Hands down one of the best salons in Dubai! Such lovely staff and very accommodating. There is not one lady in there that isnt welcoming and friendly with a smiley face absolutely love that! As for the services I trust them blindly they are professionals with what they do! My nails alwaysss look fantastic and gelish quality is wonderful it doesnt chip easily. Cant recommend enough 💜💜

Second time there yesterday but first time doing mani/pedi - pedi was absolutely perfect but mani wasn’t great, it felt like the lady was rushing through it and ended up with nails not looking as nice as ‘clean’ as they could have and the shape doesn’t seem consistent across all (almost all my nails look like they do in the photo). Also did eyebrows with the same lady as the first time I went there and for whatever reason she said it’s not possible to do them like the first time she did them for me even though I told her I didn’t love how they turned out. Everyone I interacted with was super sweet though but don’t think I’ll be going back.

Our experience have been excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. I always go with my girls for haircut and blowdry. Michay & Dhonna are excellent! I really recommend them.

Ive been to Stay Flawless a few times now and I have to say they do not disappoint! The place is super clean, the ladies that work there are all really friendly and pay great attention to details. Special shout out to Esther for the long lasting manicure she did on me and to Sonia for one of the best blow dries Ive had in Dubai! I also like the teams flexibility in making sure to accommodate me even if sometimes I book last minute!

They are very good. Specifically, I liked the Hammam( Moroccos ) Nora did loofa massage ( she is very sweet she cant speak English ask your questions before go to hammam) They have also a massager she (Dee) is very very good.Manicure and pedicure both of them very talented Tina and Edel.If you get an appointment its better for any waiting situation would not happen. Its only for Ladies. They may have a surprise/free offer treatments with some of the services ( like free shoulder massage )Prices same or similar like other places. For residences ( Townsquare) they have discount.I ts very good to have some where close for beauty things👍

I took my mother to do more than one service at Stay flawless Beauty saloon .Believe me ,You want to feel home ,come to this saloon in Towen Square Al Qodra , They started with the hot oil and stones .Massage 10/10, .face Facial 10/10 each and every other services been done professionally and with love and smile ,The place is amazing decorations , vibe, staff we are definitely going back.

I had morning booking for today’s mani-pedi combo and specifically added a note in WhatsApp message for 4hands service, hopping to have it done simultaneously, as I had a nanny booked only for short period of time, but for some reason , one person did both services. I wish I was informed a bit in advance that only one person will do the service, so I could accommodate my schedule as well, as it took a bit longer than expected .Otherwise, the service is great and the ladies doing nails and eyebrows are super cool. Thanks.

I have been struggling with my hair for a while .It felt like my hair was expressing my mental health.The last few years I lost my curls and alot of hair so I resorted to repeatedly shaving it off.Some how resembling what I did to my mental health.I reached out to a lovely Sudanese owned saloon.....And I wish I could show you....Its more than just hair ,Morr than just a saloon.A consultation, one treatment , genuine explanation and planning.And I dont want to cut my hair again ....My curls are healing and so am i !

I feel that every time I m calling for a service the receptionist lady is just making up the business in her schedule I don’t feel they want customers that much specially if it’s early morning, i appeared without appointment one day and nobody was there so they had to do their work last time when I was there they did a mani pedi for me great lady from phillipines but the other lady she was a little over me being very precise and point million times in an upset way that she’s not doing that specific manicure because she doesn’t know … ok I understand find a solution if you can next time I even didn’t been asked in the phone what type of manicure or pedicure I want

This salon charged me 105aed to cut and file my nails. no manicure , ONLY cut and file!Outrageous. I do not recommend to go here.

It was my first time experience at stay flawless salon . I reached about 20 mins late as per my appointment time due to traffic in that area . They send me a message that they will cancel my appointment as I came from so far . I reached and made them I made them understand.My concern is that they should behave nicely and politely with customers and understand their situation. There were no refreshments for me while for others they were serving it .Rest services are goodIn my services they were doing very hurryAll 3 services they did it together .My feedback is that please understand and treat well to customers.

The absolute worst at gelish, they peal off after a couple of days. They always file nails un equally. First time ever a salon charge me 25 dhs for coloring my 3 y old daughters hands which she was doing for fun and is free in other places to show good service. If you’re in townsquare advise you to go with ice queen beauty or crazy cut

The hair stylists all did soo good my hair came out looking flawless fr! everyone’s so nice as well and their hot chocolate is so yummy. The decorations are adorable and the prices are all suitable, cutest salon I’ve visited in a while!

Honestly, I never left this place without feeling like I can actually STAY FLAWLESS for the next few weeks!Every inch of me was taken care off; from the colors of the tips of my nails to the perfect curls of my baby hairs around my scalp. I genuinely and confidently feel like a million bucks anytime I step out of the salon.The ambiance, the ladies, and the energy are all light, positive, and therapeutic! Give this place a chance and you wouldn’t want to be pampered anywhere else, on God.

I’ve always wanted to visit Stay Flawless but never got the chance until a week ago when i decided that i need a change, a total hair look and style change.I called and got invited for a quick consultation on the same day and it was a very nice chat with Rabia where she knew exactly what I wanted or at least imagined having.The result was phenomenal and I couldn’t ask for a better result when I came for my hair color, trim and styling appointment.Everyone keeps asking me where did I do it, and now my cousin already set her mind to do her hair color change with SF ♥️😍 am Definitely not allowing anyone to touch my hair if it’s not at SF 😍😍

One of the best salons I have encountered. I was looking for a one stop shop to do multiple services and they did not fail to deliver. The staff was super friendly and extremely professional. The hairstylist exceeding my expectations with the hairdo I had in mind. My make up, done by their make up artist, Sylvia, was impeccable. If you are ever in Dubai or live there, do not hesitate to pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Got gelish polish removal she kept insisting it’s an overlay which it wasn’t. pedicure was good nice experience but the manicure lady cut my cuticles too much my finger wouldn’t stop bleeding. First experience and probably my last. for 20 minutes straight it wouldn’t stop bleeding and she kept putting cotton and other products on my cut. not professional at all. she also asked her colleague a couple of times to check if it was overlay which i mentioned to her it wasn’t but she refused to believe me. manicure was not worth paying for and it burned me a lot specially after she put sanitizer multiple times. Got it done today and the last time very disappointed

I was very happy with the salon for manicure + pedicure + hair colour. However, their seasons offer is very deceiving for hair colouring. It was communicated by the menu and staff to be for 315 and upon checking out they made me pay 525. Very unprofessional!! I am extremely unhappy

Todays experience in French gel is the worst.It took 2 hours to do my gelish color.At the end the lady make a normal color with many layers .Hope will improve their work if any ask for fresh style nail.NO CONSISTENCY

Had Hair Mask treatment here and my scalp really cleared up after. I just wish there was a head massage 😅 like most of the hair treatment youll find out there.But this is def where u should be having a spa day if youre a resident in Town Square. The service is great and u get residents discount!

Went there to do full arm waxing, was told that waxing master is busy, so it was Sonya master (I’m bot sure if she is a master) who said she will do it instead. ok, she didn’t clean arms to make them not oily, put powder only on one arm saying “it’s ok” (as she already started waxing without putting powder)waxing cassette was very hot and she said she can do nothing with it so be patient.I assume it wasn’t master at all so was waxed by a random person. However paid for master service.Highly don’t recommend
