Had a really nice experience, the staff are extremely hospitable and professional.The space is gorgeous and everything was so clean and hygienic.the nail tech Nanu 🙂took care of my nails, did everything accordingly, asked questions regarding the quality to make sure it met my requirement. Every time I visit the salon for waxing the staff Nanu is always in hurry because of which I faced the issue of ingrown hair in sensitive areas. The prices are on higher end and the discount offers are not for all the clients, they only give discounts to only those whom they know since long. Hopefully ill not visit them again.

I had the worst experience at this salon.The staff were incredibly rude. Not only did they ignore me when I arrived!!I visit to do a bikini wax but the woman is rough and careless and she completely disregard all my concerns and will look at you like you are asking for too much. And it also took her so long to do that. they charged me an amount for the terrible service. I will never set foot in this salon again i cant imagine how s

Got a polish change. Unhygienic wiping nail polish on the chairs (no tissue or towel). I had to count how many coats of polish were applied as the tech lost count. Had to reapply the nail polish on 4 of my nails and outcome was still awful. I should have just done this at home it would’ve been better. Keep in mind this is regular nail polish not gel. No photo as I’ve taken it off and gone elsewhere.

I died my hair there it was horrible, it was a balayage the result is a disaster in my hair the color is just not what I want, the hairstylists who did my hair was mad with me, I really wanna cut my hair.I did also manicure was horrible I came back the next day to remove it.

Came here for lash extensions and hair colour and blow dry. Super amazing lashes and hair..the colour they used was ammonia free and natural, and my hair never looked so healthy and shiny. The priducts they use are amazing ,..so much so Im trying to get my uk hairdresser to use these products and hair dye. Super lovely staff as well and very reasonable pricing. Have been back twice already. Thankyou.

The best salon in al jadaf, staff are nice and very approachable. I highly recommend full body massage this is the best, i swear!!!!! I also visit here to do a manicure and pedicure and it was so good❤️ Great job 👏

Nice salon! But no Fresha ?

The girl who attended to me didnt know how to do my nails, she put the gel on anyway and wanted to come up with a design for my nails and didnt know where to start, I stopped and decided to leave, she wanted to charge me the price for another service, in addition They wanted to put Brazilian keratin on my hair, which was super sensitive and everyone knows that you cant use it after 1 month of chemical treatment. I dont recommend this place, I only paid what was done out of politeness, but in fact I shouldnt have paid for such a disgusting service! Ps: the nail broke 1 day after leaving that place!!
