My first visit and i can say only good words. From the approach, follow up and services, all was amazing and super friendly! The prices are affordable . The staff is well trained and I truly like what they have done to my hair ( braids ) and pedicure as well! 👏👏👏5 ⭐️

Yesterday i visited Smiles and Beauty Salon, and I had an amazing experience! The staff did a fantastic job on my hair and made the entire process so relaxing. They offered me tea, which was such a thoughtful touch, and they were incredibly gentle with my hair throughout. Beyond washing and braiding, they offer a variety of services, showcasing their versatility and professionalism. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere!

I live in the United States but visit Dubai often. Every time I am in Dubai, I make sure to get my hair done at Styles and Smiles. They are the best. They will get you in quickly. They are fast and efficient and their braiding is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend them for all your hair care needs, you will not be disappointed.

This is the worst cornrows I have ever got and I paid 170 dhs. So disappointing and unfair! Don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

If you are looking forward to braiding, and you have a sensitive head, look no further this is the stop. I had not done braiding for over 10 years due to pain from it. But I decided to brace for it after a colleague referred me. It was the best braiding experience I could ever imagine. Zero pain and medium braids finished in under 3 hrs. I want to say thank you to Margaret and the ladies for the great job

I make my hair in this salon and it was good, not until they started Charging me too much money so I stop going there. I went there last week and the lady that use to make my hair is not working there anymore, so this lady was making my hair, she can not even make a straight line which was shocking to me. How can they have employees that can’t even make a straight-line hairstyle.

Poor customer service and stylist lack creativity. informed the hairstylist and the salon manager on the day i got hair done that the style was off center and they did not even say anything or respond. An apology or wgat can we do to fix it is what a good business which values customers does.
