Sam is incredible! I wont go anywhere else now in Dubai. Her hands are insane. The best ever hair wash youll ever experience. I come for my hair colour and eyebrow tint and wax every 6-8 weeks. I look forward to it so much! She is the sweetest. She cares about your every need, makes sure you are comfortable and it always feels like a treat.My brows are shaped to perfection just like I used to get in UK when I used to get HD brows at the fraction of the price. SAM IS YOUR GO-TO GIRL FOR ALL YOUR BEAUTY WOES. For two years I have been coming to the salon exclusively for Sams magical hands. I get my threading, facial and hair mask and head massages from Sam. She is not only excellent at these but she personalises the treatments to your unique requirements and puts her all in the treatments. She listens to what you want and need and is knowledgeable too. I have not bothered to visit any other salon ever since I found Sam. Apart from being fantastic (esp at the facials and massages), she is also a very kind and caring individual. At my most stressed times and with chronic pain too, Sam has managed to bring relief with her magical hands. I will keep coming for as long as Stella Beauty Salon has Sam!

I highly recommend Stella Salon. Ive been a regular client for 7 years and, after trying many in Dubai, this is the best one for me. All of the staff is amazing, professional,nice and very dedicated to the customer. I tried most of their services, hair, mani and pedi, facials and they are good at everything. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Prices are reasonable. The salon is not fancy but is clean, tidy and comfortable

Stella salon is my to go Salon. Exceptional services, hygienic and courteous staff. I want to mention that its been 3 years now I am getting my hair cut and all the hair services from them. A big SHOUT OUT to PAM - the hair dresser. She is a hair magician. Highly skilled in hair cuts and always had always given fabulous hair cuts to me. That I am asked about my hair-cuts from everyone. And also get so many compliments. I have done protein treatment for my hair, highlights and also eye lashes lifting. She has done an Excellent job. Ive been coming here to cut my hair for a couple years and they never disappoint. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I had Sam cut my hair and she is amazing, so nice and considerate. I had a big jump of cutting my hair from long to short and she was very reassuring and checking with me every step of the way. I always have a great experience here and I definitely recommend this salon! :)

I had my back massage with Miss Anu and I highly recommend her because she handled me so well. The massage was so relaxing. She is so friendly and very accommodating. I also had a foot spa and pedicure with Miss Anu and she did great also😉. The salon is also clean and comfy, the staffs are friendly too. The good thing also is it’s just a 5min walk from our building (DHP Residency). For sure I will come back to the salon.

Ive been going to Stella salon for over two years now, i usually do my hair with Pam and every time I leave the salon, Im absolutely in love with my hair. Pam always knows exactly what shes doing. Her calm demeanor and constant smile make every appointment a delightful experience.

I had a hair cut here today, and was very pleased with their services. My hairstylist for today was Fiza, and she did an excellent job! She’s a good listener and very understanding. I told her to cut my hair however she felt best and I’m glad I gave her the freedom for creativity because she came across as very positive and sensible person-she made a good aesthetic decision and Cut my hair in just the right way that suits my face and hair texture. I’m very pleased and would definitely go back there again.Place is clean and rest of the staff are good too. Also prices are very reasonable and value for money.

What an amazing experience!! I went to Stella after reading good reviews and they exceeded my expectations. Fizza is brilliant. She knows her craft and gives good advice. She only claims what she can do and delivers on her promise. I wanted to change my hair color and cut. She suggested the color and cut for me and both were spot on. Pam did my daughters hair cut and my teenage daughter ( who is not satisfied easily) is in love with Pam. The salon is super clean and the services are excellent. Staff is professional and will tell you all the costs in advance. I am definitely going to be a regular there . Highly recommended.

I got my hair colour corrected by Sam. The salon is clean and spacious. They have a lot of services. What I like about Sam is she doesnt push you simply to do new services. She gives you honest opinion about what will work and what doesnt for your skin and hair type. Based on her recommendation I tried the Nashi Filler therapy and I loved it. My hair is now super soft and shiny and along with the beautiful colour she did for me it looks naturally gorgeous.Will definitely visit again.

Stella beauty Salon is a very good salon. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They always make sure that the services are complete and very well done. Fiza my hairstylist has helped me fix my hair. It was very dry and damaged and she very carefully over 6 weeks has helped me get my shine and health back. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone who needs a quality hairdresser.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this salon. My wife was given a false price over the phone, and after driving an hour to get there, we were shocked to find out the actual high price. When she expressed her frustration in a Google review, the owner responded rudely, accusing us of seeking discounts instead of addressing our legitimate concern. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

I did my pedicure in this salon many times, but last time and today was the best times I guess. Pedicure master Fozia made me happy with very good job. Will definitely keep going to her.Update: Fozia has been terminated recently, unfairly. Don’t like the way the other person does the manicure. Also, few months ago I went for a hairstyle, the master made me look like a sheep. She couldn’t do anything near what I asked, I showed her the picture of what I exactly wanted. Will never go there for a hairstyling.

I had a great pedicure here a few weeks ago and Pam cut my hair a few days ago. Both experiences were GREAT. Particularly happy with my haircut as I have very fine hair so it is difficult to make it look like Ive been to a salon at all! I needed Pam to give me the guidance to achieve a great cut. Thank you. Today was my first time here, although Ive been living in the area for 8 years.. I only decided to come based on the reviews I read, & I was not disappointed! I was always afraid to do any kind of treatments for my hair, but Im really impressed with the results I got from Fida.. She is so professional, honest, & gave me lots of tips that were new to me.. I had manicure & pedicure too, & Margo was amazing too! She did my nails exactly the way I like them, & Im a very picky person! Thank you for the great experience ladies ❤️

Since I moved to Silicon Oasis, many people recommended this Salon so I had high expectations for the service and I was not disappointed. Samar is amazing very talented, kind and professional. I do all my services with her (hair color, treatments, eyelash extension, hair style ...) She advise me when I am not sure about what I want to do and always exceed my expectations. I have got 2 times hair cut by Pam ,it was amazing ,as I was in confusion to choose the right hair cut for my hair,she suggested the layer cut instead of step cut, I was so impressed by her suggestions as well as her work. I visited the salon today after hearing only good things from my friend.I did basic pedicure and hairstyling.For pedicure, Lynn did an amazing job. Cleaned my ingrown and my toenails looks super duper clean now. She also took her time and rubbed off all the dead skin at my foot. Will definitely go back to her for more services.For hairstyling, Fiza attended to me. She patiently listened to what I wanted and suggested what should I do for my dry scalp. I am giving one star for the fact that whenever I go for the saloon I get very strict behaviors from the management due to some certain rules which I believe, are giving from the manager, Even that the employees there are good on their work it’s just that the management need to ease their policies with their customers so we feel the comfort of visiting and being a customer but instead of their striction on some matters, it gets really annoying that they approach you and keep telling you that some things are not allowed. This need to be looked on.

It was my first experience at Stella beauty. My waxing and eyebrows threading was done by Ashi. I should mention that my skin is hell sensitive and it goes red and turn blue if they pull it. Gladly, Ashi did a great job. She is well experienced in what she does. I did not have any redness afterwards. Also, remember that you will get 20% discount if its your first time.

I went first time to do my haircut and absolutely its not what i wanted. I wanted layers from front and i even showed her pics. As soon she cut she did blow dry so i didnt see how my hair is from front and it was nice with blow dry.. After i washed my hair at home i saw i just have bob hair from front!! It looks absolutely bad! She offered me to come again that she will fix it but i dont see fixing that unless she put my hair she cut back!

I visited this salon for the first time today. Fiza was excellent and she had great communication and was very friendly. She made sure that i did not leave the salon until i was completely satisfied with the make over . Overall very happy with the service and would recommend Fiza and the salon.

Kept on coming back to this salon even though I am 25-30 mins drive away!Being a flying crew, I do get amazing discounts at most salons and spas in the city but I love coming back here as they’re amazing both in attentiveness, service and easy to book or even for walk in!Had my hair done by Mimo this time instead of Samar (who was amazing in her job too!). She colored my hair root plus applying tonic on it made a lot of difference. Not only that, they’re using Silver Shampoo from Nashi (my fav hair care) to get rid of the brassiness from my hair color (I have Asian hair pigmentations). It’s really hard to maintain.My eyelash extensions done by Leen was also amazing plus they looked so natural! She knows what she’s doing.Margo, did my gelish manicure. I had two broken nails and she fixed it right there and then!PROS: I love this place as I usually don’t have to wait and they offered me drinks almost every 20-30mins 😊 Love the attention to detail! Clean environment, hygienic plus very bright, attentive staffs. Bookings/appointments could be made via FRESHA app as well which makes it easier.CONS: The only problem I face was the parking. There is a basement parking at DSO Tower 1 building but it’s only free for 1 hour. I always ended up paying DHS20 as every time I spend at the salon, it always takes up more than 3 hours. And the RTA parking outside they’re always full.

Hi.... Today is my first day in this saloon... I met harvinder here... She did threading very nicely and softly.... I like it very much... Staff is also very good and nice.

I took my sister and my 15 year old neice for hair wash and blow dry. We were amazed with the hygiene level. My sister had an amazing experience with hair wash and blow dry but my neice was treated very unprofessionally. The manager said that the daughter has lice eggs whereas the staff kept saying it was dandruff. The manager could not prove it and left the daughters hair extremely tangled after the wash and did not even complete the service. I was shocked to see my neice coming home with tears in her eyes. I am highly disappointed to be treated so badly.

My own experience here was luxury, special and loveable. Mrs. FIZA and Whole team are friendly and they welcomed me very well. Not fergetting to mention the basic part which is thier job as they approched it professionally. It was one of the best beauty shops i had visited. And Mrs. FIZA is one of the best hair-dresser i had ever met :)Frankly and simply both got my five stars and recommendations as it is a place gathered hard work and respectful environment.

I have been their customer for waxing since last year, I was satisfied with them specially SAM and RUBY, but the last time they were not available so I had to do it with different personIt was awwwwful as she ripped my skin and it took a week to heal the wound!!! Also after I got home I noticed some body area left unattended! I won’t go there if the good staff were not available

The worst experience ever. I booked a bikini waxing in this salon because both locations and reviews looked great. But it was the biggest disappointment. The place itself is dreadful but the worst part is the lack of hygiene and professionalism. Never, ever, again. Strongly recommend to find somewhere else if you care for your wellbeing.

I came to stella with my hair..which were colured golden brown earlier but had turned brassier. I met Pam and told her I want to keep some golden touch in my hair but also dont want to get hair which turns brassier with jus few washes. Pam.inrelligently came up with a lovely solution, she coloured my hair in a darker brown shade and used my already golden colour as highlights. Not only that gave me beautiful highlights, also saved my hair to get colour again for highlights. She is very experienced and does the job to perfection. Also got my menicure and pedicure from Leen, again peffect job, I am.a happy client!

Wish i did my re-search before i went to this hair salon to get my hair coloured. As i live in Silicon and this salon was 10 minutes from me with really good reviews i decided to visit this salon for my hair color. On the 21st November 2019 The arabic woman did my Balayage and is supposedly a professional. I had the worst ever hair colour done in my entire time ive had my hair dyed. The balayage was so blotchy and not applied correctly at all leaving different tones of color through out my hair. She advised me to come back after a few days to even out the color in my hair. (This was suppose to be free of charge). I came back on the 26th Of november where she then started to try and blend the unblended color in my hair and add more highlights to where she completely damaged and fried my hair with bleach! my whole hair underneath was fried because she bleached my hair for too long. She did not once say an error has been made. At the end of this process my hair was in a worse state than it was before. It was completely yellow!! that too after it was toned!! On top off this i had to pay an extra near to 500 AED again for my hair process which was not finished. In total i paid nearly 1300 AED for the worst hair change. The owner and the hair colorist advised me to use purple shampoo to take away the yellowness which did not work at all because it was so badly colored. This left my hair so badly damaged and so badly colored that i had to spend alot more money to sort my hair out AGAIN and cut so much off because it was so fried from the bleach!!! NEVER GO HERE for hair. They did not even part refund for the mess they made nor compensated me for anything!!

Dear Customer Care,Please note that I have suffered a first degree burn on my eyelid area during eye brow wax session last Saturday.I strongly suggest that when a customer says that they are in pain, as a service oriented business, you must take it seriously.The only relief your establishment provided was Rose Water on a cotton pad.You were not even equipped with a first aid kit for minor burns.Let this serve as a warning to potential customers.

Dont have your hair colored here! They either dont know what they are doing or the product they use is bad...Note:It was my wifes hair color, that was botched twice & fixed once. All happened at separate occasions! So this review is not by mistake.

The arabic lady was very disrespectful and always late on appointments. Staff are not professional with customers . Its seems this saloun owner is only for her relatives and friends and and she doesn’t respect appointments of new customers and the way she deals with her staff is like she owns them which i felt its not acceptable at least not in-front of customers.

I was a regular customer at this salon until a new management came in and since then it became worse and worse and i never went again,Very rude, very expensive, way less quality than it was, even the same girl that i was cutting my hair with seems under pressure and not like before,

I have a very nice experience with stella saloon, the staff so much kind, I did extension for my eyelashes, they were very natural and nice.

Visited on 15/2/2019. Inspite of having prior appointment they made me wait for half an hour. I gave up and could not waste more time. If they don’t value time how will they value customer? In addition to that service is not bad not great. Nothing special for a second visit. Stella you made my first visit disappointing.

The experience twice was same in your salon. The lady sitting at the reception is very rude and is least interested in catering and assisting the clients. Will surely not recommend the salon to anyone just because of the rude behaviour of the lady at the reception.

Very very bad experience, did a pedicure. Master was in a hurry, in cold water, the scrub was superficially applied and not even rubbed, no massage.I do not recommend!
