I had a really lovely time at the Salon. All of the staff were very welcoming and professional. I was there to have a full manicure with gel polish with some intricate line work done. The nail techs made sure that each line was done meticulously and my nails came out perfect as a result. The pricing was also very affordable. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience at Soft Hair Salon. The team is skilled and attentive, making both my hair and waxing appointments a breeze. My hair has never looked better with Nasser, and the waxing was quick and nearly painless with Jennifer. Highly recommend for top-notch service!

Nasser was brilliant and we had a lot of fun. He understood my requirements straight away and cut my hair very professionally with a perfect straight blow dry. I love the azizi riviera soft hair salon in building 8 as they are a really friendly bunch and I have my pedicure and manicure here also with the lovely Sabina. Really great experience upon each visit. Lovely friendly welcoming staff.

Amazing salon, I was upset with my nails from another salok and the ladies here made me feel so much better and fixed them beautifully. I also have one of the best facials, it was very professional and now my skin is glowing. Thank you so much soft hair salon i will be back for sure ❤︎

Horrible experience! Totally irresponsible. They scheduled an appointment, I got there, and there was no one to serve me. They told me that if I wanted to be served I would have to wait an hour. Total disrespect and irresponsibility. I lost taxi money, missed my appointment, and was late for a work appointment, all because of their negligence!

My best hair experience in UAE, i found the whole work staff amazing persons, careful and talented. Recommend.

They asked to charge u 120 ead for blowing hair depends on ur hair length 😂😂 don’t waste ur time don’t go there

So bad experience!!!!!! Unprofessional at all!!!i wouldn’t put a review before but because its the second time they make me so disappointed !!!! first i came to do my nails , results was so bad, i lost real nails although i insist that i need them hard because they are tall, i told them need them thick, she charged the hard rubber and didnt put because 4 of my nails broke !!!!I came to her she told okay i will charge on you!!!!! Instead of feeling sorry !!!!! i made a big drama at their place , then the owner spike to me , , they fixed them , i also made my lashes and i like them , i came again ONLY to make refil( i like the work of the lady who make the lashes she is sooo nice ) because i already made my lashes at their place, i told her that i thing there is something wrong at the end of the lashes , she told me its okay if any thing happen come back , i wen to abudhabi and i came back after one week, i contacted them , i told her i just wanna fix this issue, literally it needs 3 min 2 pair pf lashes only at the end of one eye , i sent her a picture , she told me i have to charge on you!!!!! I told her my lashes are goood i dont need refill and ask the lady that made the refil !!! She told me sorry we cant!!!! So bad!!!! Ohhhh i forgot i paid in dollar , she exchanged the dollar to derham in low rate , i told her why!!! Its too much low around 3.60 the dollar !!!!

Honestly very disappointed with the treatment received. Had previously visited the salon, this is why I’m leaving a review.They took almost 4 hours for a hard gel refill on my nails and the job is not even that good.😌I did the same service even the last time I visited them, I got charged a certain amount and then today the price was higher.I even showed them what I had paid the previous time, and the only thing that they were able to say is “I don’t know why you paid this much last time, this is our price”.Not professional at all.

The level of service is great and they often have discounted treatments, that is honestly a no brainer.

Rudest manager and completely overpriced Salon! I went when they first opened and told them I was looking for a salon here as I go to other salons in meydan and they asked how much I pay in the other salons and i told them between 100-130 in 4 different salons in meydan that y alternate between and the lady was like okay we will give you 130 i was like great okay i will come tomorrow and try the salon out. I went the next day and had washed my own hair and it took almost 2 hours to get my hair done there although it takes 30 mins anywhere i go because my hair is very soft and easy to do but lady was nice so i didn’t say anything. I went to pay and the receptionist then proceeds to ask me to pay 300! I was in shock and the receptionist tried to tell me that when she told me she matched the price of my most expensive salon it was actually an offer they had on which was 50% which was UNTRUE there was NEVER a mention of any offers or discounts she asked for the prices i pay in meydan and matched the highest price and on top of that when this was going on at payment she showed me the price list i had never seen where long hair was printed as 200 something and they had crossed it out with a PEN and wrote 300! Firstly if they had given leaflets out with prices they cannot then scratch it out and write new prices that is illegal. Secondly giving me a price and waiting till i finish and then try and make me pay more than double what i was told i was going to pay is ILLEGAL! Thirdly nowhere in Dubai costs 300 dhs to blow dry already washed hair. The price is absolutely scandalous and would maybe be expected by a celebrity hairstylist otherwise is absolutely ridiculous! I told them i would pay the price we agreed and i will leave. Mr Nasser was nice and tried to fix the situation and told me he didn’t want to lose me as a customer and to pay 105 i told him i will pay what we had agreed but he insisted and tried to make up for how the receptionist was acting (it was a literal standoff she wouldn’t take my payment and insisted i pay the higher price) which seemed to be scared of the manager she kept calling. I had paid and left and a little later i got a call that i missed and the number called me again and it was the manager she was talking to me in a rude tone and asked me to explain what happened i told her it was done and i didn’t want to talk about it and she then on her own told me what had happened and i was like yes and its over she then went on to tell me again like the receptionist that it was an offer etc and if you look at the prices you can see that 130 isn’t 50% and on top of that there was NO mention of promotion, there were no deal leaflets, there was no evidence of any deal whatsoever. I told her i understood what she was saying and that that was not how it was and that they had lost me as a customer and she said that was FINE i laughed and then she said maybe you will come back one day i said never at those prices and she then had the AUDACITY to say “well i can’t do anything if you can’t afford our prices” in which i just ended the conversation! Unbelievable that a manager would talk to a customer in that way and just because someone can afford something does not mean that you let people rip you off! This is not a way any manager should EVER talk to a customer she was beyond rude and instead of apologizing for the standoff incident that happened in the salon she called to tell me i was wrong and that she didn’t care if she lost me as a customer and that i couldn’t afford their absolutely ridiculous unwarranted prices! This salon will Never succeed with management and prices like that. I do my hair 3 times a week in the salon and i could have been one of their best customers but instead i am writing this review because the way i was treated in the salon and then how i was talked to on the phone was completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars i would.

I have had the worst experience here. They trick you with the prices. I was there for a haircut, they told me 150 AED and I asked for curls and I was told it was included in the haircut and then they charged me 200 extra for curls, I ended up paying lot more than I do for a basic haircut. Never going here.

Good afternoon,I had my eyebrows done and my hair dyed at this salon., very successful.In mid-June I got gel nails done at tips and roes in Mirdif, I don’t know what they used, butnail fungus started.The nail plates have turned black.I came to Soft Hair, and now I’m treating my nails here quite successfully.
