Worst worst worst .. staffs busy doing makeup nail paints theirself.. the closing is 11 but at 10:30 they just hurried up .. the guy named nickie just cut my hair anyhow and was irritated for that as it was 10:30 and they were hurried to go home.. customer service is worst.. and he cut my hair also the worst and anyhow.. close the saloon better

Please bring back Alex ! No one styles hair like him. I recently went , the fat lady doesn’t even know how to properly straighten hair after color! Also Cashier never issue receipts but charges VAT

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. WORST SERVICE. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. I went to the burjuman branch to get my nails done. It is the worst service ever. I wanted gel nails extensions and I told the lady who was in reception. She only approched me to get gel nails instead of plastic nails. So she took me to the another lady and told the service I want. So the indian lady who did my nails tried to do plastic nails and scammed me. So I told her I want gel extensions then she shouted it takes long time it is lot of work. Then I told her im paying for that do what I want not what u want. My finger was bleeding while doing it she used very dirty towel to wipe blood which she used for other customers. My was in a hurry to finish it. She skipped top coat and other few steps. One more customer came to do her upperlipsSo she kept my hand in UV light for so long time. Once it is done I called her then again she kept my hand in light just to go to other customer. When I told her that she skipped some steps she told no I did all. I got lot of pain and nails are not same even. I didnt want to argue anymore bcz I was tired of their service. So I paid and left will never go again. Highly disappointed. Do not go to this salon.

Visited karama branch for pedicure and got a pain and swelling in toe on following days.

My wife went to this saloon for haircut, as it was busy, they asked us to wait for 1 hour. It was fair request and we waited. But after 1 hour when we asked, they told us we need to wait for another 1 hour. This shows that they were not interested to entertain us.I suggest at-least the customer dealings to be professional.Highly disappointed in the service and really sorry , I thought this should be shared to all.

Very bad service not treating customer in a proper manner. No good employees very lazy they dont even obey what customer says. They just want to finished let it be anything and take money. Bad salon.
