This salon must be Hired a Professional Or well trained manicure and pedicure. Don’t hired a Lady who is just trying to do her practice with a costomer. I went there last Saturday for Mani/pedi in my hand it’s feel normal when she go down on my foot everything is change she’s not gentle I scream because of pain so I tell her to stop. Otherwise it’s more dangerous.Right now I’m in pain and it’s swollen left foot. And I hope it’s not going to be worse.Please next time you have to Be more careful!!!Have a nice day🙏

Five star with the staff who did the service but The Filipina receptionist is not good in customer service. they are offering packages in leaflets but when you are done with the service, they will give you extra charge and extra vat. it shows in the pamphlet, free haircut and in the end its separated in the payment. it shows that they are attracting people as well as scamming.

I went there last Monday for mani, pedi and eyelash perming. Nothing last for a week! It’s not worth it! I won’t be goin back to that salon anymore.

One of the pathetic place ,they ruined my hair so bad 😞... I dont know what to do with them , they are so unprofessional.. first of all they have male hair stylist in female salon and they are like they know how to cut hair but sorry they dont... And the receptionist are so bad .. they have no etiquettes how to deal with customer... Really they are so bad in services 😠

I went for gel polish and cleanup my nails but lady cut my side nails but she cut my skin aswell now it’s very painful she must be careful I thought pain is just for while but pain is increasing I think tools that she using is not sanitized

I dont recommend this salon. Last night I did gelish manicure and its not even been 24 hours, nail polish is coming out.Not sure what kind of products they use.If there was a 0 star I would give 0.

Try other salons. You never know what youre gonna get with the ladies there. Some of the hairstylists clearly do not really know what theyre doing ( I dont know, I was told the lady who did my hair was a senior, but didnt even know how to blow dry straight properly!)Its the second time, the african receptionist recommended a crappy staff to me - even though they know me at the salon for being a generous tipper. Seriously, they should know how to treat repeat customers especially if they treat them well.The last eyelash perm I did was bad. One was too curly than the other - it was difficult to even them out with mascara! To be fair, the older Pakistani woman was very good when she did mine the first time, thats why I came back. But the receptionist keeps lining up customers whoever is available - I understand they want to give chance to their staff, but compromised customer satisfaction will also hurt their business.I cant recommend this place, seriously. Theyre cheap yes but risky. Sorry for this bad review. I dont mean to hurt any business but its also not fair to customers when we get bad service (especially its beauty related). We cant undo a bad haircut / hairstyle or eyelash perming once theyve gone wrong.

I went there to do my hair keratin .. even there was not much customer . The way she did mine was worst . And the third day I went to wash my hair . Service was worst . I called her many times to let her know that the time is too long already and the whole time she was just complaining about my hair . Your hair is that and this . I do understand my hair is nt good thats why I went there to fix it . Otherwise why the heck I will spend my money . I would suggest for threading but for hair .. so sry a big no .

Some of the staff there are unprofessional and cannot be trusted. If they dont like you (for whatever reason, even if its purely from their personal insecurity or plain jealousy) your service is at stake! Too bad if youre getting hair done, so be careful.I find the staff here to be not well-intended. You come in, there is this African receptionist who has a snicker on her face when she puts you through one of their staff. If youre an innocent person who doesnt think ill of other people, you will only assume its how they work. Then you get the service, you slowly realize what that snickers all about. I wouldnt go back even if they offered their services are for free.

I really had a extremely BAD experience they really messed up my hair,told them my hair is not done the right way after sitting for 5 hours,but they argued n asked me to come after 3 days for wash, after 3 days when I went after wash and blow dry I was told I need to redo the procedure again.Staff needs to be trained.

Receptionist made me wait for 40 minutes and no one attend after waiting for long.Worst Salon!

The most horrible service! Manicurist actually did such a horrible job that my nail cuticle was bleeding!! I do not recommend anyone going here… there is a huge issue with everyone in this salon! No customer service no etiquette nothing!!! Your money will be wasted and they will ruin your hair and nails!!!

The location is both clean and spacious, with friendly staff. However, there’s an issue with their nail polish – most of them have expired since 2022, and it’s now 2024. Someone should inspect them and take the necessary action.

Dont go. A salon who cant even do a simple manicure properly?Yes theyre cheap but still not worth it.

Got a foot spa ( they call it )paid 73 aed for nothing. That was the worst ever experience that i had and not recommend to any one.they are really care less. It was my first time and never again. Hygiene is really poor and so many more ......

A really bad hairdresser. All my hair burned because of them and they couldnt make the color I wanted either.

So the guy is very unprofessional 3/4 talking on his phone then 1/4 cleaning my toenails ending with a wound!!! The system of this salon is so ugly, I hope it gets to the management because the name of their company is ruined and sad to say, the person who cleaned me at the receptionist of the al barsha branch, I hope you will notice because you look senior than them, its still a good job other races can focus on their work, the countryman is not shy anymore, he is in front of me while cleaning my nails
