This is a new salon which I tried out in Jlt.Conveniently located and the staffs were very humble and welcoming.I tried their full body massage and hats off to Ms.Khushi, who did a amazing work. She knew all the pressure points and areas where I had muscle stiffness. Thanks to the owner also for giving me a good reasonable rate. Overall, am happy and satisfied and looking forward to try their other services and packages.

I did GK keratin treatment and facial. It was amazing. I recommend everyone to check out their services. Its outstanding. Best ever facialTechnique I saw them doing. Keratin treatment was done with do much perfection. I am very happy

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF NASIBA.I never write negative rewies but this time was too much. I visited the salon multiple times for haircut, but first time for hair coloring and I left with tears in my eyes. Not because of the color, but because of the disrespectful behaviour of Nasiba. I showed a picture of color I would like to achieve and she said it will be difficult due to previous henna on my hair. I said it is ok and would like to try anyway. Then we procedeed with color and I saw the color is turning very red, which is not what I expected. I started asking questions if this should look like this, I was concerned about the color, and she explained that it is ok and once she will wash it and dry it will look good. I trusted her experience and after wasching my hair I discovered that the color look super red, very different than what I asked for, and also was very different from the bottom part of my hair. Once I said its too red and I cannot accept it she became very angry, she told me that I annoy her with my questions (I literally asked 3 questions because I was concerned), I am not here to teach her her job, she knows everything about coloring and that this is the color that I asked for (which is not true). These are all the things she said to me while I was in tears. Now this is not only how to treat customers but people in general. Extremely unprofessional, do not recommend at all. Bad review fully deserved. I paid over 1000 dhs for this.
