Have been coming to streaks for over 5 years now and very happy with their offers and services. Iram is great with facial ! Steffi is very good with the staff and very helpful . Reet is good with pedicure and Heian is Highly recommended for acrylic nails ..

I just walk in for mani-padi and eyebrow threading but I have waited from 6:30 till 9 pm to finish the service. Stephy was not helpful enough to make me wait all this time. She posted me for the African staff I guess her name duzzlin sorry not sure of her name. But salon was not busy at all when I came only I can see one customer with duzzlin , she could find some one else to do my services. Then I thought of praying, I asked stephy but they dont have space for that , no prayer mat offered, dont know the direction so I have to manage my self by praying behind the pink curtain in reception. Even no cup of water offered to me 🥺 otherwise I enjoyed the service, duzzly was amazing in Mani & padi , the prices are very affordable and packages are amazing. Thanks alot

I love this salon been coming here for several years now. It has exceptional service and lovely people. I just got a pedicure done by reet and it was brilliant. Similarly with the hot oil massages which are great as well. My eyebrows are always on point and people love it thanks to this salon. 10/10 recommend.

Ive been coming to this salon since 2018. Its a clean and hygienic place. Today Afsha gave me a lovely hair style with layers just as I had requested.

Whenever I come to Dubai I always come to streaks. They have great offers and service. Reet always makes me feel comfortable and gives a great head massage! Steffi also is welcoming as soon as you come in and helps to accommodate us even when we just walk in!

Very happy with the services, body massage is amazing by Dazline! I live next door to this place and visited few times before, but wasnt happy with the service and lax attitude and sometimes made excuses to give appointments. However, I once I had to try them again as my current salon was busy, the now supervisor/ Stephy was new and extremely accommodating and makes sure to get the work done. This made me want to come back again and now Ive started coming here for few services.

I always visit Streaks Salon when I come to Dubai for my pedicure, manicure and head massage with a treatment. The staff are super friendly. Steffy made the effort to ensure she remembered my name and ensured I was satisfied with my treatments. I had Dazzling doing my treatments and I was so happy to have her. She went above and beyond! The staff at Oud Metha Branch is just amazing !! I started off with a hair protein treatment with Shela along with hair cut and hair color , continued with an Hydra Facial with Iram and ended up with acrylic nails done by Hien . All three ladies have been just exceptional . I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for these services. Most of all the ambience and the warm welcome I receive every time I come in by the branch manager Shagun is just what us ladies look for !!! Thank you all for making feel and look beautiful ❤️

I visited this salon for hair highlights and olaplex treatment. The staff of the salon is amazing Simran did my highlights , Eram and Reet did a great service too and the manager Ms. Steffi is super friendly. They made sure to guide me in every possible way. I would highly recommend to my friends for this salon.

The salon is spacious, the amenities are excellent and my favorite part about this place are the packages they have available. Steffi is very friendly, approachable and directs you through the whole package deal. My favorite masseuses are Joyce and Zung, they really know how to get those knots out after a stressful week at work!

If you need to get your Gellish nails done at a super value price and a good job suggest visiting the Oud Mehta branch and get an appointment with Zung ❤️ and meet the cheerful receptionist Steffi💕. All in all a lovely experience

I recently visited Streaks salon in Oud Metha and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. My go to salons for mani, pedi, haircut and threading. I always go here only.I get gelish, from Sadia always. She is really good. And I always get my gelish done from her. Her work is very clean and good no matter what the condition of nails I go with.This time got my highlights done from Simran and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I didn’t want to put bleach in my hair, so she made sure of that and still the color looked like exactly the way I wanted. I am very happy with the result! She is very professional and will Always give you best advice for your hair.Erum did my eyebrows and well I didn’t cry. She is very sweet and welcoming. Reet did my pedicure! Both were very good.Their team is very accommodating and welcoming. Kudos to the manager, Stephi for her work too. She is very nice and accommodating.

Staying at the Rove hotel and desperately needed to revamp my hair color which was three shades of blonde and brown- I walked in with trepidation only to walk out with a super full color revamp and with an amazing team of young creative and fun girls. Simran ding a fantastic job - an amazing manager who squeezed me in and got me a Karak chai - laughter with Iram my fellow Leo who washed my hair and wanted the same 😂😂. I often visit the Oud Metha branch, where the staff is always friendly and kind. I recently had a haircut there and was unsure of what style to choose.Afsha recommended a hairstyle that would look good on me and did an exceptional job. Ive been vising streaks salon for over 4 years now. I love their branch in business bay n oud metha . However refrain from going to the one in DSO, the staff is intimidating n unfriendly . The space is so negative n they make u feel as if you have done a mistake by visiting the salon.

Waste of money… first I did my hair colouring afterwards one of the staff (i know that lady’s name but don’t wanna reveal it in here)recommended some smoothing treatment which she never mentioned the price is too expensive before she start the process after wash they are explaining it’s cost 1000😳 and I rejected to continue then they are ready to offer 300 less as discount. Forcefully I had to agree and after long 6 hours of treatment the result on the next is day awful.. please don’t do the same mistake Ignore this place max check out reviews before you go in any saloon. 🙏

I am very happy with oud mehta branch. We recently shifted to jadaf from al nahda. I used to go Haji ali al nahda branch from almost 7 years. I used to enjoy all services over their. After shifting here to jadaf thank god close by in oudmehta streaks is there. All staff are happy to serve. Simran, shella, mona, shagun(names I know) and all other staff are too cooperative and smiling. Packages are very economical and good to do. Overall I have very good experience in this streaks and highly recommend. Appreciate all girls effort to make customers happy😘😘😘

The reception lady Ms Zara is very confused . She does not know what to communicate to the client . She does not know her staff schedule and how to manage it. She gives a appointment and then changes it herself

I’ve rated a 1 star because Mamta was deceptive and dishonest with the way she quoted a price to me for a nail polish service. The owners should consider some sort of training or coaching for Manta on being honest and upfront to the customers when quoting prices.The lady that did my nail polish service was pleasant and did a good job. However, this salon has lost a customer in me because I will never go back due to the dishonest experience.Customers beware.

Their nail services are okay, but they are extremely deceptive about their prices. They say something different on WhatsApp and charge you something else at the salon. This happened to me twice, and even after showing the WhatsApp messages, they still had the audacity to charge me a different price.

Worst service ever my Mona in oudmetha I was charged 950 only for color services on the accountability of perfect hair color and assurity that after the keretin the color will be corrected by her and she is expert I m just required to pay as per herI did pay 950 only for color servicesShe burnt my hair from the frontAnd asked me to come after one stating she will correct as the money will be destuctrd from SalMy intentions were only for proper color I agreed and came per inconvenienceNo change I. Color when I said this is not okay she started screaming at the top of her voice banging the door

I was a regular customer and used their services mainly for nails. They quote one price and when you go there they quote another. It has been an unpleasant experience for the past couple of times. Their FB posts states EID offers at reduced rates and when I went there they ripped me off 299. The price quoted to me over the phone for gelish pedicure and manicure was 149 and 59. The price was quoted by Sana and the Salon accountant told me that it was a happy hour pricing and it expired. Happy hours happen in salons????I finished the service and called Oud Metha Branch and the lady Shagun gave another steep price. Are they all one scamming bunch? Nevert to go there.Scammers..

I like streaks Karama branch . The staffs are very professional especially Sandhya. She does excellent eyebrows and facial. I would recommend her for the services .

I have been to streaks a couple of times and pretty happy with their services I had done. It doesnt feel like a saloon, with the chit chats of the ladies, it feels more like a place to relax and ease off...Today Harjeet did my hair spa and eye brows... really really liked it.. it clearly shows that she loves what she does.A suggestion I would like to give Is after my Pedicure, the lady said there was no top coat. This is a must for Pedicure.Otherwise this saloon is my all-time choice.

Went for a hair wash and blow dry. The hair wash was fine but the blow dry was very disappointing. She did exactly the opposite of what I asked her to do. Showed photo references of what I want and what I dont want but still didnt understand. I reminded her 3 times but she said dont worry it will be like the way you want and the outcome was not at all similar. Hair looked fine but it was not what I wanted

If I get anything less than a one-star rating, Im posting it. The staff messed up my hair—so unprofessional! And the worst part? I asked the manager to call a month ago, and still nothing.

The staff was talking to me as well as another customer instead of asking one of us to wait and focusing on one customer at a time....its ok to call us back if you are busy...I asked for hair and makeup, price is reasonable but didnt like the fact she was focused on 2 people at the same time and was rushing my call...

The service was quite average unfortunately. We had a hair cut which was just a basic trim and they cut our hair crooked. One side was still extremely long and one short and it was very obvious after coming home and taking a hair bath. The Sharjah branch used to be really good which they seemed to have closed down now. Not planning to go here again.

I have been doing my services in streaks salon for many years in different branches. Their services are really good. In oud metha branch Ms.Iram did my services so well. Highly recommended.

Had the worst experience ever. Went for bikini wax yesterday. The lady ( named, IRUM) who did the wax, used cold wax on my bikini line because of which, my skin on bikini line has comeOut. I have got blisters and I had to visit dermatologist. And now I have to be on antibiotics and continuous skincare and it might take 15-20 days to recover. On top of that I am unable to walk , unable to sit and unable to wear clothes. After discussing the issue with the manager , named Rajni, the solution I got was refund. They are trying to compensate my pain and dermatologist expense with Barely 60-80 aed that I paid foe the service. Worst salons and customer satisfaction. Highly unprofessional.I feel like filing a case against them in consumer court.

Positives: salon has quite a bit of space...not cramped as many salons tend to be. The hair stylist knew what she was doing and was accommodating.Cons: the mani pedi girls were complete novices and could neither speak clearly, nor understand what was being said. This was quite a dissatisfying service. The ambiance was quite unpleasant. The furniture and fixtures looked very dated but more importantly, this was the dimmest salon ever and with flickering lights even.Will I go back? Not likely...not even with a voucher!

Ask for price before you do anything! I did color and at the time of payment they asked me 250 aed!! Despite the fact i had a price list in front of me that says 150 aed lady was insisting it is expired ( the list exposed in their salon) and I’m supposed to check on their Facebook page. Ridiculous. I will never go back. Obviously I paid as per price list, but if I would not have fight with them they would overcharged me of 100 aed.

My waxing experience was very pleasant because of Kamili. She was very patient and loved her service !

The service is very average for the amount charged I took a package of 199AED for five services 1)wax half legs 2)wax full hands 3)face bleach 4) Facial 5)eyebrows, Facial is just for 10mins with minimum or no message wax is done incorrectly which left the hair broken and now it will grow back in 2-3 dayVERY DISAPPOINTED

The customer service has been deteriorating drastically. Especially; the managers here. The focus is creating groups to chat among themselves, rather than to overlook services and customers.
