I love everything about Story 92! The salon’s ambiance is elegant and delightful, and the ladies are always welcoming and kind🫶🏻 I had my nails done there, and the technicians are very professional. They did an amazing nail art and applied a special base that perfectly strengthened my natural nails. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you for the amazing experience🥰 I would highly recommend this salon!❤️

Story 92 has been my choice of nail salon for a few months now. They are always consistent and ensure you are always relaxed and well treated. Tea/coffee in one hand, a heated neck pillow, feet up and a netflix movie. I would highly recommend!

I wish I had found Story 92 and their hard-working, professional stylists earlier! In 4 years of Dubai, I havent been happier with the result of my hair colour. Absolutely amazing service today at Story 92. As a blonde it can be nerve racking trying a new salon in a new country. But Diana was so good and super friendly! I am beyond happy with my service today. I had a creamy clean blonde balayage in the perfect tone. Diana also did a blunt cut and a soft wave. I am 9 months post partum and haven’t had my hair done in 11 months. So safe to say a transformation was needed and that’s exactly what I got in the best way possible! When asked, the team were really transparent with the cost and never pushed any products or services onto me. I will definitely be back for my next service and cannot recommend this salon or Diana more. I found them via the Mums Meet playgroup.

Highly recommend this salon! Its clean, luxurious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, with massage chairs adding to the relaxation. Diana did an amazing job transforming my hair from black to brown today, and her professionalism shines through. I couldnt be happier with the results!

First time visited the salon and was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided. Miss Leana at the front desk is such a sweetheart, very professional and polite. The service here is everything. Clean and quick, you get a perfect manicure that feels like a real spa service and a treat. Little extras like a quick massage and a nice coffee are welcome additions. Again service and welcoming, kind staff made all the difference. Thank you for a relaxing experience

The worst experience that i ever had in a salonI got scammed and they burned my hair the offer was a thing and what i got was something else plus they burned my hair , my sister did her nails she asked for specific thing what she also got was a really disgusting nails and she was bleeding all the time from her fingers and it took them 5 hours to do her nails at the end they charged me 1500 and 600 only for nails 🙂 they even took pictures to advertise but the pictures are so fake as they did the hair protein and didn’t wash the hair and when i did wash it the disaster happenedNo service recovery was doneThis salon is a big red flag be careful ro not get scammed

I did my hair here recently and the salon itself is nice, the atmosphere is nice, but there isnt much privacy for women as the main door is see through and anyone passing by could see me getting my hair done. I did a wash, blow dry, and iron curling, and it was horrible. My hair still smells burned even after washing it at home . The lady is nice as a person but she is very rough and did not care about the health of my hair. She used her fingernails while scrubbing my head which was uncomfortable, she put conditioner on for only 2 seconds and washed it off, no point in that. And then she did not even use heat protectant or a detangler after washing. I could hear my hair breaking as she brushed it and i could see the smoke coming out of my hair. She is really not gentle and my scalp was in pain. I reminded her to use heat protectant during the blow dry and she said she’ll use it after which makes no sense. She brings the blow try tip really close to the scalp and places it directly on the hair that’s on the brush which is not good for the hair. My hair fell flat after an hour so all of that heat damage was for nothing. Never going again. I couldve done my hair at home and it wouldve turned out way better and not smelling burned. Now i’ll need a long time to repair the damage done. I dont recommend.
