It was my first time in the salon and it was good, I don’t remember the name of the girl who did May nails but she did a very good job (except for the part which she cut my cuticles bit dipper and it kept hurting for 2 days) my waxing was also done neatly, service was very good and prices were reasonable, they have packages and good offers ❤️ will definitely go back 🫶🏻❤️Thank you

Went to Skin and Scalp Salon for my last minute Christmas pampering and Nancy did an amazing Job on my nails. She dealt with me with so much professionalism and care as I have a very low tolerance to pain. Ouch free! Woud highly recommend her and for sure be coming back to the salon for her service🥰

I visited your salon recently for a package offer, which included multiple services. However, I had a disappointing experience:1. I only managed to do pedicure because the salon was too busy for hair cleaning and straightening it was only 1 staff and she was doing botox idk2. I couldn’t do waxing because the assigned staff member was unavailable.3. I was told the package offer is valid for one month, and I informed the staff I would return later.When I returned today I explained I will do manicure from package , undo my hair pay separately and use package to clean and straighten hair• The receptionist claimed I never enrolled in the package, despite my payment proof inclusive of tip (AED 120) and like I spoke to her I wanted the package• The African lady undid my hair, for which I was willing to pay extra, she cleaned my hair but the (Philippine lady) refused to straighten my hair, saying the service doesn’t include African hair.It’s concerning and feels discriminatory that the package I paid for wasn’t honored and that African hair isn’t accommodated. Furthermore, being accused of lying by the receptionist, despite having proof of payment, is unprofessional and unacceptable.I cannot recommend this salon to fellow Africans due to this experience, as it felt discriminatory. I hope the management addresses these issues seriously to ensure fair and professional treatment for all customers.

I had my haircut yesterday and I am pleased with the outcome, the stylist (I didnt get her name) didnt just cut my hair the way I wanted it to be cut but she also style it to give my hair volume & she cut/style hair depending on the face shape. Today I visited Skin and Scalp Salon for a root touch-up, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with the service. After applying the hair dye and washing my hair, the stylist tied my wet hair with a towel and asked me to wait for 5 minutes. To make matters worse, the entire team, including the stylist and their boss, sat down for a meeting in the same hall, leaving me completely unattended. It was frustrating and unprofessional to be left sitting there with wet hair while the staff prioritized their internal meeting over customer care. Even more shocking was that their boss was present and didn’t address the situation. I informed them that I couldn’t keep my hair tied like that as I might catch a cold, but they insisted on waiting for 5 minutes. Feeling uncomfortable, I started drying my hair with the towel and asked for a hair dryer. Only then did the stylist finally come over.A salon should value its clients and ensure their comfort at all times. This kind of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and customer-focused experience.
