Below average honestlyI like jory , she was professional and so sweet. The decor was chill too.I did gel removal, gel manicure and regular pedicure, was fine , reasonable prices.

Cut twice and blamed for having “sensitive cuticles”. I have never been cut anywhere else.

I have been a regular client past year and half , everything is superb. Diana … excellent service and these girls are so warm … A must go place for nail extensions, hair , gel or paint… it’s exactly how I want my nails 💅 to beWay to go SO…. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Rose from Albarsha branch did my hair and she was very rough washing my hair then drying it very strongly that so much hair fell off because she was so rough!! regardless of me telling her to be gentle many times she ignored my comments. I dont recommend this branch at all and will NEVER come back again!

This place is very close to my house so I thought i should try them. I did full set extensions with polish and nail art. The clear polish was horribly out on. You could see it from the edges. When the nail tech finished, I told her that this is a horrible job. She said so sorry you can come back and we will redo. 3 hours of my time and someone says I can redo. Wow. Anyway I told them I’m very busy and I will let them know when. Less than 10 days and my nails broke. Told them I need to come in just for that. When I came in they put the wrong color on that nail. I mean honestly what kind of place is that.They apologized and said come back and we will fix it.I gave them a 3rd chance and came back to do my nails. First of all not only did they charge me over 400 DHS, they made my nails super fat. I literally had two of my friends notice and tell me why are my nails so big. Their nail techs can’t even put polish properly. Yet they took photos of my nails to put on their insta.Then less than 10 days and again one nail broke. I came today to fix that nail and they charged me 50 DHS for that one nail.Safe to say I will not be coming here again.They are overcharging customers. Poor quality work. No after care of the customer. Extremely noisy as they are next to a kids indoor play park, so you can hear the kids yelling. Their chairs are super uncomfortable.Save your money and go somewhere where they care about you.

Im a regular when Im in Dubai. I showed the nail technician a design that she had previously done, but when she did it for me today it was nowhere near the original even after I told her, she kept insisting that it was. I left unhappy and was still made to pay the full price even though they could see I wasnt happy.

Nice spot. The staff are friendly and professional. Done my nails and toes which was perfectly done. The brushing was okay. I wanted the trendy wavy hairstyle but didnt manage to do that which is the same case in most salons.

I’m extremely disappointed with the acrylics I got done at this salon today. Very thick, uneven lengths, took very long to get done. I swear if I put on Claire’s stick on plastic nails they’d look better. EID IS TOMORROW

The salon and services are look stunning! I was so exited to go and try it, but my expectations are crashed since the moment I tried to get an appointment. I got no response and vent to another place which is always perfect.

I had an amazing experience in this salon. All the staff are so friendly. They also do amazing nail art and hair braids.

I had an appointment at 6:30 and arrived on time, yet they made me wait 40 mins to start while the manager told me “20 mins” and when i asked for nail art she repeated twice “but you’ll have to pay more for nail art” GIRL? I KNOW THAT that was so offensive to tell a paying customer. i went to have some self care and relax instead i left with a bad mood all thanks to the most horrible service i’ve experienced. also one of the workers was chatting with a customer and they’re soooo loud like lower your voice omg. anyways please delete my file cause im not coming back. although but the two ladies who did my nails did a good a job, its not about the job its about the customer experience.

I swear to God, to be honest, the hair will be worn out, I am tired and it is very forbidden in my vain. I left them and I was upset. I was walking with my friend who was basically getting her hair done. She wanted it done. I was the one who saw her off and chose the salon. Unfortunately, I was let go by their service. One woman named Alaa Al-Suri was a bride-to-be and she had no soul to work and she was all poor. She did not give the customer her rights. At work...and above all her style She is all miserable and wants to finish, and Hanana, come on, come on, let me wash, come on, my work will end... I went and told her, “If I am dependent, my soul will be able to see how someone else will do it.” She said, “No, now I am just waiting for it to be done and finished.” At the sink, I turned on cold water. I replied and told her to run the water before it was warm. She didn’t know what to do. And she doesnt work on her mind, and when I returned home, I washed my hair, and it was still in oil After I washed my hair, she went away alone for a second consultationI swear to God, girls, I do not advise you, it is forbidden to waste your money on empty, and their salon is expensive compared to the other two salons. They do not have anything “wow” and nothing special and above... It is impossible for me to go back to them, so X Salon.
