Disappointed! Not Recommended!! Very not good. I had hair treatment + wax and nails on 2 weeks back.I did keratin treatment for my hair and literally it ended up with just straightening my hair with lots of hair fall.And had waxing as well for full legs and full hands which ended up with an allergy and itchiness which am experiencing now even after the medication.The nails were a disaster too which my nails got broke right after the manicure. The gel polish seems not evenly applied even.Waste for the money and too much expensive for the cheap service!

If I could give zero star I would happily do it ! But the only start I’m giving is actually for Tania , she did her best to give a good service and try to fix the work of her colleague which did a really unpleasant job unfortunately… (as you can see in the picture)I have no issues by people learning but I do have issues by owners charging as if they are giving a PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.The owner on top of this work I received charged me a price that wasn’t agreed since the beginning and when I told her to respect the price agreed she told me she was going to deduct from Tania since she was the one who made the mistake to tell me a lower price at the beginning …. This is not nice at all and even unprofessional to tell to the costumer what are you going to do with your employees because they made a mistake…. I mean if that’s the way you deal with your people fine ! But don’t show how mean you are just to make me feel guilty and pay more to basically defend her rights of having her full salary , the owner has changed as I know so ladies be aware that services and treatment has changed also to bad….

I graded the salon 4.5 because I loved the outcome of their services. I deducted 0.5 because I think Sam is still a newbie. I liked their service overall, but there is room for improvement with Sam. I had a full body massage and loved the oil they used; it was warm and relaxing. I particularly enjoyed Tanias massage; she hit the spots where I wanted to relax. Sam has potential but needs more training. Tania also performed the facial, which I initially thought would be done by someone else, but I was pleasantly surprised that she handled it. Sam did the haircut but was supervised by Tania. Tania finished the blow-dry because Sam still had a hard time doing it. The owner is fortunate to have Tania. Even though she seemed a bit tired, she ensured she delivered great service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Style Room Salon. Despite confirming my appointment for specific services, I arrived after a 1 hour drive only to be told by the receptionist that the nail technician wasn’t available that day and no one was tbere to do my nails. It was clear she hadn’t paid attention to the services I booked, which was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. This level of carelessness is unacceptable.I would not recommend this salon.

I have been visiting Style Room Beauty Salon since many months. The management is sensible, cooperative, smart & updated on trends. All the girls working there are respectful, professional and fully trained. Although I love their hair styling & make up, today I got my nails done for the first time. Loved the experience! Sharing a picture for everyone to see. There is value for money, it’s hygienic & got some good vibes! Located centrally in Barsha, I highly recommend it :)

This is the worst eyelash extension Ive ever experience. Shes doing my right eye only but it takes almost 1 hour and It was very painful. Shes very slow. As in literally slow I kept crying because of the glue and even the edge of the lashes touches my skin thats why its very painful. Im very disappointed knowing that I have a plans (Travel) and expecting with beautifully done eyelashes. But ended up with disappointment and waiting for nothing.

Amazing service, Rabba was my stylist and she did such a good job. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and the salon is overall so nice. I will definitely be coming here regularly!

They must be very good in hair and nails but failed in eyelashes extension. I am doing my lashes already with other salon since long time and this is the first time ive experienced worst eyelash extension. Glue they are using are so strong enough that it will bring you in tears, therapist doesnt care if tears is already running through your face, how many times also she plucked my original lashes out. She doesnt care about what the client is feeling. They have dhs100 promotion but I was ask to pay Dhs150 since I want it with volume. The worst part the outcome of my eyelash extension is very poor, how many times i told her that the lashes are not aligned, there is some up and there is some down. She keep on brushing and brushing and brushing, whats the point??? I cannot stay much longer since it is more than an hour already since she started doing my lashes. I sat down in the car and messaged them that I want the contact number of the manager, took them long time to reply. When they replied she said the manager is busy will call me back in 10 mins. I waited before I post this and no calls till then. Anyhow, learned my lesson that I shouldnt be fooled by such promotions, they might have discount but outcome of the service is poor.

The salon staff are nice and accommodating. Skilled and knowledgeable stylists. Sonia was the one who colored my hair and I am really satisfied and pleased with her service.

Super nice service at Style Room Beauty Salon and professional staff. We were welcomed by owner Yousra who took very good care of us, she was very friendly and offered us tea and biscuits. We had hair + eye brow coloration done by Tania, she was very friendly as well and explained for us all the steps and the final result was exactly what we asked for, so very happy. Next time we will come for nails as Jely seemed very sweet. We absolutely had a good time, thank you very much 🙏Definitly coming back for sure! 😊

I had acrylic on my hands and gelish on my feet.Service was great, Loretta (for my hands) the nails technician was very good with her job. i’m very particular with shape and polish application, and i was happy that she aced it.…the technician (for my feet) gelish nail though, she needs improvement.The price is affordable, the place is clean and accessible with a parking spot available nearby.Would recommend this place, worth a visit!

My first time visiting the salon and i had a great time. The staff are all professional and smiling.I commend Rikson and Dipsey who made my nails, they were so gentle and thoughtful of me as a pregnant woman, Rikson made sure the uv light is far from my womb.Great job! Will be back for sure

Poor nail extension service, the technician doesn’t provide a proper shape, the finishing is not aligned nor clean by any means, and one of the nails broke after 7 days only , they provide offer on the extensions and overcharge for removal.. poor customer service

I did my hair with Rabba in this salon, very professional lady. Amazing work was done with my hair. I have got exactly what I wanted. I am a regular customer to the Salon before it was acquired by new owner who changed the name. I have been always satisfied and treated with respect by the previous staff and was actively promoting the place to others.This visit I went for a simple face threading job, and due to a neck injury I asked for the chair’s headrest to be adjusted up!SONIA “ I was given her name” treated me disrespectfully, rudely and unfairly. Since she believes it wouldn’t be the most comfortable for her to do my face with headrest up!When I requested again the headrest to be up as usual, she claimed all the chairs headrest are broken!!!I was stunned as it wasn’t neither my first visit to the salon nor it was my first time to have the same service done by a much more considerate and polite staff. Whilst I insisted that I don’t want her to continue the task, to my shock she asked me to leave the salon!It is disgusting that what used to be a great salon turns to be at that low standard because of one extremely unprofessional and to an extended degree rude staff.In all fairness the new owner stepped in with an apology. I found the owner courteous and polite. However, a service business that tolerates such staff attitude will gain short term until it’s reputation becomes tarnished. Never again and will make sure my awful experience will never be repeated with someone else. Such a bazaar attitude belongs to dirt!

I am short of words to express my love to Rabba who gave me my first hairstyle. I was very skeptical about getting a hair cut as I have had my hair long for all my life! But Rabba did a great job. Mehwish your hospitality and warmth is commendable! Loretta special thanks for the beautiful nails!

The service was really good. The receptionist was really accommodating. I did the gel mani & pedi i was satisfied with the service of Riksan and Mehwish, they are really nice and accommodating,i really love my gel polish now💅because of them. As well as Tania, she really gave a good service for facial and also the massage was really relaxing and lastly Sonya was a nice and accommodating staff as well, she do my eyebrow tint and i really like it😍. Overall, i was really satisfied with their service and I highly recommend STYLE ROOM SALON for everyone who wants to pamper themselves, make beautiful and pretty and to feel relaxed and satisfied. Very bad experience, I only get stress from their staff, Dont ever waist money.. by the way staff on that salon are good to play with customer just to charge more amount of money, BE CAREFUL GUYS..Swear its not even worth to pay, compare to other salon in Dubai. Rabba did my hairdone yesterday and she and mehwish get the things done with extremely hard work but the salon is over priced. I went there bcoz they advertised on insta for highlights and haircut they will charge 350, nevertheless I mentioned again and again that Ive waist length hairs and when I reached there all the way from al nahda dubai they said since Ive had long hairs they charged 550. So they should be very clear in pricing and communication with customers. There are many renowned salons who are offering complete packages under 400 for any length with amazing results. Moreover, after wash my hairs became so rough and dry as if someone has exploded bomb in my hairs. Not recommended at all !

I was surprised by this place in a good way as I was struggling to find a nice salon in the area for fair prices. Very clean, staff is very nice and polite. I went for make up and hair styling for our photoshoot. I was very happy with the result. Make up lasted in the heat without any problems.

In this salon there was a one day offer 250dhs for keratine treatment.I did keratine treatment in this salon, First day it was nice after one day I took head shower. After shower my hair is same like before. I went and asked in salon and they given such a blunder justification for this ussue.this was my 8th keratine treatment,I never had this issue before. Waste of time and money.

Horrible manicure and unprofessional customer service from some of the staff. Most people giving positive review were manipulated into doing so. They literally tell you several times before you finish to go google and write them a positive review. My gelish nail polish came off the next day and when I complained and sent a picture, I was accused of peeling it myself.How you think it was comfortable for me to leave work and come spend time doing the same nail baffles me. First I booked the session 6 days before, I left work earlier to meet up with time on that day and you had booked someone else and I had to wait over an hour before I was attended to then rushed off before it finished because you said it’s your closing time. First time (which I paid for) it peeled the next day. I returned to get it fixed and , it peeled again the next. I made nails in that same salon that lasted me for at least 3 weeks before it was sold to your new management and changed all staffs. Then you accuse of me of peeling my nails like I’m a baby or I bite my finger. Very unprofessional.

I have never had such an amazing neck and back massage. I also tried a face polish /mini facial and saw good results. The hot mix tea was a cherry on top for the entire relaxing experience. Definitely going back soon.

The team at Style Room is very efficient, skilled and their services are well priced for what they deliver. The management team ensures customers leave their salon feeling happy and go out of their way to fix any shortcomings. I have been a testimony to that and was very impressed with the genuine care and attention to the service provided. Highly recommend Taniah for nail extensions, Rikson for mani/pedi’s and Soniya for hair coloring, styling and treatments. Give these ladies a go and you won’t leave disappointed 😊

The service was pleasant , as my hair was damage..they really take care of that and guide me accordingly...Rabba is really good with hair..looking further to handle my hair with her only.. and my massage was done by Marish..which was very relaxing..I enjoyed it...Must goo!!

THIS SALON I S NOT WORTH IT!!! Me and my friends went there for nails and henna but as there was a new owner she told the employs to not do our henna the way we wanted and to do them lighty and for the amount I payed it was not worth it the henna came off in 5 minutes and didn’t give a shade and the acrylics were supposed to have French tips but the new owner kept annoying all the employees and gave us attitude and told us that they can’t give us a French tip but we still got it and they made us pay 60 dhs more for it and also made us pay for time which should not be included as it’s a salon and they kept taking walk ins and told us to leave which was not appreciated as we took a appointment a week ago they didn’t provide us with anything and gave us a ridiculous total which was not worth it. The employees were nice but the new owner kept annoying them so they didn’t gave us a reason to ever come again because of how they treated us as a normal employee this used to be a great place but because of the new owner they have lost all respect for everyone and didn’t have us a good treatment.
