Always perfect!I have been coming to Spectrum Salon for a couple of years now. They always do a great job. The girls are all well trained. The equipment is always clean and sanitized after every customer. I can always highly recommend Spectrum Salon. They are particularly good at hard gel nails and ombré.

I have been coming here for almost 2,5 years and I am always satisfied. Ladies are very young and talented especially my favourite one - Chili 🥰 It’s cheap for Dubai and the customer service is amazing

Got an appointment for 16:30 , they didnt start the service till 17:00 without anyone telling it to me what is happening. After they started it 30 minutes later they apologised once. ‘ sorry for the delay’I am visiting the saloon quite often. The saloon is usually sharp with timing and the service is decent also. This was the only time it happened but it was really uncomfortable as I could have spent that 30 minutes of my time with what I was doing before , finishing off my work.

Im a regular member for over 6years and I have always loved the services they provide for meThe owner ms.Dolly is very welcoming and kind to me and so is the receptionist Beverlyn.My main nail technician is Cami who makes my nails sparkle and if she is unavailable i go to lily who is equally the same and also noon sho does make may feet add sparkle too.I am very thankful for your services.thank you all for your hard work to make us look more beautiful.

Terrible customer service, don’t bother wasting your money and time going here. Firstly I call to book an appointment at 11 she said the ladies are engaged please come at 12 they choose 1am only to get there and I have to wait for 30minutes before being attended to, now I had acrylics that was done by them and I needed to remove and just do normal gel manicure, they kept insisting I should do overlays instead because gelish DOESN’T Last but I told them that’s what I want.The receptionist told me if I do gelish have to pay 50 dirhams more to remove my acrylics but if I do overlays it will be free, I opted for gelish coz that’s what I wanted. The lady doing my nails was in a rush and kept on pricking me coz I refused to do overlays I even told her if you don’t want to my nails please stop I’ll go somewhere else then 2 days later the gelish chipped and came off like sticker I sent them a message that I’ll come for it to be fixed and she clearly told me gelish doesn’t last and I refused to do overlays so that’s my problem.

I always came to salon to do everythings. Very happy with all treatments the girls gave to me❤️. Price is good, service very good, very friendly.....I hear some reviews about salon, but I am the regular clients there so i know exactly. We all humans being cant be perfect, if that people like to complain then try put them self in this position so you all know how much pressure to manage the business.

Although they do good nails, theyre tough causing lots of pain twisting joints, squeezing bones and cutting cuticles aggressively. Regardless how your hands are positioned, they will aggressively twist it to the position they need without even giving you time to position your hand by yourself gently. They never become softer no matter how many times you inform them and rather they call you sensitive.Their manager is even worse.Cleanliness is not the best. Forget about customer service.

Sometimes customers writing bad comments about us such as bad management, bad service, bad staff, rude manager, rude receptionist etc. Even they were satisfied with our services and after they were paying more than they expected they started to argued with the staff and with the receptionist and their way of trying to calm themselves is to write bad comments about us just to ruin the reputation of the salon but eventually they keep coming back.GOLDEN RULE: TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED :)

I get my Manicure done by Chili and it always looks amazing, everyone is really friendly and I only had good experiences! 💅🏽💐

Awful experience, the salon is very dirty and they use the same foot scraper on everyone - they don’t use disposable filing stickers. The manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional she grabbed my hand aggressively when I explained that my nails weren’t like the image I showed. I definitely won’t be returning

Please if you ever go avoid “VIN”, she completely destroyed my nails… they were long and pretty she cut them really short and make a huge mess then she proceeded to say I don’t wanna do your nails and didn’t even apologize, terrible service…. But just to be fair Mika is the best if you could do with her then it good

I went without appointment and the owner tried her best to allocate me. I did the ombré hard gel and I was surprised how many options they had. The girls did a great job. They are fast and effective. I loved how they have a tv so you don’t get bored. The salon is very spacious. Will definitely come back.

After being the costumer for 5 years since al nahda I dont think is fair for the owner to treated the costumer in bad manners.Despite to a good job they did i have observed that the costumer service is really bad and need to be improve.The owner speak quite bad manners indeed. I spent about 250dhs monthly for 5 years somtime more,but sadly i changed my mind today and will spread this experience to my colleagues definitely, because the way how she treated me.

Snow is a reall artist. My nails look fantastic. And its beed already 2 weeksI did lashes as well they do last but they became very messy after few days ans hard to handle

Going to this nail salon since one year and I am satisfied. Great price for the quality of service, my nails last for a very long time. Just sometimes they’ll make you wait even though you have an appointment.

I was always very happy with the massage service and overall experience. All ladies are lovely and very hard working.I reached on time for my appointment and the salon was packed.The receptionist asked me to come the next day because there is no staff and I saw on the book there was a double booking on the same time.The lady for the massage just started doing nails with another customer who had appointment same time.Perhaps booked by mistake or it’s the policy to book double.There was not a clear explanation by them so I left and made an effort to call the manager for explanation.She apologized and 1minute later asked me to go back for my appointment which I didn’t.It is not professional at all.Seems that this business is profitable only by crew who live nearby with not many options to go to other salons without a car.No customer who respects herself should be there.

The girls do a really good job with nails.Nails are really good, thin/narural looking and they last more then a month.My compliments go to Elisa, efficient and professional.I will keep coming back cos of the hard working girls , however only when that manager is not arround.I came here specifically to write a negative comment about her.I hope my comment reaches the owner of the salon, cos Im not sure if she is aware how rude and unprofessional her manager is. She literally always shouts on the ladies in front of us clients calling them ugly names. She is having a borderline agressive personality. When she is not arround the atmosphere in the salon is much more peaceful and girls perform better.If she tries to do the nails, she is rough and carelless about customers satisfaction.

My friend and I had the worst experience, after booking they still made me wait an hour before attending to me. My friends nails were poorly done and mine broke after 2 days, when I called to get it fixed they said sorry they can’t and that the owner said we shouldn’t come there again. Really bad attitude and service overall. Very unprofessional over calls too.

Never book an appointment after 7 pm, the staff shift ends by 9 pm and if your service took longer than that they will be rude to you.Yesterday, I had an appointment at 7:40 pm for hands extension which they confirmed over the phone. The moment I sat on the chair, the lady started talking loudly to her colleagues in her own language, which I didn’t understand but they were clearly annoyed. While the time was passing, she started handling my hands roughly, I requested a nail art and she clearly said the time won’t allow, I suggested that I come the next day to finish the art work and she said no, she will do it anyway.I had a message that I needed to respond to over my phone, and since there was a Second Lady that has joined and started doing my other hand, I asked them if they can free one hand and wait a bit so I can respond, they started harassing me to put the phone down and kept nagging about the time!There is a clear issue in this salon regarding the overtime policy, which it shouldn’t be my concern, this is the only time I do something for myself the whole month and I wasn’t happy or treated well.They did a fine job on my nails but the attitude was horrible. I will never go back.

Very bad management.I dont recommend massage at this salon. The massage lady was trying to click my finger untill i stopped her. Why insisting so hard on clicking a finger? If it doesnt it doesnt. And my finger hurts the last 2+months. I went to doctors used meds nothing helps. I contacted the salon at the end. Ans guess what? No apoligies no custumer service. They kept telling me they would call me back after talking to the manager. And they never got back to me. I kept calling. I know they cant fix my finger but at least they can apologize and refund me. They should have a recovery policy in these kind of cases but they dont even care. I am so annoyed. If you dont wanna get injured and not being cared about afterwards, dont go to this salon.

The lady handling the WhatsApp is the rudest most arrogant person.She replies like she is replying to her friend absolutely zero professionalism.I highly would never recommend this place after today I was a regular customer but I will gladly go back to TIPS and TOES where the customer see is waaaaaaaay better.Someone please teach that lady how to reply to customers.This place deserves a zero for customer service because they definitely lack customer service

I’m a customer there and I always do my nails hard gel, this time I choice to do just manicure in order to leave a period of recovery for my nails.When I was ready to pay they told me an overpriced amount which was very strange as I know the prices, and I pay even less than that amount for hard gel.The lady at the counter told me that i got charged for the removal of the hard gel, ( 5 nails as I removed the rest by myself😅) I informed her that I always do my nails there so why should I pay for removal. She didn’t reply so I just pay and left! I love the work of the girls there and I always tip as a thank you but this last thing that happened today come on 😂 aaaaanywaysPs. good job but be ready to have some up and downs here and there.

I wanted to share my horrible service experience with the salon Spectrum In Silicon Oasis , first the prices are so high comparing to other beauty salons in Silicon oasis (they are taking advantage of the HUGE CREW COMMUNITY in that area)Also the ladies working there are not friendly at all , They are FAKELY nice ! Anyway : Hospitality was ZERO in my opinion!So; i always go there to do my nails since few years, the ONLY REASON why because the salon is so close to where i live but the last time i decided to do my nails in my country since i was on vacation so when i came back from my vacation i went there yesterday to do a refill for ONE NAIL ONLY because it got broken and the lady working there didnt accept me !!! she apologized then said she cannot do the refill for any nail just because the last time i didnt do my nails there so i cant even do one nail refill !!! i just said thank u and i left but i was shocked how she could easily reject a loyal client !! I couldnt believe my ears !!obviously i will NEVER go back there even if its for free🤮🤮Plus the waiting time to do the nails there is ENDLESS even when i call or whatsapp for an appointment before i go i STILL wait for long time when i go there

I’ve been doing my nails in this salon for the past 2 years. I had mixed experiences and decided to always come back. Needless to say, lately the salon services are not like before: rude staff, VERY INCOMPETENT OWNER(I want to underline this). The poor girls are rushed and most of the times there are three people doing my nails.I decided I will not step in the salon anymore, tried one last time and got disappointed again, my nails broke twice over a two weeks period. Had to pay to fix them, even though less than a week had passed. My nails were filed so thinly that they keep breaking.Fix your attitude or you’re going to lose every client, many new salons are opening in DSO, and with these kind of services you’re at the bottom of the list.

Where do I start?First i would like to say if there was a 0 star review i would have given it.Every time i book an appointment they make me wait at least an hour even though i get there on time.Second, once the nail technician finished w her other client, ran to me and did the job in such a rush, that I had to tell her so many times about the flaws i’ve seen in her work.Thirdly, I can feel them speaking about me in their language ( vietnameze ) and i think that’s a major disrespect.Also they lack so many colours for the gel, they’re trained to do 3 styles ( the ones accepted for Cabin Crew ) and they don’t even bother trying to do something else for you when you request it.Not to mention how unhygienic and dirty the whole place is.The owner is such an arrogant and rude woman with no class. The rest of the girls are nice but when the manager is around they are all very stressed and you can feel the tension in the air.All in all, do yourself a favour and choose another salon, there’re better ones out there.

If there was a way to put 0 star I would have done it already. I used to go all the time to this salon because it’s close from home. I have nothing to say about the technicians there but the receptionist is very disrespectful and dishonest. I booked an appointment with her for my stepmom (who is ill). She made her wait 2h30 !!! Just for regular manicure that takes 20 or 30minutes max. She kept her waiting that long by promising her every 5 minutes that’s it’s almost her turn. When I found out obviously I was upset so I came to pick her up and I told her that it’s not normal since I’ve booked an appointment. And that they shouldn’t take appointments if they are overbooked. To which she told me “then why do you come here?” She was so insulting and dishonest saying that I didn’t want to pay when all I was asking was service recovery. I wouldn’t recommend this salon because of their behaviour and the poor service to the client.

Most of the staff are rude and have no interest in their job. My manicure looked like a 5 year old did it and they did not even care when I told them that I am unhappy

They dont have fixed prices, depending on the mood they price. Like for French manicure one time its 180 aed the next 240aed ... otherwise the work its good, my nails last for a month.

Have been to this salon many times, usually I’m satisfied with their service. However on my last visit I was unlucky as the technician who was doing my nails was extremely rude and professional, the way she holds and does the manicure is like she hates you and hates her job, plus she will does everything super fast to get rid of you ASAP. Apparently she is a manager there. even in salon you can feel stressful atmosphere and all other masters look stressed and pressured, they don’t smile much, even though they are friendly with the customer. I hope the higher management will know about it and will do something about it as attitude from the manager is not acceptable, manager should be an example of professionalism.

Good salon. I had my nails and toes done with shellac and the service was good. The lady who did my nails was amazing. They lasted 4 weeks without chipping. I was very happy with the service. Ill be going back in future.

Worst experience ever.Staff started working on my nails and stopped half way through to attend to another customer without explaining. And when I asked what just happened owner came and snatched my hand and took over the unfinished work of her employee, twisting and snatching my fingers, filing too strong I felt my nails were going to fly off. I told her twice that the length is different, which looked like it upset her. And to top it all off she jumped to the next customer without even finishing with me. Also my feet are so itchy now, I believe the tools they use are not sterilized, moving from a customer to the next. The toilet is ne sewage smell is so strong I felt sick towards the end.All your customers are crew because of the convenience of the location. I’ll never use their services again.

The ladies are very sweet, hard working and great quality of products. My nails never break, color never peels off. The only problem is that my nails grow and I have to renew it once a month, otherwise it seems it would last forever 😊

I have been visiting this saloon for the last year, which means I go there once per month. I would like to emphasise that I am extremely satisfied with the product I get: I always to the same - hard gel ombre nails. My technician Show is very skilled and with her my nails can last more than 4 weeks. If I could rate her service it would be 5*.However, the issue that I am facing is always with organisational part, and especially with the receptionist Maria. Since I do not live in Silicon I need from 30min to 45min to reach there and every time when I am making a booking I specifically ask: Are you sure that my technician is available at that time and does not have anyone else? Every time I am assured she is available.Since this happened more than once I will just refer to the last issue, however it is recurring.I came at the saloon at 7 pm at my booked time, the receptionist informed me that someone else will remove my old gel and that the Snow will take over soon. It took this person 50 minutes to do so and when she started filing my nails and making them extremely thing and painful I instructed her to stop and waited for Snow. She took over at 8.05 pm, which means that she probably started new customer just before I arrived. I finished at 9.20 pm and was late for my previous engagement (that I booked bearing in mind that the service lasts 1h30mins);During all this time of me waiting, the receptionist (which is actually making the bookings) was avoiding to come to the area where I was seated and was making herself busy chatting to other employees and customers. She did not even come to apologise or inform me that I will be waiting so long. Since this happened few times already and I know she tends just to slip out I confronted her and asked why she booked me at 7 when she had another booking. She was very rude in replying that the technician will start now (at 8pm) and saying that she did not book me at that time, that she was off the previous day( and I booked 2 days before).After talking to friends, we all came to the same conclusion: they normally have the practice to do the DOUBLE BOOKINGS and the wait time can be prolonged upto 1h30mins. I believe this is such a bad organisation from the managements side since they are obviously accepting ALL the bookings and pushing the technicians to do as many clients as possible and putting the stress on them to finish job faster.I also noticed that, whenever is the owner there, she is so stressed and pushing the girls to go faster. When she did my nails, she was very rushed, over-filling them and being rude.Why such a long comment? Because I really like the nails I am getting and would love to continue going there, however the service needs to change urgently!!!Update:As I mentioned, I am so happy with the product, but not with the service around the product. And instead of taking the feedback that I tried to give both personally and writing here and provide better service and that way making me to change my moments int positive, they decided to reject my bookings. It is such a bad example how to mange a job.

I have been doing my nails in this salon for several years now and every single time they have been consistently good with it. They are great with ombre hard gel, reasonably priced and conveniently located. Being from DSO, I can say that they are the best when it comes to nails in this area.

The service was fast every time I go there. They dont need much to get your nails done while some other salon takes hours to finish..The equipment they use is what it is if you dont mind. They are clearly not high standard about that but it is acceptable..The owner sometimes looks grumpy and not welcoming so it affects the staff too..The price is ok and the parking it walking distance.

I had the worst pedicure there with the girl Maya. Her face was not interested in customer at all. My nails looked like 5 year old did pedicure to me. Also they do not use new feet/ heel file. It was used on hundreds of people before , so if you want to catch a fungus bacteria you are welcome. ShockingThe girl Snow does nice manicure though. That is it.

I must say the girls really know what they are doing, both the gel and the regular pedicure last for ages. However, when it comes to the booking, there is zero organization. Almost every time I need to wait for a minimum of 20 mins, which defeats the point of a booking in the first place.

I was promised one technician.Drove all the way from Sharjah 40min and when arrived she was given to someone else and all other technicians were full. So she told me to wait more than one hour . Absolutely unacceptable. Very unprofessional . Never coming back again

Ive been there a few times and I always had problems with my nails, they were breaking all the time. A couple of times they delayed my appointments and owner got offended when I gave her feedback so she blocked my phone number 😂 her excuse was HiI just want to let you know we are always busy here even you are booking an appointment your still waiting..

RUDE RECEPTIONIST. She is usually rude on the phone which I got used to and would just ignore her but this time she went an extra mile to make the experience horrible. First, she fought with me saying what I’ve got on my nails was hard gel while it was gelish nail polish. When one of the technicians confirmed for her she was wrong she did not apologise for being rude and arrogant. I asked for pedicure which I booked on the phone and she refused even though few of the staff were sitting bored and painting their own nails. REFUSED. Basically told one of the girls NO PEDICURE FOR HER. Just pure evil person, avoid her at all cost.

I do my facial and laser treatments in there . The girls are amazing, very helpful, communicative and do a great job ! Just came of my facial and I’m impressed how clean and shiny my skin is.

The lady responsible for phone calls and cashier is very rude , worst customer service ever!!!I think she doesn’t have any idea about customer service, I requested to speak to her manager to make a complaint against her , but she refused and she was not replying while I was talking to her !!!

The best nail salon ever! All girls are doing amazing job.Just for your own sake, avoid THE MANAGER. She did my nails few times and always did them wrong, plus extremely rude and unprofessional.

Recently, each time I visited I left with pain in the cuticle of a finger as it had been poorly cleaned. That pain lasted for 10days until it healed.

Never ever come there. I came there to remove gel from fingernails, no manicure, also I had head massage which is 50 dirham. Total bill was 168 dirham. Just because I did not ask them how much to remove gel, which is 30 dirham everywhere, they robbed me charging 110 for this. The service which took less then 5 min.

Some days they never pick up the phone, I had to call 6 times untill someone replied.When I book appointment most of the times the make you wait 20-30 min although you have an appointment. And the worst is that got infection on my nail two times from them. They allow people to smoke electronic cigarettes inside and they dont care if it bothers other people, not professional...

Worst customer experience 😑After waiting for 1 hour. The lady who remove my shellac went to start for another lady and they let me wait for another 30 minutes 😒Then I left with only removal.What kind of staff do you have?!!!!Not recommended at all

The place is very busy so they over look cleaniliness. They use the same uncleaned/ sterilized nail clippers from one customer to another. The owner did my nails and she was soo rude and did a horrible job! Never want to step foot in there again!!

I like the quality here. But just I need to wait a lot every time. Today my appointment was at 5pm but they started at 5:50. It took almost 3 hours in total. And no apology at all. Please do not waist customer’s time.

Girls are mostly good but sometimes rushing and therefore results are not always the best. You constantly have to keep checking what they are doing if you want your nails to look nice.

I had the eyelashes extensions done in less than a week ago, they didnt lash long and the ones that remain are stick all together. The place itself looks clean but the staff doesnt look happy to provide a service. Not sure I will be back.

Spectrum has been my go to salon for the last 3.5 years. Over the last year I have been going to Moon. If I get my nails done with her they usually last 3 - 4 weeks and I get shelac done.

Terrible, would not recommend. Even tho I always make appointment I end up waiting for at least 30 minutes to 1hour. They could not care less about customer service. Very rude management
