I made an appointment here at this salon because at the time i was living in Emaar South and driving into town was time consuming. The staff there was very friendly, so I cant fault them on their attitude, but unforutnately my highlights were not done well and the price was VERY high. I paid 272 USD. They were very chunky and stripy and not to the scalp, so it looked like it was grown out by 1 to 2 Months at the start. I had to go to another salon to fix it, and the new salon stylist showed me the back of my head in the mirror which i hadnt seen that whole week and there was literally a halo around the back of my head where the highlights hadnt reached the top of my scalp. If you are a blonde who is a bit picky about your color - I would not advise coming here. My haircut was totally fine. I also want to mention the general atmosphere is a bit lacking. It was so hot I was sweating and it just in general wasnt nice. I feel bad saying this because the ladies were very nice, but i dont want someone else making the same mistake as me. Thank you to Shirin and to Amreen for the amazing mani pedi they did on me this week! I am obsessed!!!! I have shown my shiny chrome nails at least 54 times in all angles to my husband since haha! Thank you ladies for making it a fun time, will definitely be booking again xx

They were super friendly but this was by far the most painful nail extension removal i’ve ever gotten. (It’s not even supposed to be painful) only reason i came here was because it is the only salon in the area and wanted to try it. They are completely understaffed since the person who removed my extensions wasn’t a nail tech but a receptionist. My skin on half of my fingers are bleeding and my nails are over drilled.

I had a great time at the salon! My hair came out beautifully colour and everything, loved how friendly the staff were! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I decided to try this place because of a Groupon offer, but I deeply regret it. I should have stuck with my usual salon. The eyelash glue they use has such a strong, unpleasant smell that I couldnt even finish the session as I startedfeeling sick from the smell. The ambiance also leaves much to be desired—it definitely needs improvement. This was my first and last visit.

Shirin was amazing with my manicure, showed her my outfit and instantly she recommended the color ..Armine who did my Pedi was incredible, and what can I say about Saira, she was the best, just had to show her a pic and walk out like I wanted. She even had tips on how I can manage my hair daily. Love the team work from this team- they are so friendly and so warm. Cannot wait to come back!

May 6, 2023, 12:50pm till 5:30pm, Emaar South branch with SamahService done: Roots (not the full head just underlights)Cost: 400 AEDMy scalp and nape of the neck was burnt. I was also accused of taking a photo of the hairdresser and her customer and was threatened with police action. I was taking a photo of my scalp that was hurting and they didn’t clarify anything they just went with the threats.The hairdresser was unable to follow my instructions even though I’ve been to many hairdressers who were able to follow the same instructions with no problem.The hairdresser has no assistant so she had to do everything. She was attending to me but another customer arrived so I had to wait. They have no cape, the salon has no curtains or blinds and made the room warm.Today is my third day since the visit and my skin is still hurting.

I recently visited south beauty center, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was exceptional. The attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout my entire visit. I left feeling rejuvenated and confident, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Lovely ladies working there however, they are completely unmanaged and under staffed.Hygiene in the Salon is a big problem along with health and safety. Although the staff are very nice, I cannot return as the hygiene and atmosphere is not reflective of the price or the clientele.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this place. I booked my appointment online with the hairdresser who usually does my hair, and went in the morning on time to find the place closed then as I was going out after waiting for 10 minutes I found a lady crying in the parking lot because a cab driver was shouting at her to pay him his fee. The poor lady did not know what to do and when I approached her to help her she told me that she is “the new hairdresser” in south beauty centre and that the owner asked her to take a cab to come for my appointment but she did not have the money to pay and the owner was texting with her and told her she will pay for her cab but stopped replying to her. Meanwhile another salon employee came in and opened the salon and the new hairdresser asked her for the money to pay the cab but the other employee opened the money drawer and there was only 30aed in there while the cab fee was 100aed. I told the ladies that I will pay for my haircut in advance and gave the hairdresser the 100aed ( she was lucky I had cash, I never usually carry cash) and then she went a paid the cab driver who was still shouting and screaming at her in the parking lot.When the ladies tried to contact the owner, I asked if I can talk to her and I was very upset of the whole situation and the neglect that was enforced on her staff and told her that I book such appointments to relax and not to stress. She did not like my tone and she said she will hang up the phone which baffled me 🤦🏻‍♀️ The employees were very apologetic and did not know what to say.Anyhow, I got the hair cut and went home but my hair was destroyed just like my mood was.I had to go back to my old hair dresser who is 45 minutes away from me to fix my hair. I am never going back to that place and do not recommend it.The worst part is that as you sit there as a client trying to get your service done you hear the staff bickering and they all tell the clients how bad the owner is and how she expects them to make money while she does not want to buy enough supplies among other things.Honestly that is not the client experience I want to receive when I go somewhere to relax and have me time. Very disappointing because this place should have so much potential being the only place around our community.

I have been several times in the salon, I did eyebrows with Vishali very nice and good, I was fine, and twice I went to do hair and I didnt find the same person again, but I was happy both times. Thank you

Not my first visit at the salon, and for sure wouldnt be the last. Had my face cleaning with Vishali, the products they are using for the face cleaning are having the most amazing smell. During the procedure you not only get your face cleaned but also you can relax and enjoy the amazing aroma of the products. Had with them before eye brow threading and pedicure. Thank you Vishali and South Beauty Centre.

Went into the salon to uncover there was no one available to do my eyebrow threading as the only person they have leaves earlier. Came back another day, earlier and the salon was open but completely unmanned. No one at all was in there. I was calling for someone. This was 3pm on a Friday.

Not professional at all. They booked me on system at 10 but the lady on chat said its 10 30.. whrn i went there they blamed me for coming late... t they didnt offer me a cup of water for 3 hrs while doing my hair treatmentThe stylist talked to me in an unprofessional way..i asked her to do gently my hair roots because she kept bumping my head with the hair straightner as she was in a hurry, she arogantly said she knows her work and denied what i was feeling and that she would know better not me.. its my head though. She expressed her frusteration and didnt excuse me for handling another client and she wished the day is over....the lady helping her went for a coffee and they kept fighting infront of the clientsIt was a terrible experience all together. They may have the skills but they lack the professionalism and are in a complete mess

I am so happy with Samah work. She is the best hairstylist and best hair dye I met till today in UAE or outside I recommend her to everyone. I will follow her wherever she goes.

Starting with waiting at reception with no one available to help, to the receptionist attire. I went for eye brow threading. It was horrible. I had to leave and fix it at home. Not to mention the extreme over pricing. Im never visiting there again. Gave 1 star for the decor and cleanliness.
