anyways, she then told me it was because of the thickness of my hair but that is not something I can control. She proceeded to tell me my hair is extra long because it is an inch below my bra strap (this is the measurement), and so I should be charged more than usual. Though she accommodated me and gave the agreed upon price, it shouldnt be based on thickness. Secondly, the blowdry. She was very rough with my hair and pulling very aggressively which led to a frizzy blowdry and it took her approximately 10-20 minutes to blowdry my whole head? She took large chunks and didnt spend time ensuring it was sleek or smooth and then proceeded to tell me it was because of my scalp? Overall, the blowdry didnt last more than two hours and it was a disappointing experience as I usually do blow dries and they last for days because they are done in small sections and the stylists take their time. Note also the salon was not busy I was the only one there for hair services. Im not sure why I had such an experience and I dont think it was justified. One star for the niceness of the staff.

We had a classic pedicure from there yesterday and the service was very poor and not worth the money , We felt like we were just wasting our time . The procedure which takes one and a half hours was completed by them in just 30 minutes.

I had a fantastic experience here! The environment is lovely, and I enjoyed an amazing head massage while waiting for my hair treatment. Rhea is incredible with waves—her blowouts are magical! Booking appointments through the app is also super easy.

Confirmation from the reception I can do french nails at 8 in the morning. Next day, Meanwhile driving there they decided the technician can not do french. Then after 15min they could again, they said yes they can do french. So I went. Have a look at my pictures, this is what I payed for 200aed. ( aster a corporate discount)This were supposed to be the nicest nails I ever had, as this are the nails For my wedding that is in 2 days ! The worst experience ever ! Never again!

The service is good, but ask the reception emplyee about the prices before you do anything/ and i tried to remove the gelish after 1 week & its not easy to remove coz the gel is not dry !!!

She’s super friendly and made me feel comfortable and valued during my visit. Recently, I had an unfortunate experience that I feel is important to share for both awareness and to seek advice from the community. On April 27, I visited a well-regarded beauty salon *SISTERS BEAUTY SALON CITY WALK* for several services. As part of one service, I was asked to remove my earrings, which are of significant sentimental and financial value (approximately 10,000 AED). Normally, personal items like these are securely stored by the salon staff, but on this occasion, that didnt happen, and upon leaving, I realized my earrings were not returned to me.I immediately reached out to the salon upon noticing my earrings were missing, but, unfortunately, they were not found on the premises. Following a conversation with the salons management and allowing time for an internal investigation, I was informed that they could not assist further in this matter. With no resolution in sight, I felt compelled to file a report with the police.Im sharing this story not to assign blame but to highlight an issue that others might also face and to seek any advice on how to proceed. I have documented all my interactions and steps taken thus far. Any insights or similar experiences shared would be greatly appreciated.

Geraldine is an absolute Gem, and she has been my facial therapist for about 2years now; since starting with her, the improvements in my skin have been amazing! She makes me feel very comfortable and will offer the best products. what I like most about her is the personal touch to her services.

Not only was it a relaxing, wonderful experience with fantastic service but it was also worth the price.Mrs. Komal did a fantastic job on my hair and the ladies that did my nails, wax, and tinting did amazing too.Then came the most amazing part. Mrs. Komal stayed with me and walked through flooded roads up past our knees and walked in heavy rain and wind for 5 km with me as I just had surgery and used my cane to try and walk home. It was the worst storm and all the roads and transportation were closed leaving so many people stranded. But Komal stayed with me. She took me to her home, gave me warm food, clothes, and tea and let me stay there till I could go home. Talk about incredible customer service!!! She deserves so much more than just five stars. Highest praise to her and her wonderful family.

‏The worst blow dry I’ve ever done in my life,it literally looked undone just an hour later.

The salon itself was super beautiful but my pedicure was not so great, nails weren’t cut/filed straight and also was cut/bleeding on the side of my foot after she used the scrubber. In addition to this, the technician wasn’t able to do French. Prior to the appointment I wanted normal colour however during the appointment I had a change of mind. However, my appointment was near closing time, and my technician spent so much time just trying to get the nails straight (as she kept filing it wonky) I was then promised French tips on my toes by another technician (my original technician was a massage therapist and couldn’t do French bc her hands weren’t steady). Then another lady tried to do French but it was the worst French I’ve ever seen 😂. So I asked the nail art tech and she said yes but then management ended up saying no because it was too late and now I’m just stuck with a base coat.

Unprofessional hair stylists. My sister and I spent too much money on hair coloring and highlights, but we didnt get the result we wanted or the good service we expected!The visit was done on 27th of June 2023.My phone number and email are already registered in your system as I keep receiving marketing emails and SMS from you.I called customer service after 2 days and wanted to fix the damage done to our hair in another branch. The lady from the call center took me details and said the manager would call me back, but no one did.

Hello everyone , I wanna share my experience with this salon .Today I came for first time in SISTERS salon for gel manicure and I had the worst experience in my life . When I was a kid I did manicure better .I waisted 1hour 30 min of my time , I forgot to take photo of my nails , but believe me is better to do not see IT . And you know what , manager told me that is number one master in their salon , so I can not even imagine what will do master number three for example 😱One star is even too much for rating of this place .Thanks for destroying my nails and wasting of my time , WELL DONE , KEEP GOING 👌🏻

Manu is very pleasant and very smiling. The hair removal session is not at all a torture, She is very attentive and gentle. I also recommend her for facial massage. She has fairy fingers and its a real moment of relaxation

This was unfortunately the worst blowout I’ve ever had. I really can’t understand the 5 stars. Besides the fact, that my price was higher than booked in my app (which could’ve been told me before), my blowout only lasted for an hour. My hair was all frizzy & puffy after I left the salon. I have long wavy hair, which is easy to maintain if you do the right blowout technique, nothing extravagant - this is not what I expect from a senior hairstylist. Especially not for that price. Not to mention that I was taken care of over 15-20 min later than my actual appointment.The lady who washed my was very nice though.

Very poor pedicure services, probably the worst experience in Dubai. Honestly I didn’t check the work while I was in the salon cause how hard can it be to do the pedicure. However when I came home I realised that all the toenails are different shape, length, not properly cleaned and colour is in patches. Disappointing experience

She was very gentle with the facial she was providing me, it felt very comforting pleasing, and makes you feel pampered for weeks! As well as her waxing treatments, VERY painless and leaves your skin soft and shiny! It leaves you hairless for a long time. I used this beauty lounge couple of days before, I did a manicure which was stunning and I really loved how the lady took care of tiny details so It really made my day. I also did a lash extension which at first I was a bit worried as I was thinking this would fall in two days so I contacted them same day I shared my concern it was late but they were very welcoming to accommodate me next day during my time of conviennce. and they did fix my lashes, less than two days after I was still worried I see lashes are falling without touching them, they were very kind to take me in for really proper fixing which took around 1.5hrs and now Iam really in love with the lashes done and most important there customer service is something that I havent seen much specially with beauty lounges with many branches. I go weekly to different big places and this made me would like to return for sure and mark the place as my favourite this year. I would really recommend them for everyone.

My experience at Sisters Salon was amazing because of Doina! The best hairstylist from Dubai in my opinion. Im very picky when it comes to my hair and she is so professional its incredible! She advised me what to do to my hair based on its type and I could tell that she knows what she was doing. Thats why I put all my trust in her. As a regular customer I’m very disappointed with this branch(not in Sisters as a salon but exclusively this branch) since in this branch only I get fooled when it comes to payment. Have asked for a hair trim(that I have previously done in other branches) and got charged for a hair cut…when I asked a lady why, she said coz it was a cut, when I asked what’s the difference between a cut and trim (I’m very much aware of the difference but wanted to hear her point, maybe I missed something) she said cut is when they wash your hair…well they just wet my hair, and even when I said I don’t need to wet my hair, lady said she can’t trim it without making them wet… sadly same thing happened to me in the same branch about a year ago, but that time I decided to let it go,but twice!!! That’s too much… I’m a regular customer for over 4,5 years I’m very much aware of prices and that makes it even worse!!! Very disappointing. Sisters is a very big company and making money this way is just embarrassing, it’s not a nice feeling when u get fooled in a luxury salon that you trust…

This is the worst salon in terms of value for the money. Even in the most expensive salons I have been to, my eyelashes have never been done so poorly. They burned my eyes, and they also charged me more than they stated in the original booking. The volume was the same and the price for the removal of the previous eyelashes was already taken into account in the reservation, but they charged AGAIN two times more for the removal. Plus, the price of eyelash extensions increased due to the shape of the eyelashes.This is the first time Ive seen such a scam. I understand that if I requested the volume to be larger, and then wanted to make it thicker, but price would increase but I didn’t and cannot understand why it would increase so much?! I would not be so upset if the quality matched the price. I live near city walk and was without a car that day, usually I go to my specialist and they perform this service 3 times cheaper and 10 times better. The shape of the eyelashes was chosen incorrectly, although I showed exactly what I want from their instagram page.It’s disrespectful to customers to deceive them with the prices of the reservation in the application, and then after the procedure to change it. This is by far the worst salon I have been to in Dubai. Save your money and save your mental health.

I started coming to Sisters when Mette joined the brand. I love this location, beautiful and airy space and I always leave very happy with my services (I mostly go for hair). I see mette but I am sure the other stylists are great too. Highly recommend!

They charged me an extra long length price where my hair is only medium. I have asked for a chart where it shows how they charging depending on hair length and the receptionist couldn’t find it. Hairdresser Doina was Rude and not accepting client opinion. Always ask for the prices before you do your service !

I have always liked sisters but it seems like the quality of the service is declining in the last few times. It is my first time at city walk branch. I did my eyebrows (I had cuts under my eyebrow that healed after 4-5 days , not worth it at all!), I also did my hair, the hair dresser was super aggressive with the brush, I was doing my nails at the same time and literally the hairdryer’s wire kept hitting my nails.Let alone the extreme heat since they don’t have shade or curtains yet.I got everything done in the end, but really was uncomfortable the whole time.

I booked an appointment at 4:10 then they called to come earlier 3:30 i said no i will come 3:45 she said great we were 3 I arrived on time 3:45 the salon was very busy and no place to sit and they started washing my hair only me my sisters waited 30 minutes and the other 45 minutes and I booked for a luxury blow dry and it was the worst experience the three of us our didn’t last even for one hour it was awful i will rate experience 0/10 later on when it comes for the payment each one paid a different price

Worst service for child haircut. This shouldnt be on their menu. The chairs are not safe for kids and the hairdresser Doina has a very negative attitude and kept complaining that my child moves and she doesnt promise a proper haircut! Then started giving me an attitude and shaking her head! If you dont have experienced hairdressers with children then dont add it on your menu and waste clients time and money.
