Terrible Experience!!The people in this beauty salon does not have the slightest idea about their job. Starting from the receptionist who treats customers concerns with indifference to the technician who would mess up your nails. The technician does not use any type of refreshments and make your nails suffer from pain and swelling. She spent two hours only doing my hand nails and at the end the result was disgusting. I left in the middle cus she already wasted my time for disgusting result.

The lady who did for me Marwa was amazing. So attentive, cares for the details and she wants the customer to be happy. She did very good with the cleaning . The place is nice clean and lots of colors options. I did manicure pedicure . Overall great experience and i will definitely come back for Marwa.

Had the BEST Salon experience!! The staff are just gorgeous!!! I had my hair cut and coloured by Hein, my pedi done by Florine and my full body massage was done by Shahnaz. These are some very talented Ladies. My hair was done exactly as I wanted. I felt beautiful afterwards. My feet felt incredibly soft and nourished after my pedi and I felt as light as feather after my massage. Lauren who runs the Salon it just breath of fresh air! All in All it was just an amazing day full of self pampering ❤️

Thanks to Sylvia because she is doing a great job as a Hairstylist. Aside from that, she can do other services. She listen to what the customer want and she is not hesitant to give her opinion on what looks best for the customer. I am giving her a 100% thumbs up for doing a great job! Thanks for your service, every time.

Marwa is an incredible master! She is very attentive and friendly. She found out my wishes, responded to my comments, advised how it would be better from the height of her professional experience, and turned out to be 100% right! Marwa works very accurately and quickly. It took me only one hour to do full body waxing; thank you❤️❤️❤️Next time will try to do my lashes or massage with you!

I had the best experience with the services I had yesterday. The full body massage and eyebrow threading were both done by Shahnaz and Im satisfied. Also, thanks to Lauren for being so accommodating. 💖 Ill surely come back to try other services. ✨

I visited this salon with my daughter to get her haircut. There were several problems during our visit. First and most importantly, most people including the manager were not wearing a mask. When I requested the manager and others wear a mask, the manager made several excuses as to why this was not possible even though I was visiting with my child. Second, the price quoted me when I first entered was half the price I was actually charged. When I mentioned this to the manager, she agreed I was overcharged but said it was impossible to refund me. If your health and safety are important, I would suggest you visit a different salon.

Had the most incredible experience here today! This is definitely my new local salon! If you want perfect nails ask for Eunice! Lovely lady with an eye for detail. I’ll definitely be going back for my nails again ❤️

I am a regular guest, I walk-in as usual on Friday morning for a pedicure, the lady at the reception told me that I need a booking and we are fully booked, despite that at this time the salon was empty, she didnt even try to find a solution! I just went to the next door Posh Nails, they are busy, but it seem that never declined guests. Diva Salon Never Again...

I have been in this beautiful Diva saloon in Tecom near my home location It was so fabulous experience. Lovely staff, expert masters, quality services. Specially, Roxy who done waxing to me, done it so gently, you will not fell anything. She has magic hands. Definitely will come more.

I got keratine and ombre done from this place. When I went for consulting, the beautician offered lot of discount but next day when I was done she straight up refused giving discount and said she was tired after the service and hence will not offer any discount. That was extremely annoyingMy hair looked amazing after the service so I said okay and paid the entire amount. I am not sure what product was used for keratin but my hair doesnt even look like it is treated once I washed it..its frizzy even though Im using sulphate free shampoo. I have got keratine done before so I know how it looks for first 2-3 months at least. I paid like 900 dhm for keratin when I could have paid 600 for gk keratin elsewhere and had better looking hair.Also, during the entire service the beautician kept taking jabs at my hair saying its too long, too thin, lot of hairfall etc etc as if she was doing it for free. So, please dont ask me to remove this comment saying its hate comment because I faced a lot of it at your salon

I regularly go there for eyebrows treading and waxing. Sylvia is an excellent beauty therapist and I only ask for her when I go there. The salon itself is average and could do with a revamp but Sylvia is worth the trip.

This salon could be outstanding ..its in a great location. Its just seems lifeless no music, didnt even her offered tea or water. Wanted a bouncy blow dry last minute. It was ok..she used curling tongues which I didnt want. I would tentatively go back. Price was ok. Salon is lovely inside. Just needs some life and love.

I visited the salon before Christmas for nail extension and pedicure. Guzel, the technician who did the extensions, is absolutely fantastic. Did amazing job, was patient and addressed my indecision (first time extensions) in a kind and nice manner.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. Eventhough there were several reviews on their price quoted vs actual charged, I took a chance. Called them up for a wash n blow dry appointment. Was told I would be charged AED.80 for shoulder length hair. When I walked into the salon, i was surprised it was empty as it was Eid holidays and hence busy everywhere else o had called. Should have taken the hint. After the service, I was told I had to pay AED. 157.50 for a not so great wash n blow dry that you would get pretty much anywhere else. I even brought this to their notice but they were unapologetic and rude. Ladies! Please do not go,just trying to save you some hassle and disappointment.

I have been using Asma at Diva for years for waxing and hair removal. Shes precise and professional, does a really great job. Can highly recommend.

The word dreadful doesnt do justice to the haircut ( if I may call it that) I got done.I asked for a trim and asked the woman not to make it short. I honestly believe she didnt know what she was doing.She cut my layered hair into something else, left in between the cut for a good 10 minutes to attend to another customer (I had an appointment) and when I questioned her about my current length of hair, she told me that it isnt really a trim unless hair is cut that short.Meaning haircut and trim are basically equivalent to each other.I dont recommend this place unless you have a watchful eye on what the hairdresser is doing to your locks. That isnt what a customer wants to do. We believe that hairdressers are professionals and we dont need to tell you how to do your job.Kindly stay away from haircuts if that isnt your forte and get someone qualified to do the job.

Hi.. had wonderful experience.. Miss Roxy did my hair colouring... no body could have done better than her.. She is such pleasant lady n became best friend to my daughter.. wonderful staff,cleanliness n my salon for future days for sure.❤️

HORRIBLE! The worst French manicure that I have ever had, thanks to a “nail technician” that has no idea how to do it properly...after spending 4 hours in the salon for a gel refill (unbelievable, as it usually takes maximum 2.5 hours) I asked her if there was anyone who could help her, so she can finish faster and she called one of her colleagues who just put oil on my cuticles instead of cutting them or cleaning them and then she left...the most frustrating experience that I have ever had in a salon...and the quality of the nails is DISAPPOINTING!!!! They do it better in Karama, in the cheap salons...the line of my French manicure is different on every nail and on few nails the white color looks faded...not professional at all!!! I WOULD DEFINTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!! GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Madam Raxana has always been caring and informative. She has directed me in the proper direction. The Salon is very clean and the staff are super helpful, friendly and kind..My treatment results was super good.Thank you Madam🙏Highly recommended this place❤️

Evaluating the service of this place with one star is too much! I guess I would give it a minus if it was possible.I bought a voucher on Cobone.com and made an appointment. The lady called after 2 hours to inform me that this is not valid anymore and the voucher I booked is eventually a mistake coming by Cobone. Excuse me, mistake? What does it have to do with me? I was delighted by the salon and suddenly the impression was ruined by the very unprofessional staff, who told me that they cannot to anything for me , Cobone will refund my money. On the several requests to talk to the management, there was no call!! So there is another point, HOW WILL STAFF BE PROFESSIONAL IN SERVICE INDUSTRY IF THE MANAGEMENT IS CARELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL TOO??It’s been already a week - Cobone does not answer my emails regarding refund , the salon’s management does not want to make themself decent and address a call.VERY VERY VERY BAD!!!!

I am writing this to reach to the management how their reliable team spoiling the customers. I have visited on 11 may with pre booked appointment for multiple services offered 20% discounts on over all bill.. I want to mention I hv been customer since Roxy was managing and it was superb experience before.. The girl on reception navigated me to the asma for waxing and eye brow.. Asma is one of best staff their.. The worst scenario is when I hv approach for billing after services she the guy came amir said no discount due to eid season you have to pay full bill and what amount I hv been told fr they have charged me 150aed extra.. I had arguments long fight at the end he offered me complimentary 1 blow dry and 1 eye brow session. I have left and approach them on 13th May when I visited they said they are busy now they cant do as I hvnt book prior appointment so I have to come back and that time that man told me this complimentary service I can avial within 3 months period anytime. I hv been disappoint but thought will come back.I have called twice but I couldnt reach to that men and that pakistani receptionist.. So I have booked an appointment for meni-pedi on 17th June I have visited again a new receptionist I have discussed with her about the past incident and the offerd services.. She told that again the have removed those staff and they have new manager called Mr. PETER. she called him I hv spoken to him and explained the whole story he said give the phone to my team I will inform her what to do..I have continued to my meni-pedi and waiting for response but nothing happened.. Than the receptionist called again Peter and she told in front of me customer is really disappointed please do some thing she told atleast speak to customer but Peter denied and done nothing... Story doesnt end here after the services i have ask fr my billing and I have paid for availed services than I hv asked Peter number lady was not willing but out of my anger she agreed and share the new manager Peter number I have called him from my number made him acknowledge about his behaviour and response he said he will speak to owner and get back to me.. I told him its about money and service both as that was Thursday and such a busy area like barsha heights and a good salon is just vacant no customer on Thursday evening just bcz of their attitude behaviour and services.. He told me he will get back to me will speak to owner will componsate fr what all happened.. Today is 25th of June no approach from diva salon..I highly recommend please do not visit them.. I am staying in same area the cost is high accepted only if services are good and if they care their client.. I told them I will really write review this time as last time they have requested me not post and bad review but unfortunately they have repeated the same behaviour and i have to write this all. hope after reading this atleast you will give a second thought to visit diva salon.. This salon was not like this when Roxy was the owner she really cares about her clients.. Asma the staff still there she is best in her work but such attitude of managers cant retain customers.Thanks

Havent tried anything but shellac manicure yet, but very satisfied with the quality and service. Located in Barsha heights, easy to find, big, clean and lit salon. The quality and endurance of manicure - the best I had in Dubai so far.

I had gone to do my eyebrows. They have done pretty decent but i felt the prices are a bit high. The charge was 30 dhs. The staffs were friendly.

I have taken few services from Diva beauty salon, the staff was very professional and gud. Services was gud and Asma is very professional, nice and good in her work.

Been here several times and regretted every visit. The owners attitude was terrible and the ambience very uncomfortable. The prices change every second so insist on a firm price before you do your hair. The employees are addressed in a poorly manner and have witnessed arguiments with clients at every occasion Ive visited.

They actually deserve negative star...very horrible and unprofessional staff. Had a 12pm appointment, when I reached they made me wait for 15 mins then the receptionist calls the lady to check how long she is going to take since the client had already arrived. Then the receptionist informs us that she might take 10-15 mins more but comes after 30 mins. Sat there till 12:45 then walked off. Please don’t waste your time or money in this totally unprofessional place with very rude staff.

Very bad experience , i came for the good reviews, but there is only one lady, very slowwwwwww, 2 hrs for mani Pedi classic.. Not too many color choice.. I will not come here again

Very good service by the personnel but the woman at reception with nasty accent is super b...., I went with wet hair for waxing and blow dry, at the end she said theres no time for blow dry and i had to leave with wet hair again, but they accepted me in the beginning.

First of all, they booked me in while having no one to actually do the job. The staff there are very unprofessional and the overall vibe is very negative. The place doesn’t seem very clean either. Would not recommend.

Ask for Eunice if you would like to get wonderful nails. She is very good and will let yours nails amazing.

I have done Botox treatment for the hair there with an excellent price!!!I like a result of manicure and pedicure.Not far from the Internet City Metro Station.I really liked the salon for its professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
