I got facial done with Alisha and it was very well executed. I feel very fresh and my skin feels smooth. She’s recommended for threading too which I have done with her few times. Streaks has good offers and service is always good.

I had the worst experience with streaks. I had booked an appointment at 6 30pm, went there on time. Started the procedure at 7. 15.Did facial, manicure, pedicure and foot massage.Would rate facial 3/5. And 1/5 for manicure, pedicure and massage. No scrub nothing was done. Just nail shaping and polish. Is that manicure and pedicure?

If you want the worst experience, no one can compete with them .. I tried many services but the worst was the gelish manicure which will peal off in 3,4 days so I decided to consider them only for gel nail remover, I always remove it there because they are the closest salon to my house, I used to remove it for 25 dhs like any other salon, but today all of a sudden they charged 63 dhs!!! When I asked why, they said because I put the colour in another salon !! Which salon can think like that?! Also I removed my gelish like 5,6 times there before and everytime I mention that I did it in another salon but always paid 25 dhs. Moreover, I paid the 63 dhs to be surprised with the parking charges that jumped from 0 dhs for the first hour to 30 dhs !!! And when I mentioned that validation was never requested for the first hour, they said that these new rules were communicated to Streaks salon and they were supposed to update their customers, the thing that didnt happen for sure .. so it ended up I removed my gelish manicure for 93 dhs !!!! Will never pass by this unprofessional place again

The nails service is always great at silicon streaks. Nanny is one of their best technicians. Hi, after getting extremely disappointed for second time I am writing to highlight that not only service is not good in dso branch but also staff attitude is bad , in 3 years today was worst experience.Earlier 3-4 months back I did massage and the lady had no clue what she is supposed to do and had bad experienceI stopped visiting salon untill today and again had even worst experienceThe lady messed up with my eyebrow and she couldn’t see that one of my eyebrow was going up and other going down.When I pointed out she said I don’t see difference and cannot do muchAnd told me it’s done without properly cleaning my face and applying cream/ toner .Most disappointing part was the way I was treated and had to leave without cleaning hair from face or applying cream .

Kopika service was excellent. She did everything patiently. Would love to come back again.Manager was very cooperative.

My wife went to this salon for hair spa. She had the WORST and MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE.When the salon lady was doing her job, she asked if my wife has dandruff problem, so that they can push more services to her. My wife acknowledged that she sometimes get dandruff.After telling this, the salon lady went to all their salon staff and told that my wife has dandruff and then everyone started giving a dirty look, pointing her. My wife got so EMBARRASSED that she had to leave the service midway and come way. It was her most HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE of life.My wife could have embarrassed salon lady in front of all staff but she chose to just silently leave that place but I couldnt stop myself writing this review.I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. Though the prices are cheap but dont fall for the trap of low price, you will get worst experience. My wife has tried Amazon home services afterwards and she is really happy.

Worst experience ever. No professionalism. I booked appointment at 4 pm even though my request was for appointment is at 5 pm. They insisted that i have to b there 4 pm. I reached 4.04 pm. However they asked me to wait for 10 minutes. I waited then 10 minutes moved to 30 minutes. No apologies nothing , and claiming the customer that I came late.

I loved my mani/pedi at Streaks. I had a very simple plain one, but mostly enjoyed the foot/hands massage. The ladies are very gentle and caring.

I did Kertaine from the DSO branch and within 9 days only my hair became same like they were, curly. When I went back the lady continously told me its my shampoo. I told her I washed just twice in last week. But instead of solving my problem, she is blaming my shampoo. I have done keratin many times in last 4 years and using same shampoo which is sulphate free and in my entire years I have never seen such bad result. Not even 10 days have passed and condition of hair became same. My issue is not hair. My issue is attitude. The way this lady( I dont remember her name) is talking its really annoying. Give solution and stop blaming.From last 15 years I have been to many saloons in Dubai & Sharjah but I have never faced such issues especially the behaviour of staff.

I am a regular customer and very happy with the services provided. Kopila is very friendly, professional and is excellent at her work.

Service and staff is good but the process is so time consuming only because they have only one hair wash station, so you have to wait for 45 mins to 1 hour for hair wash, and then proceed with the service, kind of stupid, they should consider buying some more hair wash stations

This is my personal favorite salon. I like the services & especially Noor , Roshni , kopila are incREDible well trained friendly staff.

This is a horrible place to get ur services done not only they have no punctuality but they also lack manners at all their branches.Even after taking appointment they will make u wait for hours .The staff will judge you and secondly these people need to get professional staff .All these people want is money .Last time I went one of their staff named Sonya had a problem with me wearing AirPods and started commenting on my body .Finally this saloon is just trying to trap customers and has no professionals.
