I recently visited Super Trim Beauty Salon, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Miss Riza with the warmest smile and an incredibly professional attitude. She ensured everything was perfectly arranged for my appointment and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are exceptional. She truly understands how to manage clients and create a welcoming atmosphere. I cant thank her enough for making my experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this salon, especially thanks to her exceptional service!

The service was extremely disappointing, particularly from Lisa, the receptionist. I’ve been a regular customer, but after getting my hair done once, it wasn’t even wavy, and I wasted three hours in the salon for nothing. Today, when I tried to book an appointment, Lisa ignored my call despite recognizing my number. When I called from a different number, she answered, recognized my voice, and then pretended to be busy, talking to someone else. Instead of apologizing, they are pushing customers away. I really wish I could speak to the owner to share the full story because this kind of treatment is hurting their business.

This is hands down the best salon experience I’ve had, thanks in large part to Miss Riza. She is the perfect blend of professionalism and kindness, greeting every customer with such warmth that you feel like a VIP the moment you enter. She’s always efficient and ensures appointments run on time without rushing anyone. What stood out most was her ability to create a calm and luxurious environment even on their busiest days. Super Trim Beauty Salon is lucky to have such a gem at the front desk. Riza truly enhances the experience!

Not your ordinary nails 💅Been trusting Super Trim to do my nails for more than 2 years now. They use only quality products for gel polish, lasts me at least 4-5weeks till I get tired of my own nails lolI highly recommend Marie, she is really nice & knows what she is doing. She takes her time & is easy to get along with. All of the staff are super friendly. Ladies, don’t settle for less. I don’t mind paying for more because I really am satisfied. Best gel nails ever ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So after a lot of searching, finally found a hairdresser who understands what the client wants, and is passionate about her work. Nora did a superb job with my haircut also my mothers. She is friendly and knows her work well. She listens to what you want and gives her suggestions as she is an expert at it, so knows what will look best.The parlor is in the spinneys building, easy to locate..between ADCB and Burjuman metro station. Its the building before center point.We got a hair wash+ hair cut and a blowdry... without burning a hole through our pocket. It was 84/- for each which i think is very reasonable.Very happy with the service. Its better to call and book in advance for a service as they are usually busy.Nora is our new best friend 😀.

The worst experience ever!!! They are so unprofessional, unorganized and impolite!! Not recommended at all.. Even after my bad experience with them i wanted to give them another chance knowing that i live in polo residence and booked an appointment! When i went they refused to do my nails.. They booked me an appointment, wasted my time and when i got there they didn’t want to work.. Zero customer service! For them if you complain on something you become an enemy they take everything personal. The manager doesn’t answer the phone.. Kids working in a salon!

Such a bad experience. Could not do something as simple as a manicure. My nails are still leaving marks even after 2 hours of getting it done,low quality did not finish it wel. The technician had no clue how to do anything.

This is the best salon I visited in Dubai. I got multiple services done here and each time I was delighted with their customer service.

Walked in to buy hair products , 2 guys passed out not bothered to even speak to the customer . They finally opened their eyes, gave a look and just passed out again!!! Shocking and very sad!

Good prices. Roseny is very good with cut/blow-dry and colour. Very clean salon.

I don’t understand why they mention that they close at 10 yet they refused to accept to blowdry my short hair at 9 though it won’t take them 20 mins

Worst Salon Experience..Done my haircoloring and it cameout as a disaster. She experimented on my hair , I had to Recolour it
