Hair color n highlightsWorst hair color done in my 10 years in this saloon.I asked the hair dresser to show the color before doing it but they themselves selected global color and it looks horrible.Plus the highlights done are looking completely horrible on my skin color.Whomever I m meeting they r just not happy with hair color

I has hair trim and eybrow threading in SC and although it was just for a minimum/basic service I was handled well by Bini. She is so professional and got what I requested for my hair trim. Kodus to Bini! I love and enjoy the service. Good ambiance as well.

It has been years and I always come back to this salon. Im a regular. Its all because of my fave nail technician, Nargiz. She is very professional and delivers quality customer service. Though it may take time but I do understand, she is very meticulous and I like it. The salon is not perfect but my nails when handled by her will always turn out perfect for me! Thank you very much!

*STAFF*:The ladies/beautician/staff try their best to provide the service in the best way. The 2 stars are only for the ladies manual efforts.But they try to force you to take services together even if its inconvenient to do both services together, which is not good.*PRODUCTS*:The products are not good. You cannot trust the outcome of services because none of the products are of popular known brands. I did trust however. The facial outcome was average, had some eruptions but with good effect. However, the color and the hair spa outcome was very dissatisfactory.*PRICE*:They overcharge you to a great extent - would have still been ok if the outcome was of good quality, but its not.They dont have right equipments for all services. A lot of compromised adjustment is required but no adjustment with cost for that. Value for money? NOPE.*CUSTOMER SATISFACTION*:Customer experience with them is not great.The manager is not customer-friendly. The staff try to talk it out but the product outcome can undo all of the talks n efforts.

Very disappointed with the hair botox service, the hair 75% changed back to the original texture after the second wash, contacted the salon also, i did other services as well, i requested a partial refund for this botox service only, but they were not willing help or do anything. Just waste of moneyDont go here for hair botox service ,Other services dont know muchThanks

Horrible place & not trusted staff , they made me a wrong hair color twice ! & the owner asked to fix & after i done fixing she wanted to make me pay without mentioning this before !!Very very rude & non professional staff !Although i just realized they put me a regular plastic nails ! & i paid for a hard gell extension , so i paid 180 drhAms for a plastic nails that cost 5 drhams :)It broks in 2 days ! & it supposed to stay 1 month & refills !Such a liers !

Very bad service, very long time waiting for 4 hours after my appointment !very bad quality of material it was supposed to be gelish manicure but it came off next day only ! awful service, slow, not accurate, all staff done want to work ! all tired ! and when she removed my old gelish , she removed a big layer of my nail ! i wasted my money to damage my nails ! will never go back again.. ever !

As I am regular customer of this salon, I regularly get services from here such as facials pedi, meni, gelish nails etc. They use very good quality products. Beena she is really very good with works, I recommend her for facials really good massage during the facial she gives. Samgeeta did my Pedi m n gelish I highly recommend her as well.

WORST Salon!! it was the worst service Ive experienced my entire life. The staff fatima was so rude and didnt have the good communication with client didnt know how to apologize on her mistakes continued to argue pick a fight with the client and blame her mistakes to other staffs she should learn good manners and right conduct before dealing with the client, I enter Salon Happy Sad to say I leave it frustrated and disappointed.It was the worst day! I request for specific brand of Brazilian Keratin which is Super Nano she said okay but the moment they applied the product on my hair I knew it wasnt Super Nano shetold the other staffs to used that productwhich is the worst keratin product they applied on my hair she called it chocolate my eyes was teary my scalp was burning anditching It was so strong Product... She pick a fight and didnt apologize I felt the discrimination I feltSo offendedI come for pamper Yet She give me Stress and frustration worst experience I went through.Nice Place but worst Products and Staff.Dont just display the good Products! Used it! Well Pay the amount You need Just give us good service and communication No one wants this traumatizing experience.Hire polite and kind Staff and Not the proud and rude one!!!!!WE ARE ALL THE SAME FATIMA!TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY!

If were to rate my experience between 1-10, its gonna be 2 and that 2 are for Janna who did my manicure perfectly. The rest of the staff are very unprofessional and the salon itself is dirty and unorganized. They have this deceptive scheme where they will brigade you of buying their product for the treatment to last or else it will only be good for a day or two, in which leaves any customer no choice but to give in, came there to relax but I left with full disappointment and stress. Not worth the money I paid.

She was absolutely polite and very friendly, she treated me with a lot of respect and she changed by hair really well and she was a very nice, caring and kind-hearted person. Such a unprofessional manner from the staff. I was supposed to do my eyelashes FOR THE FIRST TIME on their salon and it happens they told me they will do for me after an hour but what they did is i waited for an hour and half then one staff called me to lay down and she already check my eyelashes and now some customer approach her then immediately she told me without even saying she is sorry then left me there and told me to wait for another staff who will do for me. Its too unprofessional for a customer service business to act like that. I hope you guys will discipline your staff.

They provided me a great service. Il overs the interior of the place and all staffs were so friendly. The place was neat and they took all the safety measures. I received a Groupon gift from a friend of mine to redeem for CLASSIC PEDICURE and GEL MANICURE.The management of the salon is HORRENDOUS. Whoever is at the reception is RUDE and ARROGANT. Worst customer service experience.I had gone in for a relaxing time to get my manicure and pedicure done.My pedicure was done with NO SCRUBBING AT ALL! The receptionist gave me lies and excuse on why my voucher does not come with a classic pedicure yet 2 customers including my own friend all had the SAME GROUPON PACKAGE and they all received a foot scrub. Concluding that ‘next time’ you will receive. THERE IS NO NEXT TIME.The receptionist made my whole experience the worst by stomping around the whole salon stressing the already over worked employees due to her over and double booking several customers at the same time.My friends and I scheduled our appointment between 8PM-9PM, we could not be attended to on time because the 7PM appointment were just about to be attended to causing us to leave the salon close to midnight which is absolutely ridiculous considering there are no walk ins.It is such a shame because the staff are very talented.I would not step foot again in there.

Recently I did Keratin & hair coloring from Strands and Curls Beauty Salon. It was such a pleasant experience. Hair Stylist Miss Fatima did a great job. She is very expert in hair styling.

Not all the nail technicians are well trained and professional. one of them wounded my nails which led to bleeding, very slow, poor communication skills,i requested to speak to the manager but she didnt came outside, very unprofessional.NOT RECOMMENDED

My daughter and me had our hair cut yesterday, and we both love it! Our hairstylist was very knowledgeable with which style suits our face. She was patient and very nice. We are absolutely loving our new look.

Service is good. But the receptionist is being mean .when I booked appointment for Mani and pedi. She texted me that they are busy around 6 pm and I told her Ill go morning. When I go in morning I told her that I will do the threading only and do the other procedure some other time since I have important things to do that day. She is being mean asking me I book schedule and didnt go for it. I ask her if there is any problem with that since I came for threading then she didnt replied.

I got my hair coloured with highlights for the very first time and the hairstylist did an amazing job, she gave me such a fresh and new look that I am getting compliments from everyone. The hairstylist’s name is Al Mash and I would definitely recommend anyone who’s wanting a change in their look to go to her. You can blindly have faith in her that she would do a good job!

I did not visit this salon, but they are the reason I didn’t. Because they seem to really have issues giving appointments to people.I called to Make a simple appt for Manicure & Pedicure but I had to be on a call for 10 mins with the lady trying to fix one and also when I did say the previous day I can come in the afternoon, but when I was headed there and called they said I shouldn’t as it’s full.Pretty disappointing experience & a waste of time!

Firstly, no one is wearing mask in the salon when we arrive, id this right during the covid?? Also,Very rude receptionist, giving me wrong information during booking and after treatment! Such a shame. And then telling me that i am the one who didnot listen clearly.the techinique is good but with this attitude i will not return.

I saw a picture of a promotion for a certain service, i messaged them to ask if it was for any hair length and they agreed. I got there and they said i have to pay double as my hair length is very long. And then they say no card payment, only cash. They should have card payment for those from abroad and especially for where their location is.

I was always looking for a hair expert to pamper my hair and give it the best treatment , but i was always disappointed and nobody could satisfy me , until i discovered this beautiful classy corner , a calm and clean place , the service is extra super , especially ALMASH , she took care of me and indulge me like a baby , she is really a real expert , she cares about every detail in you , i would absulotely recomend this place.

I received a very warm welcome and direct support as the lounge was almost empty at the time. I went there for a gel polish application and frankly it was well done.

I had a classic manicure and a spa pedicure in this salon and I am not disappointed with these services, on the contrary I am more than delighted with them
