If I could give no stars, I would! This salon is absolutely dreadful. Avoid at all costs.I had my highlights done here, and a week later, another salon pointed out the “stripes” caused by leaking foils, as shown in the photos. The hairdresser let me leave, knowing the mess underneath, probably betting I wouldn’t notice for a while!I messaged the owner, who initially was very apologetic and agreed to fix it. She told me to go to her other salon which was a barber shop in Furjan, which I did. The guy who was supposed to fix it arrived 30 minutes late without any apology. He then asked the receptionist to mix the color and apply it to my hair - she looked absolutely terrified. When I asked if she was a qualified hairdresser, she shook her head while he loudly claimed she was. This was completely unacceptable, so I left.I contacted the owner again, and she agreed to a refund. I went back to the JLT salon to get it, but the receptionist couldn’t give it to me because there wasn’t enough money in the till. I arranged to come back after my holiday, but when I did, the owner refused the refund, claiming her new hairdresser could now fix it. How am I supposed to trust her staff after this fiasco? She even asked the receptionist about the previous hairdresser’s qualifications, only to find out she’d never seen them – a backfire on her part!In conclusion, if you value your hair, do not trust this unprofessional salon and owner.

Excellent gel manicure! The quality is fantastic, my nails never chip, and they last me a full 4 weeks each time. Amazing value for the cost of the services. The salon has amazing decor and is a very easily accessible location.

Djulia did the most beautiful blue French tips on me. Super fast and such a high standard of products and finish. So so happy.

Great salon. Amazing manicure as always! The only place I will go to for my nails in Dubai, I have been going here for six months and have never been disappointed. Rita is my regular nail technician, and she’s wonderful! However, everyone at work is there is lovely. Hair, nails, lashes - great quality & price. I recommend them to everyone

Best salon in Dubai! I went to StarZone to do my gel nails (hands and feet), the girls are very professional and fast. Especially Leyla, I have never had such good feet in my whole life, she is a lovely girl, kind and patient. All the staff is very nice, they offered me tea with chocolate, and the salon atmosphere is very relaxing. I would definitely go again to this salon, after that I tried many places in Dubai, this is definitely the top 1!

Used to be a good salon 1.5 years ago. Now just bad. Made eyelash extension twice and each time it looked good for a week only, first time I thought just something went wrong, ok, did for the second time and same - after two weeks no eyelashes. In other beauty salons i wear it for almost a month, here - 1.5 weeks. I used to be a permanent customer but last time i booked manicure and pedicure, expecting it’ll be in parallel, i had plans after and asked the girl at the reception if it’s at the same time, she said yes and in reality pedicure first, than manicure started. No sorry, no explanation, nothing. But manicure was just awful!! The girl started to remove gelish base with emery board!! I stopped her immediately and she was surprised why… after my nails were all different shape, cuticle wasn’t removed even after i said it’s not cleaned, french i wanted was of different size and looked disgusting, at the end i just said to remove everything and I don’t need this manicure. I spent 3 hours in this “beauty salon” and had to pay for the pedicure still.. and she withdrew money for removal without even asking and i did pedicure before in this salon. So bad, if you appreciate your time, better go to another place! This was my last time there.

The salon is nice and clean. Laila & priyanka did my mani pedi and it was great, the removal of my acrylic nails took a long time, I just hope that the management will provide an acetone for the removal of the acrylic nails as it will help the girls do the removal in a faster way☺️. Overall im still satisfied.

I came to this salon a couple days ago for eye lash extensions and a manicure expecting top quality service. However, the quality of services I received was terrible.First, the lengths of the lash extensions were very uneven, had multiple empty gaps, and weren’t done with the volume nor style that I asked for. Second, the manicure was poorly done as there was excess nail polish on my cuticles and skin, in addition to the gel polish chipping away just a few days later. Third, I was constantly rushed throughout the duration of my appointment due to the lack of time organization by the staff and the technician being rushed because of last minute appointments squeezed in after me.In addition to all of this, I have messaged the salon multiple times asking for a cash refund, messages to which have been ignored in return. Therefore, not only have I wasted my money on poor service, but I also must pay to get them removed and put new ones on.Overall, the subpar quality of service combined with the lack of professionalism by staff, my experience at this establishment has been a disaster.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Awful place I don’t recommend!! We booked gel mani pedi for 3 people via whatsapp and when we arrived they started 1 of us and then when I asked when the rest of us would get started the receptionist said she didn’t realise that we booked for 3 people and we had to wait 1 by 1 to do each service. Secondly the manicure lady senar (not sure how to spell it) was very rude and literally SHOUTED at us because we were explaining that we had come to this salon before and she was saying no she didn’t see us. It was awful. We left with no services done. My sister had only her pedi done and was charged 125aed due to this this mistake when the offer was supposed to be 149aed mani pedi. We don’t recommend

I had the best experience at starzone salon. Suba did my nails, manicure, pedicure and gel polish and I used it for more than a month. The staff made me felt welcome from the first moment. I highly recommend you to try with them. I loved their style and also the result.

I booked an appointment for 3:30. Ending up getting served 1 hour later. I was quoted a price for my nails which were refills and when it was time to pay the nail tech increased the price without letting me know prior to me getting them done.Will not recommend

This salon is amazing salon ! They have best service and I tried their eyelashes Tana did it for me its amazing and Number 1 , she did it perfectly and I didnt even feel anything , she has such a soft hands and she did my eyelashes the way I want ! I feel comfortable with my eyelashes Thank u everyone especially Tana !!!!

After going here a few times I had the most horrible experience with my hair here recently. The new hair master is difficult to communicate with and I think he never understood what I wanted. He just kept telling me to be patient and wait, and in the end my hair was coloured to a very light blonde (against my wishes) - despite my telling him to remove the foils and wash my hair repeatedly. As a result the hair became so weak it was breaking into pieces right there in the salon and I thought I will go bald.What was worse was that the manager was trying to gaslight me and say this is what always happens and it’s normal. Even after coming home I sent her a picture and said I am very unhappy. She only replied saying “we will tell boss” and never got back.My hair has been coloured so poorly it looks like a child’s job. Despite being told it will be balayage, you can see thick chunks of hair lighter coloured which is very distasteful. Warning to everyone to not go here for any hair services.

I got my pedicure and extensions done here and I have to say that they did a fantastic job. Will definitely recommend. Will visit them again soon! 🥰🤩🩷

My eyelash extensions were done in a very poorly way and most have fallen out in 3 days. And the place does not look the same as it does on social media !! Very unprofessional staff.

They saved me!!Before arriving at this splendid Salon, I had been to another one nearby, I had waxed by appointment and I asked if it was possible to repair two semi-broken nails!!They refused and sent me away in that condition without even giving me a future appointment.So I left feeling disconsolate, I didnt know which other salon to go to because I dont know Dubai well.While walking I found this Salon that caught my attention and saved my nails!Even though I didnt have an appointment, the entire staff welcomed me and satisfied me with such friendliness and kindness!!!They repaired them immediately, at that moment, also because they were in really bad shape, I couldnt stay like that anymore, I risked hurting myself!I was really happy with the final result too!
