If u paid me money to go back to this place I would decline. It smells so bad, their hair products are low quality , and they don’t even know how to style hair properly. My friend , with healthy hair, went there before, and after her trip there her hair wouldn’t stop falling . They will ruin ur hair. And GOSH their attitude is horrible ! They will not give u money back if u don’t have receipts , and they will make u wait more than an hour just for other costumers even tho u were in front of them in line !

I went for a hair wash and hair treatment and every time the lady’s hands would come in contact to my face I see food stuck in her fingernails and her sweat stains and her hands smelled like food. And they didn’t give me back correct change and they told me my hair is damaged and they have to chop off the ends. I went in with 15 inches of hair and left with 4 inches. The customer service number doesn’t work. The place smelled so bad and awful. Very rude Somali lady in the reception and she doesn’t return your money and doesn’t give back correct change. NEVER GO THERE.

Worst salon everTo start, as soon as i entered the salon was very small and hot. There was no air conditioning at all and there was too much heat in the air. When i went to register, the cashier (she is a dark-skinn hijabi lady) is rude. She gives really horrible stares and is disrespectful. She told us that we’d only have to wait for 5 minutes until we could start but as soon as regular customers come in, she let them go before us, which was not fair. Instead of waiting 10 minutes we waited for an hour and a half! Aside from that, there is no place to sit othet than 1 broken sofa. There are cockroaches on the floor and the workers are limited. I saw a worker itch her ear and nose then touch the customers hair. Worst salon ever. Dont recommend it. Never again. They stole 1000 dirhams from me

Worst salon ever. crowded. cramped. stinks. so hot, no ac. no wifi. we came in and she told us that our turn will start after 1 person, an hour passes by and random people start coming in and she let them go before us, when we asked when well start she said i told you there are 5 people before you. we waited a bit more and decided to finally leave after none of us were gonna help us. we asked for our money back and she said give me ur receipts and ill give u ur money back (she gave us 3 30 dhs receipts when we first came in) she only gave us back 90 dhs when we paid 150 without the 4th receipt i cant give u ur money even though we sat for nearly 2 hours waiting and didnt do any service in their salon. its not about the money, its about their attitude and lack of customer care. even the owner didnt care and was being rude. they have a customer complaint number that doesnt even work. also their services being cheap is probably because their services will be cheap, they dont apply heat protectant and it smelt like something was burning the whole time. go at ur own risk.

Very bad service, 4 hrs waiting and took 90dhs for blowdry and iron only and the complaint number no one is answering. The sudanese lady has failed to understand customer requests and only wants to rip them off

The best place to get a blowout, its small and stuffy and accept walk Im only so avoid at peak hours but theyll blow dry your hair at any length for AED30 and they do an amazing job and if you want waves its AED40 and hairstyling costs AED80 and theyre really good.

They dont know how to make hair wavy, so i asked to do my hair straight and ended up very flat and had to do it again. Wax is good

Went for upperlip and chin waxNow those areas look injured and horrible. I have never experienced this before. I cant go anywhere without covering my face now.kind staffs but very bad service !Would never recommend this place

I HATE THIS PLACE ! never ever again am I coming back, they damaged my hair (used way too much shampoo and conditioner, etc) and the place smells AWFUL ! Not recommended unless u wanna ruin ur hair 🙁..

I got my hair chopped off there and they had very bad service. They couldnt get my hair right and had to be cut a lot of times. Material is cheap and place isnt clean. They even tried to scam me and they wanted to charge me AED 15 for a hair wash, like what? Dont even waste your time here.

My wife has waxing of upperlips and facial from this saloon. They charge hefty amount of 300 AED. After an hour her lips got swellen. Her Eid day got ruined just because of this Improfessionalism. It look like that she went their and pay for her face getting ruined.

Place is so simple .. needs more hybrid standards. However their prices are perfect for their services .

Receptionist really rude, couldnt speak english...I called and asked the price for eyebrow threading, the staff told me that they couldnt give price without consultation... :/dont waist your time in this salon.

For services that is. Basic and no design or style in.So reining and blow dry.. ok but not more. Than that, but friendly services and staff an they are fast
