I had plans and I had to call all the salons 2 hours before and look for someone who could accept me now for styling. I spent a lot of nerves, time and money because of this incident.2) I got cut on 7 out of 10 fingers during a manicure, because of this I can’t redo a poorly done manicure (I’ll make a video later)3) I also had a pedicure yesterday, but the polish didn’t dry out and I had to go back to the salon today to get it redone and again waste time and money on a taxi.And 3 out of 3 procedures failed.Added 1 star for old times sake

The most terrible service I have ever encountered! I don’t understand how this salon hasn’t closed yet. I did 3D eyelash extensions. She came with nice thick eyelashes and left with bald spots. When the eyelashes fell out, it was obvious that there were 5 eyelashes glued to one somewhere.There was a lot of gluing, my eyes hurt and wearing these eyelashes was very uncomfortable. Although I have been doing eyelash extensions for 8 years and have never encountered this before. I wrote directly to the salon to solve the problem, I attached a photo of the eyelashes (which were falling out in clumps), to which they responded with an article from Google about updating eyelashes. And we wished you a good day:) I don’t recommend anyone to go here, definitely for eyelash extensions! I tried to call, they didn’t pick up, and they didn’t call back. As a result, the salon employee wrote to WhatsApp. Having learned that I was a man, he referred to the laws and refused to help. In this case, the position of the salon is absurd. He refused any help. And the question “Maybe I can pierce the white dot with a needle” was simply ignored. In my opinion, this indicates a lack of professionalism. I hope the salon management reads this review and reconsiders its customer relations policy. If not, then this salon is questionable, because they refuse to help, ignoring common sense.
