I have been coming to Sugar Beauty Lounge for sometime, best place in Dubai to get services done including hair, nails and waxing.The ladies are professionals ensuring every visit is special ❤Today I had my acrylic refill with Joanne who is a magician, really taking care of your nails by using the Gelish Soak-Off Builder Gel instead of regular acrylic powder. Its honestly the best acrylic nails you can have with very natural look, thank you Joanne 😘Also thank you Pauline for a great pedicure!

Very neat and clean salon—perfect for a next door place! They’re incredibly accommodating, accepting walk-ins without prior bookings, which is so important with how fast-paced life is nowadays. Gretchen was amazing—confident and skilled, leaving my hair looking absolutely fantastic!

I’ve had such a positive experience getting my nails and threading done here. I have very sensitive cuticles and their staff has been so gentle and thorough which I really appreciate. The salon is clean and you are warmly welcomed when you get in. I will definitely be back!

Such an amazing salon, clean and tidy, lovely working girls all of them are really nice . The beautiful lady at the reception is very delicate and lovely. They serve you free water, coffee and tea.Yesterday, i got my nails done 💅🏻 manicure gel polish. I requested Lady Anu based on my sisters recommendation. Now she is my favorite 😻.Anu is very professional, smiling and talented. I highly recommend her for manicure. She gets the exact shape design that u want. And gives you at the end a relieving hand massage.The prices of services is little bit high for me but id rather pay high with excellent service.

I love coming to Sugar for my under arm waxing and gel mani/pedi. The ladies are so nice and the place is really clean. They take good care of my cuticles and it never hurts or causes blood. The only thing they need to work on is the amount of flies/gnats other than that 5/5 experience!

Very unexperienced nail technicians. dont know how to fix a broken nail. the manicurist said to fix my natural side of the slightly broken nail with superglue. The pedicure specialist is also incompetent. I had old gel polish to remove. she says its not gel. whaaaat omg . In the picture my pedicure how I left this salon not happy ((((

I have been going to Sugar Sport’s City for the last 4 years. My main services are eye-brown threading, nails and recently facials. I have never had anything but top quality service. The therapists are professional, friendly and highly skilled. A special mention of Bonita and Anu for their eyebrow shaping plus Anu is fantastic with nails and Bonita with facials. The new hydrafacial is incredible. I trust the ladies at Sugar, and I highly recommend them to whoever loves a bit of pampering.

Before the HydraFacial my skin was a mess. The HydraFacial at sugar beauty lounge brought it right back to normal, giving me a beautiful dewy skin as well as a plumpness with less visible pores. I have to change my review as this place is not consistent with the service. Went to get my nails done ( shellac) it took 3 hours they had to repeat it twice. The technician that was working on my nails had no idea how to do them. They changed the technician and she was nice and tried her best to start over again.Areas to improve :1- Loyalty program2- Seats are not that comfortable3-consistency

Disappointed beyond words. I requested for a treatment to manage the frizz of my hair. They promised the treatment will not remove my curls. After repeated confirmation I decided to do the treatment, the result was horrible. It completely turned my hair into fiber strands. Then followed by chain of apologies…. And offers saying they will fix my hair. In few days again confessed saying they can’t do anything, and all I can do is wait till my hair grows and chop my treated hair. So ladies pls be very careful if you planning to do any service for hair from here ….

Horrible hair treatment. Someone who is not a hair dresser washed my hair and she claimed she is hair dresser..first she put ice colder water on my head then the is was too hot. The lady who cut my hair didn’t know how to brush them - ended to brushing it myself.

It was my first and last visit to the parlor. I went there a few days ago. I was told a certain price while booking for a hair cut and on arriving the lady who was to cut my hair marked up the price by 60%. What followed was an argument between her and the one who answered the call.No thought was given to the fact that I was a customer visiting them for the first time and they needed to create a good first impression.The customer experience is not just what service they provide but their overall attitude and disposition towards the customer.I hope nobody has the same experience!

Awful attitude of the receptionist.I had nail refills done which took over 2 hours. They then tried to charge me 420dhr !!! I did not have a new set but they insisted i did !!!. No new tips attached.I am a trained nail technician myself and have had acylic nails done for over 30 years and to be told this at reception and argue with me about it was disgraceful.To remove and have Gel polish is a complete rip off here as well. Overcharged uncomfortable and I will never return or recommend this place to anybody.

Great service and technicians and nice and clean decor.Lacking in colors and varieties of gel nail polish.Also, whether it’s in sports city or MOE, even if you have an appointment, they make you wait a good 5-15 minutes before you get started.

My wife has been to this salon a number of times and each time there is an issue. With her nails the polish peeled off not even 24hrs later. Not once but on 3 different occasions.Then the lady burnt her nail bed while working on her.She books an appointment and then sits there waiting for 30 minutes as they still busy with another person. They don’t even say sorry we running late or anything they just ignore her.I wouldn’t suggest this sort of salon to anyone. It’s a shame that this is the way they treat repeat clients.

I’ve been going to this salon for over 5 years for nails and hair! All the nail technicians and hair by (Raquel) all are very professional and attentive.

The place is great and within Sports city. The staff were accommodating. The place is clean and materials are well sanitized. Just need to double check the machines for nail gel to make sure they are working well as mine had to be redone.

Very bad saloon to use. I tried 3 times , each time they made me upset. They treat you like they are scammer. They dont inform but they charge you nonsense fees and they force you to pay.Do not go to that place ever. They are rude bad and services are not that good!!!!

The worst experience ever. They only have one hair brush to use for customers and at least 5 brushes for sale ,, the hair brush broke and the stylist insisted to use a comb - which doesn’t work with my thick hair - and when I asked her to open one of the closed brushes the manager didn’t allow!! And they were ok to see me walking out! I have just moved to the neighborhood last month and I will never come here again or recommend ait to anyone

It is a wonderful Salon even though they are expensive than the market.I was a customer since they opened in sport city. but today is my last day even though I have moved out from canal residence I still used to go there simply because the girls are wonderful and the previous manager was a professional. They have changed procedures after the new manager who is not customer oriented.

Tried lots of 5* beauty salons, but this place got me hooked in MOE 😍 amazing staff, hygienic, and lots of credit to the amazing Santiaga whos always giving me the best nails ever ❤️ shes super talented, you are extremely lucky for having her 😍😍

Very expensive yet poor quality compared to other salons in dubai.. the girl that did my gelish meni pedi is clearly not trained and not professional she injured me twice .. the mani is peeling off and cracking in two to three days after its done .. I went back twice to fix it and same thing happenes .. the lady only cares about getting comission for doing extra services for you .. yet the quality of her work is rubbish!!!!!! The manger of the salon asks me to wear gloves when i have to use water !!!!!!!

The worst salon in Dubai (Sport city branch) I have been to - I did gellish mani / pedi and the next !!!! day 3 of my nails chipped. So I went to correct them, the next day the other 2 nails chipped. No apology neither from the staff that wasted my time nor from the management. The price btw is higher then tips and toes. Waist of time and money...

After only 2 days my feet felt so dry skin still thereI have alot of scar from my eyebrows threadingI did not get my massage or cream for my manicure because i am allergic to strawberry and only hand they have ??!!

I visited the salon 3 times with an appointment. 3 times they messed it up. Either the hair dresser runs 1 hour late or they forget to enter your appointment in their system.

The nail technicians are fast and detail orientated. The chairs recline so you can have multiple services at a time. I also enjoy their Organic facials. Parking is easy and free.

I love their work, the receptionist sometimes isn’t precise with what she says, so please make sure before you go that you are clear with everything.. other than that they are one of the best in dubai

The only time I ever write reviews is if my experience was so fantastic that I want to give credit where it is due, or if my experience was so bad that I feel I must warn others. The 1 stars is for the very friendly staff who immediately offered me something to drink, the clean nail tools and foot bath and the decent pedicure. I cant speak for any other services, as they seem to have a decent clientle. But THEY BROKE MY NAIL. I myself went there for a pedicure and a fill on my acrylic overlay on my natural nails. The pedicure fine except the water was lukewarm even after refilling the foot bath on my request. The work on my acrylic is where I had the biggest issue. It seems that no one there has been formally trained for acrylic. I was stuck in the chair for over 2 hours and did not even have time to apply color after she finished. The nail shaping was sloppy despite pointing out how uneven it was being done. They ended up taking off length that I didnt want in order to make them somewhat even. My nail is natural without tips so this was saddening. The actual acrylic fill was haphazardly applied. Instead of tapering down in thickness to nicley line the cuticle, on some nails there places that the fill did not completley reach the cuticle, and was applied thickly. The acrylic also was not brushed on the edges of the rest of the nail to seal it. This resulted in lifting and visible dirt stuck between my actual nail and acrylic. This has never happened to me after visiting oher salons, and this was only after a week and a day of the fill. I returned today hoping they could file away the acrylic on the edges to remove the dirt and lifting, then apply acrylic to seal the nail properly. They first tried to charge me in order to fix it, but then agreed to do it for free. Instead of the simple fix, the nail tech this time tried to cut corners and pry the acrylic off my nails to my horror. I told her to stop and file instead as that would strip my natural nail. She ignored and broke my natural nail. I have been growing out my natural nails with a thin acrylic overlay for months. They were long healthy and well taken care of and she ruined them. I was very upset and just asked her to remove all the acrylic, as I will now cut my nails down and start over. So if you love your nails and use acrylic, you have been warned. The staff at this salon is untrained and incompetent when it comes to simple acrylic procedures and maintanence. I would rather drive far to find a place in dubai that can do acrylic correctly, or will have to learn myself as I will never step foot in that salon again.

Sorry to say but the beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever, bad service for nails the ladies filipina whos doing my nails was using mobile shes doesnt even fucos on her work my nails was so bad, please management dont allowed your staff to use mobile in front of client and talking together in her own language, the staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere horrible my nails..

Amazing service and the personal is super nice and they take care of you . Im fully recommend it

I did full face threading and the lady just made my face red, even I told her my face is sensitive be careful but she wasnt bother. All night I couldnt sleep my skin is hurting badly.

Not so happy with their service. We had discussions about the price and services i did. The result was that they charged me extra, which i found after leaving. The staff is not welcoming at all especially the lady on reception.
