Had my nails done couple of times now at Nail Sunny , and the quality is just amazing, nails are strong and last for a really long time.The girls in the salon are welcoming.I would definitely recommend Gulsana for both manicure and pedicure!

I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to find out that there was only one technician working, who was still with another client. It was clear the technician would not be available any time soon, and it felt like they just overbooked without considering their availability. If they knew the technician was occupied, they shouldn’t have scheduled my appointment at the same time. - Very unprofessional -

I’ve been doing manicure here 2 times. Both times with Nata, first time one nail got shrinked as there was too much material and it wasn’t dried properly, but I ignored since it was just 1 nail and I noticed it late, when I came to do my nails again she said it’s just because yellow color is complicated.Second time I requested black and gold design, I showed reference and asked if she can do - she said sure. On the photo you can see my second manicure of 1 week old done again by top Art technician Nata. I paid 290aed +VAT for this.When I asked why my gold faded in 1 week the reply was: maybe the base wasn’t suitable and she see such a case for the first time, there were no apologies no solution to correct it.Honestly myself I see such a result from a top technical with 10 years experience (as she always like to mention during manicure) for the first time.If you put high price for the manicure of nail artist because she is an expert how you can accept such a quality??? I can’t even wear it for 1 week and again I paid 290aed... for what??? Moreover my manicure should be black, she put UV top for me which makes it dark blue... once again, is she really an expert? The only good point in her manicure- she is really fast, but so far that’s it.Very regrettable, can’t recommend.

Had the worst experience here! Extremely slow service and inexperienced staff. Got nail extensions done which came off within a week! Do not recommend at all.

I am giving 1 star because I thought the staff will be masters and better than other salons but I’m not pleased tbh. I was recommended to come here by a friend of mine, unfortunately I was very disappointed. For a VIP technician which means someone who is very professional should master whatever design or picture that you wish to apply and that is not what I expected. Another thing which really got me unsatisfied is the pedicure service, there was no soaking or exfoliating as I got used to it besides the toenail buildup and dead skin pedicure wasn’t that good.

I gave my girlfriend a gift certificate to this salon for a manicure, she liked it! Valentines day gift was a success. Thank you!

I saw some not great reviews here but I am SO happy with my nails. The quality and skill of the nail technicians is actually amazing and their nail art is insane! Its not like your usual boujee Dubai nail salon, but personally I prefer quality nails being done by people who care about my nails more than being offered a green tea at reception. Great prices, amazing nails, friendly staff and convenient parking. Deffo my new go-to nail place! Thanks Natalia for doing these bomb, pink marble-effect nails! Obsessed!

I have used first time the sunny salon nail service and was overcharged for what I originally booked which was gel mani pedi for 350, plus they charge gel removal 30 each, I was charged 490 for both and next day when I realized I was overcharged they tried to explain that I used a different gel that is more expensive and nail repair ( I had no repairs). Received no bill either so I can check- overall receptionist was very nice but communication over WA was rather arguing with me etc- nail quality work was mediocre, overall would not visit again.

Gorgeous work done on my nails. Clean and super hygienic. Good modern space with a variety of services offered. Location is fairly easy to find with complimentary 3hrs parking in the center. Really very happy with the service provided. Will be going again for sure.

Manicure is amazing. Very good quality of manicure and girls who work are very professional in terms of their work. Love it! Manicure and pedicure 5* absolutely! The only reason I removed 2 stars are for the ambience and unprofessional management of reception. Reception / booking management is highly unprofessional. I wish Sunny Nails to do something about salon atmosphere and administration, than it would be perfect.

I was almost traumatized by the nail technician. Although she was very talented and highly skilled, she lacked basic human decency. She was extremely unprofessional with me. First they made me wait an extra 1 and a 1/2 hour for her to finish with a client. ( Even though I called and booked in advance). She was very rude and unhelpful. She told me I was wasting her time because I took 10 seconds to pick a shade for my manicure. I was surprised to see she charged me extra and when I said this is not what I paid before. She explained that she’s a super elite top technician and takes only VIP clients. I told her I didn’t ask for this and I would like anyone to do my nails. To which she responded. You’re making me do your nails yet you’re paying me like a philippina (I was shocked 😮 to hear such racist comment). At this point I just wanted her to finish doing my nails and I didn’t care if she did a great job or not. It was a very hostile setting and I just wanted to leave. After I was done and wanted to pay, I asked if they have Faza discount. she told me I know you’re type you want the cheapest price and you don’t want to TIP. I told her I wasn’t satisfied with her service and rudeness that’s why I will not leave a tip. She gave me a very demeaning look. I urge management to first better manage the booking schedule and not make customers wait 1.5hrs extra and to train their staff to become more professional and maybe teach them a thing or two about customer service

I had an appointment. Once I walked in wasn’t greeted by anyone, the receptionist was missing and it took a while for anyone to acknowledge me (there were 4 people in the room including me).The nail station, I’m sorry to say this, was dirty. The lady took some random piece of napkin, wiped the table in front of me, and (without washing her hands) wanted to start my manicure.The manicure instruments were not in a proper bag after disinfection, but piled on a tray with a brush mixed in. She promised they came from “disinfection machine” but I decided not to take my chances.Needless to say I left. What a waist of time.

I have amazing experience in sunny nails. I always go to my hairdresser HAMOUDI he is professional hairdresser I love his work .I can trust my hair only to HAMOUDI as I show the photo he will do the same .I recommend to all to go to HAMOUDI.

I had a manicure and pedicure without coating. They cut 8 out of 10 fingers on their hands. Master Marina was as unfriendly as possible, neither hello nor goodbye. The fact that the instruments were processed (sterilized) was also not stated. Master Marina (pedicurist) was friendly, explained the tools and showed us. The office itself, where they did it with four hands, looked untidy. In general, the price - quality does not correspond at all. I dont recommend it.

Ill start with the positive, I went to master Aya for a pedicure - she did everything perfectly, transformed my hastily trimmed nails into candy, she worked carefully and professionally!But I wasn’t lucky with the manicure, I made an appointment with top master Natalya, found her work on the Internet and went to her on principle. She did the manicure very painfully, I’ll say right away that I have an average pain threshold, I’m not a sissy and usually don’t experience any pain during a manicure. The technician worked roughly, it was hot during removal, she pushed back the cuticle very painfully (to the roots), more than half of the fingers were cut + during treatment with an antiseptic she rubbed very hard and pressed on the cuts, which made it even more painful. As a result, on the second day my hands still hurt and several fingers were swollen. It’s also not very pleasant when a master, in parallel with a manicure, solves personal issues and communicates on the phone; many will not like this; most likely this also affected the quality and pain of the work. Most girls come for a manicure to relax, but here, unfortunately, it turned out completely the other way around.The salon itself is normal, I fully recommend Aya. I am attaching a photo so as not to be unfounded.

I did everything here - manicure, pedicure, eyelashes, eyebrows and hair coloring. Manicure and pedicure are up to standard, leveled, done quickly and efficiently. Eyelashes and eyebrows are also made as you ask, master Zhenya is great ♥️♥️♥️ But with hair - they ruined my hair, and hair plays a very important role in the image and perception. From my light and from my complex coloring, my own + extensions and the transition from peach blonde to coassy white made a horror, first go to dark, then the master tried to remove the darkness, they burned my donor hair, left SPOTS of dark, and in general, dragging left an incomprehensible color the house and indoors look grayish in artificial light, absolutely inability to work with blonde! as if the coloring was done by a master trainee in an economy salon, it’s just terrible, I’ve never had such a terrible thing done to me - the master also argued that this is how it should be and that it’s more beautiful than it was)))) I’ll have to now because of him buying new donor childrens hair costs more than $1000, people do their work disgustingly, they take money for it and they are not ashamed of it.. never go to master Kirian. For other services, the salon is great ♥️♥️♥️👍🏻

Maximum disrespect for the client, the girls at the reception are shamefully begging for tips, asking to leave a positive review about the master who does “pecking claws” and forgets to cover 1 out of 10 nails with topcoat.. what it means to drink your nail from below - they don’t know in this place. But the worst thing is to beg.

You can only go to Sanna. Shes awesome. All other masters are at most mediocre. Other masters cut and do not know how to draw French at all. She left with some pies on her fingers instead of nails. And the prices are like in Europe! Twice more expensive than in Moscow, and the quality is ten times worse. Im terrified. The eyebrow artist is also strange, I asked for an unnoticeable correction and light coloring. They made my eyebrows specific. Twice as black and bigger. The family was terrified when I returned home. I dont recommend it. Only Sanna works well and does a high-quality manicure.

Aisha said that there are no other bases in the salon, although at the same time I had a pedicure done with Luxio base, and a month ago there were no such problems with other girls either. When I went out to pay, I was informed that I would also have to pay extra for Aisha, although I was not warned over the phone that there would be an additional payment. The receptionist is a liar, lying to your face that she just arrived in Dubai, although a month ago she was at the reception and that time she couldn’t even explain where to park the car, since she had just arrived from Moscow. The salon relies purely on good professionals, as the service is terrible with dissatisfied faces sitting at the entrance who don’t even say hello. I’m generally silent about the reception.I went for over a year because of the master, but today I’m sure I’ll never go again.The horrible approach of receptionist who doesn’t even greet or offer something to clients. Rudeness and upset faces at the entrance where you feel like you came and disturbed them.I was doing my manicure and pedicure there for at least 2 years Only because I like the master and her professionalism. But sorry any lady who comes to salon wants to feel that you are minimum welcome at the place.and maybe sometimes at least would be great to offer water. The price ranges doesn’t worth the overall service.

A huge palette of colors, the ability to make a design of any complexity, nail extensions, strengthening my own.The best pedicurist Tatyana, if someone has capricious feet or ingrown nails, I can confidently recommend this master.I also had hair botox done by master Hamudi, I really liked the effect, my hair was smooth, silky and dense. I bought a hair care line at home to maintain the effect of the procedure.There is also a home service and this is very convenient and makes life easier for those who cannot come to the salon 👏❤️

Ive had my nails done several times and have no complaints about the technicians. But the salon is VERY hot and stuffy + the smell from acrylic and hair treatments makes the atmosphere unbearable.In the middle of the procedure, I asked the administrator (a girl) to reduce the temperature of the air conditioner or increase the fan. Answer: all air conditioners are already at maximum.When I paid, I specifically looked at the display of the air conditioners - the temperature on all of them was 24 C!When I asked the same girl why it was impossible to reduce the temperature, her answer was because the craftsmen in the other room would be cold.🤷‍♀️Although the masters in the manicure department also complained about the stuffiness.It’s unpleasant to leave a beauty salon in soaking wet clothes like leaving a gym just because one person is cold.This is such a disrespectful attitude towards customers!
