I had a terrible experience. I got a foot spa, pedi, and French tips done, but it was awful. The beautician wasnt interested and finished everything in just 40 minutes. To top it off, the girl at the reception charged an additional 5 percent as tax. Beware, everyone! There is another salon nearby called Jasmine, which is much better.

Worst salon!👎🏻 I got white GEL POLISH but it came off in just 1 week. I also got EYELASH EXTENSION but after a week I asked them to remove it because it hurts. They put something they call medicine but it still hurts as they plucked it from my eyes. I complained, but they just put medicine again and plucked it again. My eyes really got irritated. Worst service.

Am regular here but got worst experience today 29/8/23 went for only manicure and pedicure as am always on ghel polish for a change ..The lady doing my nails I excused my self to go to the bathroom when am back she disappeared.. she was then called and later she told me she thought shes done 😳I asked if I was to leave without polish ?? 🤔She then asked reluctantly to choose colours of my choice . ..I just observed her as she was doing my nails without intrest like she was forced no BASE coat and when I asked she told me sky star never put base coat on manicure pedicure 🤔🤔was shocked ! I just said okay .I went for payment complained and was told if I want it to be redone 🤔🤔after wasting 1/2 of my time for sure I don’t have that time !!!I should be satisfied with the service am paying for ! You ain’t doing it for free!For professional services look for MAY very keen and understands what she’s doing .

Don’t ever come here for any sort of hair treatment. They’ll ruin your hair. Biggest regret ever. Saying it was botox and they used harsh chemicals, called for hair relax. It damages your hair and your health as well.I’ve always liked their hair botox treatment through the years but damn the recent one is no longer the one they use before. It is so horrible that the entire 4 hours treatment, my eyes were watery and crying. The smell was also so strong. Toxic harsh chemicals they use for your hair. I just came to know after 2 months as my hair color stylist told me how badly damaged my hair is.

That is the worst beauty salon i’ve ever been I wil not recommend you to go here. They colored my hair to color that i didnt ask , i asked for black color but they did brown , then i asked to cut my hair little bit only the end but they cutted half of my hair . It was such a horrible experience - please do not go there. Staff cannot speak english. I went to get only roots done and toner to take out the orange from my hair. I ended up losing all my highlights in my light colored hair and ended up with close to black hair. I had to go to another salon to rectify it and redo all the highlights. Will never go back.

Very bad customer service, staff are very rude, the cashier lady just gives a terrible attitude when we ask for the price, then for the same service if its a fillipina client she would give a lower price with a smile and all. Products used are horrible cheap products. Do not use their products for your hair as it damages all of your hair strands and you will end up loosing so much of hair. The only good thing is the Chinese guy does a nice hair cut according to how you want it but thats it. Everything else other than that is just a horrible experience. The lady who did my eyebrows also messed up my brows and then I found out that she had no experience in doing brows and then another lady came in and took over to try and fix it, but it was too late as the first lady had already ruined the shape and had made it so thin. I went there for Keratin treatment for AED200. You cant talk to them as they dont speak English. I had my things with me and no one offers a place where to put my laptop and bag before washing my hair. I was carrying everything until I sat down and personally asked for a chair to secure my things. The chemical as soon as it was applied to my hair smells super strong and it made my eyes cry. My hairdresser saw me rubbing my eyes and she never offered any tissue, until I asked them when I can no longer endure the pain in my eyes. She only gave me a small fold of the roll tissue and put it away. I think she doesnt want to waste on tissue. When they covered my hair with hot helmet (dont know the right term), the left part of my scalp was burning so I asked for a tissue again and cleared of the treatment on some parts that burn. They cant understand you, you cant understand them. When they iron my hair, I felt so scared, I have thin hair strands and they stroke it more than 6x with a straightening iron. I think its not normal. They were not paying attention while stroking my hair and blow drying it. They hurt my scalp. I left and still say thank you. I tried to understand them because of the price. But the product used was strong compared with other saloon so after 36 hours I washed it as I was worried that it may cause more damage to my unbleached hair which I was right. After few days, my natural hair got rough, my bleached hair became more dry. I cant comb my hair now. I will need to visit my saloon in JBR to fix it or maybe cut it. Im just praying I will not have a hairfall. The suffocating smell still stays after a week and its really bad. This is the price I pay for not planning my saloon visit. Women out there if you have a nice hair, dont spend on saloon which charges you AED500 below, the result will just make you sad. They have a good hand for haircut though.

Worst experience ever with this saloon, i purchased their hair spray which they given 40aed , and its already expired last year 2022, seriously they are selling expired products to the consumers so may be they are using also same expired products to the customer, i will complain this to DHA , how could they do that,,

This is a place that I came across by fortune. Ok, let me put it this way. Saloon or beauty parlours are selected based on our personal needs, convenience and interest. This is my experience after years being in UAE. I realised that I spent on saloon so much on my basic grooming that at times it was not worth it to be spend on expensive places.Sky Star Ladies Salon is a place where it fits my needs.Alex did my hair (pixie haircut) perfectly and promptly. I loved it. Highly recommended! He is now available in Karama Branch.( 04 3967117)The rest of the workers did a good job with mani and padi.Prices and packages are reasonable. Clarify If you have doubts before you go for any treatment they are patient and kind in explaining.The place was observed to be crowded during peak hours and its big enough to accommodate.Hygiene is maintained.

Please be warn!!!Sky Star are outright cheats and should be reported to Consumer Rights, they tell you the price and then charge you more after poor service..they refused to hand me back my change. They are vultures, with the orange and green interior, it represents their conniving way of cheating customers..their salon is always empty only the workers are sitting inside waiting for walk ins because people already know they are unprofessional and horrible

Worst salon experience happened to me here. Unprofessional staff!!. I came here to do rootings color and keratin treatment,My hair just became more dry and damage.

Horrible experience , my 4th time visiting the salon but this time it was horrible , I went for a keratin treatment and gelish nails . For the keratin and hair dye its like I didnt do anything I walked in and out with the same hair , for the nails the gelish nails peeled off same night I did it , Im terribley unsatisfied and I just wasted my money , the quality is mediocre . Never going again .This is an update : after i did the keratin treatment. Ive waited 1 month and i went to an other salon for protein treatment. The lady who was doing my hair found a bold circle in my hair as large as a coin and she asked me if i did any treatment before when i told her. She told me that the bold circle is due to hot iron when they were doing the keratin. Imagin they messed up the back of my hair and they didnt even tell me just because they knew it would be hidden with my hair and bcz it is in the back of my head. I hated the salon and the experience and the dishonest people there.

This is the worse saloon I have ever seen. I ve been there to do rebounding with colour one time in rigga. My colour all will go after 4 days shower. It was happend 2017.i go again this year to make rebound but in Satwa. I though they ll give good service after hpnd this. To be honest after 4 days when I shower my hair Bcm so dry n again come my curly hair back. And the staff so bad there they do everything till get money after something hpn dont even take responsibility I would say dear ladies dont waste ur time n money there useless saloon ever..

Very Bad Bad experience to this manicurist worst ever!!! her name RHEA, This worst manicurist should not be recommended as she doesn’t know how to work!!!!🤦🏻‍♀️ From hand to toe that she cleaned everything was swollen very badly and I couldnt wear shoes!!!! Worst MANICURIST!

Yes the saloon was perfectly designed. Staff and the attendent are super friendly with natural smile in face.But it seems off location. You need to get help to find them.....

Very bad place they r using harmful products. All my hair fell down in the same time . It was done by a Chinese guy and he escaped after seeing all my hair on the floor and when the police arrived all the staff ignored that there was a guy inside !!!!!If u want to loose ur hair go there then 😞

This salon is my favorite and all mostly staff is become a friend of mine.I start to come here since 2013 So clean neat amazing staff that u can satisfy what type of hair style,colors,manicure pedicure u wanted

If you’re an Instagram Trendy girl DONT GO THERE. It’s like you’re in a 90’s saloon, I normally dont like to share bad comments but this saloon is very mediocre unprofessional nobody speaks English or understand , the products are so ineffective, not professional they don’t even know what they’re doing, they treat the hair very badly they’re not updated regarding trends , you feel like they didn’t even study what they’re doing , stay away

I asked for particular color but result was not same. Need to go back and tell them to re do which is inconvenience for a customer who will have same experience.

Worst service. Unprofessional staff. I couldnt wear closed shoes for 2 weeks from the wounds I got from pedicure. Its horrible. Not recommended.

To be honest, the first time I entered their salon, I was about to get drunk for less than 5 minutes and they did not refuse me. They welcomed me and I thank them because the salon is very clean and they have employees who are all smiling. I mean, they know how to greet the customer. I had an Indian woman work for me, God willing, but she laughs as if my eyebrows don’t have any kind of shape. A shape that suits my face, and I was able to laugh quickly, which means I noticed that all the customers are smiling and deserving of 5 stars.
