This is zero stars rating, the worst experience I have ever had. Unprofessional staff she burned my eyelid in the was as shown in the attached photo, they didn’t even apologized. Will never repeat again with you. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone. Super unsatisfied customer 👎🏻👎🏻

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Krizzia, a true artist. She not only made my nails look beautiful and perfectly polished, but she also took her time and was incredibly attentive. Her patience and kind demeanor made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment. The small talk was pleasant and added to the relaxed atmosphere. I can highly recommend Krizzia – you’re in the best hands here!

It was great experience with Krizzia ❤️ she’s so gentle and know to how treat nicely. I did Russian manicure and pedicure. It’s very clean and gorgeous 😍

I visited Sugar Beauty Lounge at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai today and had my brows shaped and laminated. Alina, who did my treatment, was incredibly gentle and kind. I barely felt any pain during the threading. The results are amazing – my brows look fantastic! The lounge is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend Alina for her excellent work.

I am very dissatisfied with Shelac Manicure I have done.At first the lady who was working on my nails was very slow and seemed inexperienced. Another lady took over and the manicure seemed good for couple of days. Then they started chipping and peeling.

Unacceptable prices. They charged me 170 AED for a normal blow dry and my hair length is medium. The staff at the reception didn’t even have a price list when I asked for it and they said that they normally charge 180 AED with short hair - which I find at this point almost like stealing people’s money out. I would never recommend going to this place based on my experience.

Not only I was happy with their Nails services, today I got to try their hair services as well! Beside the professionalism of Warda, the service and hospitality as always was amazing! I highly recommend it, although it will make it harder for me to boo them :)Love my new look and I will be going back for sure.

Very bad the quality of nail polish, I went there for Classic mani & pedi, and is the worst experience I have ever had. I did nails yesterday and when I reach at home all was removed. Very expensive for cheap quality

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a lovely pedicure and massage at a this salon, and I must say it was absolutely delightful.The pedicure by Glada was expertly done, with meticulous attention to detail and a wide range of soothing treatments. She is a lovely lady and expert in her job.The massage by Priya was truly rejuvenating, with skilled hands providing a perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. Visited this salon recently for gellish manicure and pedicure. Highly disappointed with their service. For pedicure was given a trainee who couldnt know how to cut nails so she asked her senior colleague for help. Given that gellish manicure and pedicure costs at this salon 300 dirhams this is way unreasonable when trainee does know how to do your pedicure. When it was time to pay the lady at reception said that I have to pay 100 dirhams extra because trainee had to ask her colleague for help, which makes it 400 dirhams. I said Im not going to pay this money, but they still made me pay 50 dirhams extra. For manicure lady mistaken the colour Ive chosen and was trying to persuade me that they didnt have the colour I chose. After finishing my manicure she brought my chosen colour and asked me to put a third layer on the wrong colour that was already applied. Honestly this salon was much better few years back, but now they just take some inexperienced trainees and ask you 100 dirhams extra for the services they suppose to provide. I think the management at the reception is to be questioned.

I had the best time at Sugar Lounge thanks to Warda and all the team. I had very nice pedicure and foot massage with Alina who is so sweet, and then the perfect blowdry with Warda. She is the best, very professional and gentle, I loved my experience and really recommend it to any women looking for a great salon. Thanks again!!!

Warda at the salon is hands down the best hair stylist. She understands hair texture and styles it accordingly. My volume doesn’t even last for a few hours but she gave me volume that lasted for 2 days! I am so happy I have found her. With that talent, she’s definitely going big soon.

I had the best experience in Sugar beauty mall of emirates. It was my first time, and i will go back again for sure. Very happy with everything, the services, the staff and hygiene everything was upto standard and perfect.

380 aed for a simple hair cut and blow dry is way too much for the kind of service you get in return !!Receptionist not welcoming at allThe hairdresser was good but attitude wise awful.She was doing my hair and working on other customer’s hair at the same time which give me a stressful experience !I spent 2 hours to get my job done and I wasn’t offered even a glass of water during my visit!Very unorganized salon and overpriced.I will never return here again and don’t recommend it at all.I do my hair always for 250 maximum in all top saloons in Dubai with very outstanding service.This one was the WORST!!!Very disappointing experience

Sugar is a saloon that never disappoints.I came with a last minute idea to get a haircut and Warda not only accomodated my request, but did a great job.And the best was her approachable and warm attitude.Happy to come back

One of the best nail salons in Dubai! I’ve been coming here for years now. They’re all really profesional, super clean, and they really take care of their customers. I usually ask for ‘Prasang’ as I’m used to her, she’s super lovely and sweet and always does an excellent job every time! ☺️

The worst experience in my life. They have ruined my hair. The ends was fried and in the next day I cut them😭. I waited for long to grow them and make nice color but in the end I got this. I dont recommend.

I tried the Salon twice already and I really like it and like rhe services the technicians are so nice professional and clean ♥️ I went last tome for hard wax and was in a tight schedule but the lady there super professional and even she did the perfect job within 17 mins which i was really surprised and happy at the same time because i left without pain or anything . Warda is the best hairdresser I have ever had! I am working on cruise ships. And when ever I am in Dubai my first adress is to go to see Warda and doing my hair!! This since 7 years!

I had the worst experience. I only went for my nail color change.1. They were extremely slow. It took them an hour to just change my nail color.2. They were a huge rip off! They charged me 120 dirhams for a regular nail color change. I dont even pay this much in US.Please dont go here. Look for other places around.

I got my haircut by Judy as wolf cut back in 2021 and i got SO MANY compliments on it through social media and real life.I came back to Dubai all the way from Kuwait only JUST because i DONT trust ANYONE ELSE with my hair except JudyShe deserves a raise!!! I have been going to the Sugar Beauty Lounge MOE for about 2 years and been with Puspa for all of that time, she knows my eyebrows and face better than me. Fantastic customer service

I have put earlier 5* only because of the service Pasang gives which she stills doing is amazing. I have been coming for years. However, the place does not deserve even 1* nowadays. It is all because of its customer care and specific receptionist who does not care about the client and how to assist over the phone. I could not enter on time MOE and said I’ll be a little late. The lady did not even listen how late I am and just said the appointment is back to back. That’s it. She could have asked about changing to another timing or day. No, she totally does not care. I said I’ll never come back. She was totally fine with that. Pasang is on vacation but I do not think I will come back anymore even for good Master such as Pasang. That’s how this salon is losing clients and gets the worst rating because of negligent attitude to its customers. It is not the first time when receptionist does not know how to deal with clients over the phone. Likewise, when you put an appointment, that is when you keep some gap if someone is late 5-10 mins. It is how professional salons do. Sometimes when I used to come, I had to wait for some time but I never said anything. Anyway, the worst customer call center and the attitude towards its clients. This time I never coming back until some progress is happening and the management really listen to its customers’ feedbacks.

Just had my nails done here and was still charged full price even though the colours on each hand didn’t match. The advertised colours do not match how they look on your hands and I advised the technician that I didn’t like the colour chosen before it was cured under UV. She advised the colour could easily be covered, however I thought it would be best to apply the original colour as a base to the other hand also. This was not done. Therefore my nails are now different colours. I don’t have time to have them redone and my skin is so sore from the files. Not impressed! I now have terrible nails for my holiday in Dubai.

Took my mrs here for out first trip to dubai. When I arrived there were 3 males sat in the waiting area waiting for there ladies they then left and I sat down for 10 mins only to be told rudely I cant sit here its for ladies only. The nail technician done a great job but watch out for the rude Indian lady on the front desk. Customer service doesnt even get a rating at all. I mean rules should apply all over not just what suits you! STAY CLEAR!

My experience with puspa on waxing is the best I’ve ever had. With Emily and santi for nails best service ever all the ladies are very professional,warm welcoming and patient,I always leave satisfied with thier work.

This is my favorite salon in dubai. I always do nails and eyebrow threading. Very clean and professional. I tried also full body massage once, it was amazing!

Paid 450 for my nails and they chipped 2 days later for the second time on a row. When I went to get them fixed I was told to come back some other time. I was a regular customer but am definitely never coming back!

It is not possible to go to the Mall of the Emirates without entering them. The services are wonderful and fast, the atmosphere is calm, the service is fast, and the prices are reasonable.

The specialist, Warda, is very wonderful with the cutting and handling. She is very beautiful. Anyone who goes to the operator should not miss her work. She cut my hair for me, and the story turned out amazing. May God make you happy, Warda, always ❤️❤️
