To this day my injured toenail still hurts. There is pus coming out. I had a very bad experience with this salon. I will never come back here again.

Finally, found a salon that can really take care of my hair!!!The staffs are nice, a little bit expensive but super worth it the price! I recommend Ate Lynette, if I’m not mistaken her name. She is so caring, always check on me, brings me tea, water and stuffs. It’s a long work for my hair but she made sure I’m comfortable and well taken cared of.I will come back again next time for the next treatment of my hair, this time I know where to go! 😍😇 KUDOS STAR CHIC SALON AND NATW LYNETTE!! ❤️

I got a hair treatment for 200/250 DHS as part of an offer. They claimed it would make my hair softer and shinier for at least two months, but after the second wash, my hair went back to its original texture. I wouldn’t recommend this salon. Additionally, near that salon, there are many women trying to attract customers to their parlors. I wouldn’t suggest going there for hair treatments—very disappointing. My hair also ended up with a lot of strands falling out.

The salon is relatively clean. The staff is friendly especially Melanie and Urmi. Urmi does a good job on manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow threading. They offer affordable packages that you can choose from.The only thing I don’t understand (and I realized later on) was when I availed the 5-service package that costs 100 AED. If 5% VAT is excluded, then I should only pay 105. However, I paid 120-ish. That’s too much extra. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was referred by a friend and got an amazing massage by Ate Eva! I highly recommend trying it, especially if you work long hours in the office.

I was checking around in few Parlour’s there for massage and found a lady who was waiting for lift and asked Wic parlor can we get a massage , she is like I’ll do it for u (she was going home with the bag she had finished her shift )we asked are u sure and she said yes pls come in .Wow such a amazing person who even after work was willing to help us with such a smile .very rarely we find people like yuuu Ate Eva 🫶 ,we wer so impressed with ur gesture to help .Later as i started she was very kind and professional . I felt like I met the right person .I recommend Ate Eva if u hv any kind of back pains or spasms she is amazing And very professional .Got such a relief from pain Wic Wer due to upper back spasm .Thnks Ate Eva see u again .

Kalpana and Eva are extremely good at their jobKalpana at waxing and Eva at massages. Highly recommend, also reasonably priced and clean salon.

I recommend Melanie as she always do her job all her best. She always makes her customer comfortable and providing options for the hair style/cut. Unfortunately, I do not request for other service as I had bad experience with Filipino who did eyebrow threading, she left my eyebrow area with a lot of cut and did not say even sorry.

I recently went their for haircut. Kiran is fantastic, she understood my needs, she did butterfly cut and outcome was amazing

My 1st visit for massage and ate Eva is the best. If you have body pain look for her highly recommended..Location is accessible, burjuman station exit 1 which is just next to max.

Im really sorry but i remember this salon there was an old lady who did my brazilian wax very wrong. it was burning me for 2 days then 2nd is when she did my pedicure she was trying so hard to find an ingrown which she never found. it hurts me alot and after 3 days it is still swollen. im never coming back here

Ask for Gui for massage and Sheril for pedicure and hair cut. They are the best ! Love them!

Should definitely have more options for brands of hair color. Value for money in packages but individual rates a bit on the higher side. Overall friendly service.

Really rude staffs ...least bothered about the query of customers who dont come from their country ...and talks behind the back of the customers in their own language ...very unprofessional behaviour...

Staffs are always on their own mood. Not professional at all. No coordination. You need to keep asking the staff about your service and wait for their response. They just dont care about customer service. Even after taking appointment you need to wait till someone attends you. No doubt that their work is good but It would be really appreciated if the staff could acknowledge their customers and be more professional.
