My first time at Sugar & wax for full face and full arms waxing. Did Lycon wax for face, since i have sensitive skin my Master Kate recommended it. Its less painful. But my eyebrows are not done perfectly, no shape to it nor were the grown hairs cut.Good job on my arms and armpits.

No exaggeration this was honestly the most amazing waxing appointment I’ve ever had. Shailu was incredible and made me feel so calm! Initially booked in for a sugar wax after sugaring for a bit she asked if I was interested in trying a different wax they had to offer which was less painful on the skin. I so much preferred the wax she used on me after and the vajacial I had straight after was incredible and soothing on the skin! 10000% would recommend!

I heard lots of good reviews about the place and decided to try. The waxing lady was an assolute sweetheart,very gentle and pleasant. Meanwhile on my endosphere massage I couldn’t wait to leave.Nobody explained what to expect,as it was my first time and I articulated it.The therapist yarned in my face for 10 times at least in first 15 minutes of the session.0 interest in the process.Too bad as I was planning to buy a 10 visit package for endosperm but I will not come back.

Great service - got a bikini wax on Saturday when they have their 99AED for a Brazilian deal which is a steal. The therapist was patient and took her time to get the pesky hairs. For me, waxes are always painful and they suck but that is not the therapist’s fault - ‘‘tis the nature of the (hairy😩) beast. If you are in the marina area and need a wax, would recommend!

It is overrated and works worse than any other waxes that are cheaper than Lycon. My hair growth immediately began after a week of waxing and Im having thick growth. With halawa or Rica, you dont see growth until the 4th week. This is so bad. However, Im not blaming the salon but theyre charging way too much for Lycon when it is not worth it. So thats why theyre getting only 2 stars. Please improve your prices or get other waxes. Otherwise the salon is clean, professional and well equipped with a good management.

Lovely salon with the most amazing staff. All precautionary measures are taken into account with priority to ensure the customer is at ease and has no possible side effects. I have also been using their In-house products for lightening the sensitive body parts that dull due to waxing + Ingrown hair and it has done wonders! A must visit and try the Vajacial!

I had a disappointing experience it’s located near the Marina Bridge. I drove 1 hour 10 min to get there due to bridge always having traffic only to find out that I needed to buy and apply Emla cream beforehand Im sensitive and I have emla at home I presumed they do that, The videos I saw showed them applying the cream with cling wrap, so I assumed they would provide it. The lady didnt speak English, but the receptionist translated. They did a test without the cream on one hair, and it was too painful for me. I ended up paying 20 for a needle and left after 2 minutes. It was the worst consultation and experience ever. I wouldnt recommend it. You might be better off going to an electrolysis specialist where everything is included and they are more transparent.

I visit place 4 times and I was plan to renew package and get package for laser as well .But they cut my last visit for 12 min .They said if you late - this is what we do as we fully booked . Guys , you don’t mention this not in any message before and people pay money , if you do good offers and promotion you stillNeed manage this and not cut 1 hour session to 40 min + . Or at least YOU need to inform what you will cut session ! BUT NO ONE INFORMED !!! And never mention in any policy !!!!

My first time at Sugar & Wax, I would highly recommend. It was also my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I was made feel so comfortable and at ease. There was basically no pain at all. I also had a vagacial which I will definitely get again, I felt amazing leaving the salon.

This place is a complete joke. They scammed me for my money with a “vajacial” treatment that was filled with a bunch of nothing. The lady left the room 4 times during my 15 minute session. All she did was put a cream on me. It was a complete waste of money!

The service I got done was lycon wax for the first time and it was very smooth. Ms. Shailu carried out the service and was the best one I could ask for! Would definitely go back and make ot my regular. Regarding the pricing, it is on the higher end, however keeping the location in mind, it made sense. Would still like a drop in the pricing which would make it even more convenient and would attract more for sure. Overall, a 9/10.

I recently visited the Salon for a lycon full body wax and it was my first time doing this procedure. Shailu, made this experience absolutely pleasant, she was very gentle and I barely felt any pain. Just made full course of endospheres therapy massage and I sincerely recommend it. With not huge weight loss I see huge changes in my measurements - body is more slim and firm , belly is more flat . And more importantly I feel much better . Highly recommend

The laser treatment for Hair is very bad. Hair is not removed immediately, after she did my laser. .Then she explained that after 15 days, my hair will be removed or it will fall when I came out of the laser I was full of hair. They even asked me to shave after three days, I have no idea what kind of laser itis, when you ask the therapist, She is very rude and she said it is how is supposed to be anyhow. I did not like it at all and will not recommend it.

I do NOT recommend this place for waxing.There sugaring wax will give you plenty of ingrown hairs.The staff members does not understand English at all, so you can’t communicate with them.I was not satisfied with there work in my last visit, I even told the receptionist but she did not care at all.

A very knowledgeable professional with light personality, the experience was pleasant and fast.They use high-quality materials, follow the protocol to the t (sanitizing, talk, depilation, cream, etc). As with any depilation, one should expect some amount of pain, however, if you know the tricks (like breathing syncing) and what works for you to relieve it (pressure, cold, heat, etc.) youll be okay.The salon is well-maintained, clean, bright, and thought-out. Scheduling is very straightforward and fast.Plus, they give 20% off of the first visit

I am very satisfied with the results as I managed to get rid of the ingrown hairs, my skin is way less sensitive and each month I have less hair growing which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve avoiding waxing appointments for as long as possible, given the pain. But Shailu’s expertise and techniquehave changed that for me. The lycon wax might be a little pricier than other waxes but with significantly lesser pain, it’s worth it. This was my second time at the salon and I’m coming back every month!

Not professional at all with no respect to time. I booked a full body sugaring. When it was my turn, the therapist told me I couldnt do full body because it would take time .also, they are providing services for mens on the same clinic.I will never go back again

Nice clean place, I took their endosphere trial, they have the orignal machine and the operator was a nice lady who seemed to know what she was doing, I would recommend it for this treatment

All our treatments were done smoothly, gently and without any pain which was surprisingly shocked because we had bad experience with another salons with a similar procedures. Very clean and Sterile. They paid attention to detail and were vey precise, recommend.

At first I thought I am just nitpicking but now after one day I can say that the job was done incorrectly, rewaxing the same spot causing more skin irritation, also hair still remain on the area ( like a lot) and the worst part because the skin wasn’t properly prepared before and calmed after, I got pimples all over the are. Unfortunately was bad experience for me , surely not going back to this place

I was booked for a vajfacial, where I was told a list of procedures would be done.. Upon arriving the lady couldn’t speak English and she didn’t do half the steps which was written in the page and was finished in 10 mins. Absolutely waste of money don’t even bother going..
