Not respectful stuff. They did lash in not professional way . My eyes are very swollen . The vessels in his eyes burst and turned red . I felt pain in my eyes . They glued eyelashes to the skin inside the eye . The salon refused to solve the problem . Blocked me . Didn t answer . Did not return the money . Didn t apologize . When I arrived to receive a refund and compensation of only 50 dirhams , the staff refused . They spoke very rudely and not politely . They didn t apologize . I ve called the police and I m going to sue .
Definitely do not recommend this salon❌ there’s no customer service AT ALL! I booked my appointment on 11th of April for manicure &pedicure in parallel service. Once I came there was only one master and empty salon, I thought OK…she did manicure and pedicure around 4,5-5 hours, and in the end she said totally different total price, of course I paid only amount which I confirmed with administrator (whatever) on WhatsApp while I booked.And second point ☝🏻 I had visit salon, but there is no see sterilization for nails, the master who did nails on a tourist visa and etc.
I had appointment for nails when I came to the salon there was no one , not even one person. I was waiting 30 min no one came so I left. When I called the person they said they are eating. Yes I understand but I am customer left alone in the salon. They should have informed that this time there will be no one so I would have not come and waisted my time and money. Not recommended!
The worst salon!!!Salon service 0!sterilisation of instrument for nils is so questionable!I was booked for a manicure and pedicure and at the same time, but only the removal of the gel polish took about 2 hours, it was painful and long and terrible, as a result, the master left the workplace, the second master was in parallel with the client, said that she would give me a manicure when I finished in the end, they didn’t give me a manicure, explaining that they had the next client, as a result, I was left without a manicure with wasted time and mood.

I went for a manicure. Well done girls, they did a good manicure in an hour. Lasts for a month, not a single chip 💅🏻
