Grace and jass did my nails and i loved it , place is very clean and relaxing, loved the music too, my only concern is the short of colors it’s very limited and one color from each so the girls had to wait for each other to finish plus they only have one lamp device in the entire spa so it took me 2 hrs + to finish

The spa is nice and relaxing service is amazing tho I wouldn’t recommend the message I got a nerve pain after the message, the hair treatment 💯 would come back for it

The receptionist/lady over the phone is a nightmare. She has no customer service skills. I didn’t get her name, but she sounded African. No skills or manners at all. I was honestly happy with my manicure and pedicure and also visually the place is beautiful. But if this is who I have to deal with on the phone every time I have to book an appointment it’ll put me off.

🪷 i am so happy i can find and experience this kind of unique Spa in dubai. The lighting 💡 , the Music 🎶, the birds sound🦢 , the olive tree 🌳 the wood 🪵… those elements brings feeling of nature . The smiling faces and service just let me forget about the stress & bad mood … transfer all those energy to a peace mind and positive vibes 🫶🏻,I LOVE ❤️ it . And i will come back 💯

Amazing spa, excellent massages! I almost don’t want to share but they really deserve it! Super clean, great customer service, very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful interior. The prices are just 🤌🏼 and again, the massages are exceptional!!

Didn’t even get to try the the spa because of the rude staff.If the customer is late 30 mins, the least the staff could do is contact you and confirm, but instead they assume you’re not coming and cancel without any contact.The treatment at the door is more than enough to tell me how my experience would have gone.

The place is small and different from the picturesThe rooms are very close to each otherIt is located in the Nad Al Sheba area, a little 20 minutes away from the center of DubaiI came to my appointment at 1 p.m. and the employee at the reception was surprised that there were two appointments at 1, and the one before I entered had a star reduced for that reason.So she asked me to start with the consultation first and not the massage, even though I wanted the opposite 🙂🙂 She offered me a free hair washing service. She was nice and apologized politely.The consultation is professional and the method of consultation is new, called sal, from AfricaI tried the massage, it was very excellent with an Indonesian workerI think it is one of the best massage services in DubaiThe prices are very good, the place is quiet and niceThe products used in hair washing are from a good company, Nazih SheaThe massage oil was very ordinaryBooking was quick via WhatsApp
