I am visiting Saloon Karama for 3 years now for moroccan ,body massage .. and other services.Services are fantastic. Staffs are friendly.The mehendi artist is skilled and did fabulous job for my Kawachauth mehendi.

Had taken AED 150 package. Keeping the Covid situation in the mind would request the salon to be kept clean which was not. The staff was having sever cold n there was no Mask put on. Anyways I took massage, facial n pedi n manicure service. Honestly massage was done good. However I had previously applied gel nail polish from a different salon so the staff had to remove. The method use to remove gel polish was not done proper n they used nail buffer to remove. The staff Removed it so badly that I m having sever pain n my nails have been badly hurt. This is the first time I have been facing this. When I asked the staff she told me that nails become weak when v use gel polish n gel polish it’s not good. But that’s not the answer as I have done removal before n it’s never become like this. I am highly disappointed n I m suffering a lot because of this. I have 2 small kids I m not able to do any work as the pain is terrible. I need the manager or the owner to call me ASAP. Putting the pics so that non would go through wat I have gone. The nails have completely chipped off n I can see the flesh out.

I have been a customer of divalicious for about 4 years now. All staffs are really very friendly, but manager Avinash in particular is great at what she does and is an experienced hair stylist.Additionally, Rubina is really talented and I wud like to suggest her for facials, massages, pedicures, and manicures.

Lovely salon with amazing services and humble staff who are willing to do the services according to customer’s choice. They also provide home services which are affordable and convenient. They did my bridal makeup and it was like dream come true for me.

I m like old client from divalicious,First time I went I got burnt my underarms and upper lip very badly, but still I continued with the positive attitude in this salon. But except AVI I dont think anyone is well trained, because I took many home services and branch visit, in karama I started goin here also same one time I asked red color they did black thn next visit they didnt do proper root touch all front hair was grey. On the top MOMO is such a rude staff and always disregard, full of jealous, still my services are pending to this salon but m scared of their disrespecting behavior. And on the TOP I was using this salon only because of RESHMA, becz I connected her as a friend, but I would say whom so ever is managing is not at all good.Your girls dont like each other.They r making full to customer, you should have resolved the enteral issues.Becz I tried to tell Reshma but in last conversation Smartly she started pointing to me.Reshma I have also done the same business and still doing.But u know ur staff Darling.Last to last my 6 services were pending but MOMO and shaila they both forget and started misbehaving to me mam you are not correct.Later on when I called again n again then they got to know that yes my services are pending.I never shouted on anyone, even they were in hurry they burn my skin.Wat I did silently stopped going there.Many time they have given me used 👗 dress. When I show them then sorry madam.Sorry is not enough alwz.If you are into any business I would say you should be down to earth.But anyway my biggest fault I choosed Reshma as a friend and this salon.And till the time I didnt get any apologize from MOMO BECZ OF HER ATTITUDE PROBLEM.

I went for haircut .the service was good. But cant explain how unclean the salon was. I havent seen a salon this worst in this entire dubai. I visited the karama branch. The waiting chairs are broken, there was hair of previous clients and water all over the floor. The water dispenser nozzle was covered with lipstick. As I sit there I saw the same towel being used to wipe 2 clients feet during their pedicure. The staff had so much attitude and not a smile. Damaged sterlizer. I wonder why the Muncipality did not see this even though its situated in a prime location. I had to step on water and lots of hair as soon as I entered the salon to sit on the broken chair.I believe hygiene is not a big thing in that salon. I am happy with the haircut but never gonna visit the salon as scared of contracting diseases bcz of unclean environment. bad attitude and sarcasm.

Divalicious does my highlights and cuts my hair, and I am always getting complements on the color. I would have no problem referring Divalicious to my friends, co-workers and family. ”

She is a magician and will transform the way you look by making your hair more stylish, she is knowledgeable about new hair trends and haircuts. Hi, highly recommend place for low budget relaxing area mainly for massage . They have amazing packages.I love taking service from Mrs. Shehla from karama branch . She is soft spoken, kind and well dedicated lady towards her work.Her massages , eyebrows, hot oil and threading are very unique and satisfying.Please everyone ask for Mrs. Shehla.

Worst Salon I have ever experienced !!Zero Professionalism !!First I had been there for threading and upper lips wax they convinced to take package of 100 which has 7 services.I got my threading done Eyebrows were SPOILED !!Upper.Lips Wax - Burned my skin I had spots and Marks on my skin cause of that.Pedicure and Manicure COMPLETE CHEATING They did is only Palm and lower foot Staff are focused more on their comfort. Always in a rush and focused on their talks amoung themselves.They want to do only things as per their wish and doesnt consider clients choices and comfort.Head Massage - Worst. Which is expected to be done in silence, is down in full noise and talks among the staffs there.COMPLETE CHEATING THIS SALON IS !! WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!

Is there any option to give negative star?? Worst saloon I have ever visited.I am wandering how come Dubai muncipality has not shut this place down.They dont change the sheets on wax table. Flies everywhere.Only God can save those who go for waxing, pedicure and manicure.Lady named Amber did my waxing. And literally she burnt my arms and thighs. For pedicure and manicure they pluck ur nail so hard u wil have pain for at least 4 days.Coming to their staffs: Fouzia- extremely unprofessional, rude and she ignores the customers and always on the personal calls and she should not be in this proffession.Amber: she doesnt know how to do basic waxing.I feel I should complaint to Dubai muncipality about their unhignenic service. Its a request to all those who are planning to go to this place. People please save yourself.

Was my first time here, i got my arms and legs waxed as well a mani and pedi.While waxing, the lady was rough which hurt my skin but i over looked it. Moving on to the nails, completely unhygienic and a waste of my money, i’ve gone home with clumpy looking nails, she doesn’t seem to know to paint nails properly. When i asked her to cut my toe nails shorter she gave me a rude response which is unprofessional, ‘i can’t cut them if you want them shorter do it yourself’ upon which, i picked up the nail cutter and did it myself. Would not go back here and don’t recommend anyone too either, waste of my money honestly

The staff there has burnt my upper lips. I now have two darks burn marks on my face.The staff there are impaitent and always in a hurry.I did gel polish from the twice and both the times the gel polish has chipped off.Dont go here unless youre optionless some of the old staff are very rude and dont even talk properly.

Hopeless salon and Pathetic service !!I was attended by Kishwar.. she was so rude and unprofessional.I got my threading done and it was spoiled.Upper lip waxing was a complete disaster.. burned my skin .Worst experience!!Highly disappointed ☹️
