First time here and Hai did my haircut. He was actually recommended by a friend. I was very pleased with the outcome. I really liked it and it was exactly what i asked him to do. Just so much better. Thanks Hai! Will surely come back when it gets longer again.

This is the worst salon experience Ive ever had, and I will never, ever come back here. The quality of the staffs work is diabolical they seem clueless about what theyre doing. My haircut looks like it was done by a child! And the pedicure I received was a disaster; the lady practically massacred my toe! The owner really needs to prioritize the quality of service over just focusing on the business aspect. People are willing to pay a premium for excellent service!!!

I had an extremely upset with their service. I have a short hair and I went to do trimming a bit and also I show the guy pictures how I want to be. However he spoil my hair cutting extremely short which cannot be done anything anymore. He didn’t even apologize and he was angry. I will never ever go back again also I will give bad recommendations about their service.if anyone want to see the pictures which I show to him and which he cut for me I can show it. Unfortunately in this review there is no option to post images that’s really sad.

The staff at Skystar beauty Parlor located in Burjuman are truly wonderful especially the hair stylist team !I had my hair treatment - hair spa , hair care , haircut and styling done from here . The prices are very reasonable and the quality of care to your hair provided is top notch !I was taken care of by Mr.Thomas(truly works magic on your hair), Mr.Oscar and Ms.Jack (the cutest staff) , they always had a smile on their face and did their work very well.Not sure about the bad reviews given here , because looking at the number of customers who were during my visits and the hair styling done I think they are one of the bests in this side of Dubai.Definitely visiting back 😇 all the best wishes to this salon

Traumatic experience. i requested a haircut and they give me to a kabayan hairstylist i trusted her i show the picture reference she said she can do it after 5 mins its done and result is very bad i told her i want curtain bangs instead she give me full bangs and very short she cut layered hair but the right side and left side is uneven and my hair look frizzy and damage, it took me more than 1yr to take good care of my long hair and this salon and hairstylist will just ruin my hair. unprofessional its was a mistake also that i came to this cheap salon i will never trust again this salon

Oh god worst experience I randomly walked into this salon yesterday after taking the flyer from the Al Rigga street near metro and to my nightmare I got meninpedi done for 49aed and ended up cutting my fingers yes the thumb nail and skin was little ribbed by the Nepali girl who has zero knowledgeable in pedi now today I am unable to walk properly. Got pus formed near the edge of my thump. This is worst worst worst place.

Today I wash my hair in al Riga branch there was a Chinese lady to be honest I’m so disappointed it’s like she doesn’t like to wash my hair her interest was only on her phone she doesn’t care it’s like she is being forced to do her work I will never come back again.. I always go to Burjman everything is okay there but now I’m staying in alriga I thought it will be the same the Myanmar lady in BurJuman she always make sure I’m good…anyways I will find another place than to be disappointed like this…😡😡😡

My first experience in Dubai in saloon gone worst as I wanted to do Botox keratine for my hair but after 1st wash its gone more dry and frizzy so I suggest you all not to go in this sky star saloon and the staff are too rude as they are not accepting their fault as well ..I will never ever visit this placeSay no to go for sky star 😡😡😡

I had done hair color and keratin in one of their branch in burjuman and I regret for going there and wasting my both money and time. They use Very very cheap and low quality product, they damage my hair and burn. I had to cut my long hair to get rid of that damage hair. It was nightmare going to this salon, worst experience ever. Secondly, the price they show you is different outside and when you go inside the salon.

CD was very well knowledged with the color and what the customer exactly wanted and I was happy he was the assigned person to me . Handled my hair well and I was so happy with how my color cut as well as the color turned out. Definitely recommend

I highly recommend Sunita for eyelash extension. While her service and professionalism were superb and I’m going back for the same service w her, I’m giving a 3 star rating overall cos of the client experience. I waited for almost 2 hours even if I had an appointment. I still recommend that you book your appointment especially if you go on a weekend as the place can get packed.

If I can give negative 10 I will rate them as that . Dont come in this saloon at all cóst. Unprofessional and very rude staff specially the lady name Irene who used to do my nails. She is the most rude lady saloon I ever knew in Dubai she treated costumer as animals.. she broke my nails and skin cause she doesnt know how to control and very unprofessional. She said she is cleaning the feet of a carabao in front of me saying to her colleague without any hesitation .she think she is professional but she really unprofessional she doesnt know how to use nipper and cleaning my nail having too much blood came out but she still digging the nails even I told her I got hurt I asked her to put some medicine but she said nothing happen .. most lier and most dirty worker I knew .. So pls dont come in this saloon if u dont like to waste ur money and time and if u dont want to get disappointments

It was my 1st time experience in this saloon. When I plan to go this place Im so excited. But after finish my treatment Im totally disappointed. Actually they dont know how to do the treatment properly.1) They dont know English2) They are not professionalSo I didnt recommend for anyone so sorry

They’ve completely renovated which absolutely adds personality to the place as compared to the previous atmosphere, however i see multiple complaints and i must ask, how could you have high end expectations? you get what you pay for. and it works very well regardless, the staff are polite as is and do their job well, they are from multiple nationalities and perform very good.

It’s so worst they are doing illegal activities in ladies salon they don’t have any rules can’t believe it’s in Dubai and still they don’t get any warnings they allowed men in between ladies they can come and they go for massage and meni pedi and even without any permission men can come ladies facial room no rules at all I warn them many times but they said mam men’s gives good money so that we allowed 🙄 it’s ridiculous

I went today. That guy cut my hir very very short. I asked him to trim. VERY SMALL .While he was cutting i stoped him he did not stop. Before he straightened my hair without brushing as i have curly/wavy hair he was pulling very aggressively my hair were also burning it got puffy n smelled like burnt hair and i started crying. I stoped him he was not listening. I came home crying he cut my hair short n uneven very very shot also BURNT!!

DONT DARE GO TO THIS SALON OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET. THEY DAMAGED OUR HAIR VERY VERY BAD. We came all the way from sharjah with good faith. I didnt mind the negative reviews online as i was thinking that maybe its not true. We went last Sep.10 to have keratin botox and haircolor. Ive been taking care of my hair and not rebonding for more than 2 years so i was very excited. My friend color treatment didnt take effect on her hair thats why they told her not to pay for the color. We came back after 3 days because they said they will wash and apply free cellophane as part of the package. Then after 3 days again we wash at home. Thats when we saw the real outcome that our hair is badly damaged. Its very frizz and dry. My friends hair is much worst because we found out that her hair near the nape is really cut and only 3 inch remaining. This is really really bad experience. At first i want to call and complain nicely but the receptionist is dayoff. Then i decided not to call anymore. The damage has been done. Maybe the chemical they use is very strong and the Vietnamese making our hair is busy she might have soaked our hair longer than usual thats why it became damage.

I just want to give an honest opinion regarding service that sky star salon in rigga branch that the gave last monday Feb.13 2023 when i went there its such a regretful decision to come and try the service which is the keratin rebonding for 350 I was thinking that this was a good treatment as they are offering to people. As I went there honestly my hair got some damages from down side so what this staff did is removed it before the treatment done, so as the package includes with color so he did color first before the treatment but before color he removed the damages on my hair, but as per my knowledge and experiences from other salon even the same salon but fro other location what they ate doing is that they remove the hair damages after treatment so they can see the damages and do the proper hair cutting so that the outcome of the product or the service that they will give will make a customer satisfaction but in this location the guy did the other way around so when the service finished it turned out im unsatisfied because aside from I have to come back after 3 days before the washing of my hair then my haircut is unproper and I didnt like it because the hair Comes uneasy frizzy and undelited to see the cut is unproperly done. So now the lesson here is that on this type of service most important is the customer satisfaction because the trust is no longer here anymore so how can I come back again in this salon if I do t trust the service anymore and I didnt like the outcome of the service and I regret to day that I am not satisfied with the outcome and the trust is no longer serve. Instead I am happy and wil help this dalon to promote in social media then now how can I do that if I am not satisfied with the outcome because how can they manage to rectify the haircutting it will be so much short if they will do that

PLEASE DO NOT GO GO THIS SALON.This is probably one of the worst salons I have ever been to in my life.I went for a pedicure and nail extension. I was made to wait 3 hours for someone to be available when there was around 8/9 staff sitting around doing nothing. I asked the receptionist multiple times what was going on and she had no answer for me other than ‘wait’. She was so rude.I was then shoved in to the back of the salon where staff were eating. The lady began to prep my nails when she then cut the side of my finger, causing it to bleed a lot. I’m that moment I stood up and left the salon.

I googled to check salons nearby and found Skystar and Meteor Garden.Meteor Garden had horrible reviews so I opted to try Skystar since a friend said the salon was okay.I chatted with someone who provided me with the rates via whatsapp, she was nice and all but when I got there, I ended up very disappointed. The receptionist said You bleached.. You have to do BOTOX only and pointed at the 400dhs package. I said okay but I will do just the BOTOX KERATIN without the add ons on the package and she said no.. They dont have a separate offer other than the PACKAGE. So I asked the girl (Mario) why she sent the other price only to let me take the package.I dont know if its a marketing strategy. Sending rates then pushing you to go for the package. I honestly dont mind paying. But the way that the receptionist spoke was degrading. She made me feel like I couldnt afford it. I could. But they were not nice at all. And the girl who sent me the packages was reasoning out that she sent me the package price.If the other option is not available, why even send it??? I just honestly wasted my time going to the place. Its sad.Very poor customer service..

Such a regretful Decision to choose sky star saloon, before 3days I did hair keratin in this saloon I told them I want my hair straight, after 3days I washed my hair both has change means I found my hair same which I have before no straight nothing…. I will never recommend this sky star saloon

I specially came for hair massage ( hot oil ) ,but the lady dont know how to do massage it was just mentally disappointed...it was not professional step to step wise.no steam too no ,no professional staff to attend well to understand what exactly want customer. I would like to request please as per market and give proper service.some charges are like high but no service proper.thank you for such a disappointed service.

I did my Keratin Rebonding and Hair Color from this saloon, Al Rigga. Result is perfect and according to my own. Ms Joy she is the best service provider, hardworking and very nice lady. She put her full effort to provide her service and do her work with heart. Best of luck to all staff of Sky Star Saloon. 👍😍☺️

Cheaters !!!! Receptionist is so rude and she is liar. They tell something on phone and they cant deliver that. Receptionist has no respect towards customers. Such a rude person is managing this salon. Staff is okay and will try to help but this salon should change receptionist to get more happy clients. RUDE LADYI didnt like her attitude and her behaviour. She should resign from here and get some training on how to be a receptionist and face of the salon. It was terrible!!! I showed them a picture on a beautiful girl with brown hair with a little lighter tone of brown and I asked if they could make it look natural and do it like the picture I showed, they said that they could do it. After that the hairdresser put bleach on my brown hair and then she washed it out. When I saw my hair it was literally really light blond and I didn’t ask for that, it doesn’t even look natural at all!

I have visited today to make rebounding because I use to make beforeToday when I visited she dont want to make for me she said take the other package of 300 aed. We go there in sky star satwa 4 days ago to fix our hair they said keratin rebond.. After 3 days of keratin rebond my hair still same and waste of money . I will not recommend this salon to my friend.. some of my friend also do the same keratin rebond they complain but they said theres no action for that.

I recently received a hair color and botox treatment at a Sky Star salon, Al attar building in Al Karama.They completely destroyed my hair.this is the worst experience I have ever had at hairdressers(Chinese lady)! I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon. Chinese lady burnt my hair almost until the roots.after three day they washed my hair, I noticed it had been completely destroyed and not straight.The structure of each hair strand looks as bent and wiry as corn-husk hair,but drier than dry. Like fried noodles😭. The strands do not lie flat,but frizz beyond recognition.it is so awful. My scalp is also pink and tender.. and my hair also falling off don’t know what kind of product they used.guys pls stay away from this salon. Such a unprofessional salon.they need only money.😡😡😡

This TOMBOY doesn’t know how to handle customers. You should replace this unmannered staff of yours or else you will lose your customers.It is not that I always complain, but when I come across such behavior with high degree of unprofessionalism, I always want to make some corrections.I have been a satisfied customer at your salon in Rigga Beirut Restaurant since 2013. However, in your branch near Popeyes, was the worst experience I had, and I will not go back to the said branch again.

Filipina Receptionist/Cashier is very unfriendly even to other Filipinos. She does not smile at all or does not even look at you when youre asking questions about their services 🙄. Very unprofessional and rude. Please replace her or you will lose clients. Not ever going back to this salon.

They cheat you when they say pedicure and manicure. They charge you and all they do is nail filing and nail polish applying. They dont scrub your feet or clean it. The lady cut the flesh while cleaning my finger.

Very poor customer service! The african receptionist is not accommodating and don’t know how to assist the customer. When I came to the salon, I said to her for “hair cut” and she just said “waiting” I stand for 3-4 mins and wait if she will say like “please wait, theres a queue, you can wait and sit” but NO. I have not heard anything to her. Then I ask how many mins to wait and she just said “30 mins”, that’s it. No customer service and not accommodating.

Visited the branch in rigga.the set up looked shady,the premises untidy and the staff unwelcoming.thank god we left without doing any services

My wife been to Sky Star Ladies saloon branch in karama. Very bitter experience in the cash counter. The amount was around 483 aed but they refused to accept card. If u insist they just try to press random button on the swipe machine and say ur card doesnt work or u dont have sufficient fund may be. Which embarrassed my wife. Though It have more then sufficient funds about 10k. Then my wife used other card same story, 3rd card same story. Finally she called me to reach saloon. When I went in intentionally i used my card. They said card not working. Well staff is really cunning to get cash why? They want to split amount them selfs and no bill. If card is accepted then they have to show proof to owner. No receipt, so cash is theirs. Well then I saw then inputting the amount and intentionally pressing ok button and saying card not working. The card operates on pin but they didnt even ask me for pin. They told card not working. Amazing. Then my wife told not to create mess just give cash and lets go. So forcefully I paid cash. Though I know the cash goes to crazy staff in the reception or will share among them selfs. But apart from that the work or job is amazing for which 1 star. Only concern is when ur at cash counter. So next time guys kindly ask for bills or receipt. I couldnt get it at this time but next time for sure. Apologies couldnt write review on karama location as there is no location map.

Bad experience with this salon, Al Barsha branch, which does not follow Covid rules. You find hair on the floor, in the chairs and everywhere, the tools are not sterilized, and the users do not wear a face mask.Without bad customer service, I do not recommend it to anyone. If it had less than a star, I would have put it. This salon is dirty have a lot of hair on the floor for other customers, they don’t sanitize the materials even they don’t make precautions about covid 19, if I have to make less than one star i will do it, because even their treatment damage my hair, despite that two staff from china they did talk about me and mind to make pedicure for me, (she said to her coworker miau) when the other one ask her to make it for me, plus the receptionist ans staff doesnt wear a face mask it was bad experience there and i will not suggest anyone to go there
