Most basic service, I had two ladies do my hair and the two side looked completely different. One lady (darker skin) was super rushed, super rude calling my hair frizzy to other clients in front of me. The other lady was really nice and polite and took her time doing my hair

The best salon in JVC, they are very clean and hygienic.The nail services are amazing and the hair color they did I got many complements from friends and family. Very sweet and supportive staff. I will come back again and tell my friends about it too.

If youre looking for a relaxing nail treatment, you wont find it here. Despite multiple visits to this salon for nail treatments, Ive been consistently underwhelmed. The nail technicians seem to radiate negativity, offering minimal greetings, avoiding eye contact, and engaging in conversations in Tagalog that leave customers feeling ignored. During my most recent visit for a gel manicure, I endured discomfort as my nails heated up and burned. When I expressed concern, I was met with passive-aggressive remarks insinuating my ignorance about gel nails, claiming its normal with gelish – news to me? They also charged 30 AED for eyebrow threading and didnt even finish the job properly, I have uneven eyebrows now.If youre seeking some self-care after a tiring day, this salon is not the place to find it. Their negative energy can easily ruin your mood, leaving you feeling more drained than when you arrived.

Ive been coming to this salon for 2 years now, doing mani padi always nails on point very friendly staff specially wendy irene and muscan.

The best services. I only get my services done by Mandeep. She makes sure that I am comfortable and does it quick as well.My go to salon for my waxing and threading.

Not recommending at all ,Got the voucher from groupon , for first time for Gelish manicure and classic pedicure and was surprised why there is no reviews!1- I was not impressed with the hygiene seening the therapist using unsealed equipment from a basket , I even asked if the equipments been sanitized and she confirmed yes however I got blisters and infection 5 days after doing my manicure .2- when I expressed myself of not being satisfied with my toes colour the girl doing my pedicure was upset and appeared defensive saying Gel and normal colour never match !I left the salon without paying any tips to pass my message.I was really looking forward to finding nice place and My first and last experience was disappointing.

Had an amazing experience with humaira and aster. They gave the perfect suggestion for haircut and hair care. It is the first time being so satisfied with my haircut.Definitely recommend.

I’ve had my nails done many times, so relaxing and makes me feel fresh. I’m so hesitant when it comes to haircuts…usually I request trimming/slight chop and get most of my hair cut off…Humeira trimmed my hair, layered it beautifully & gave me a fresh vibrant look…my hair has been phenomenal since then!! Love love love this salon, honestly 7 stars service….definitely recommend it 💯% trust me you won’t regret it!!!

The vibes are phenomenal- they have stunning artwork and fantastic groovy music playing at all times. Staff is kind, friendly, respectful and extremely helpful! My nails (mani and pedi) came out absolutely perfect, clean, fancy and just all round gorgeous - they have the most variety of nail shades I’ve seen at any at any salon in Dubai! I also got waxing done and they are super efficient with their service - very quick and great quality of work not missing out a single hair. Their prices are amazing value for money, and you will have a great time and leave very very happy! And looking beautiful- Don’t miss this salon!!!

The service of the parlour was good. All the things that I booked an appointment for were done nicely and properly. Just would like to say one thing is that the staff should not be screaming and yelling when there is a customer around. Also the staff, particularly one lady, should refrain from passing comments like Hindus are not pretty and Pakistanis are. These personal opinions should not be spoken in a workplace. That’s all I would like to say.

Maybe it’s not the most luxurious salon in Dubai ( yet ) but it’s really one of the best salons I’ve visited.I’ve just did My manicure and pedicure with them today and it was very good experienceThe ladies were so nice and friendlyI chose very light yellow and Wendy helped me to get the best shade of it on my nailsThe other lady of did very good job also in the pedicure but I’m not sure about her name but she did a great job as well.And I won’t talk about the price, literally it’s the cheapest salon in JvcHighly recommended and I’ll definitely visit again

Worst salon ever , employees with attitude,not professional the owner is also having attitude not professional at all salon not very clean as well and not very good job. never buy Groupon with them once you buy they tell you they dont accept!!! I dont advice to anyone this salon.Dear owner you dont know how to deal with clients at all I read many bad reviews about your salon and same people find your employees rude and the owner rude so it is not only me and you call all your clients rude so there is a problem,you are the rude one shouting and not letting me talk you should stop your business. By the way I didnt see anywhere that you dont accept Groupon because its eid your site doesnt mention anything my dear!! Anyway I will cut short will never come again there is a lot of very good salon next to your salon that know how to deal with clients not like you. And a good Muslim will never shout and call me rude even If i called iftar time you have a business and responsibilities than should closed on iftar time !

Amazing experience! Sali and Wendy did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. I chose for the classic option as I needed to give my nails a breather. They buffed my nails so well that they are still shining after a week.

I don’t recommend their pedicure I went there on 22 of August and till now I am suffering from their bad pedicure and I had to go to the doctor in addition to the negative environment they have the staff is always shouting and angry.

The nail technicians they have a very bad attitude when they speak they raise their voice in front of the customers I felt so uncomfortable and disappointed

After moving to JVC I spent a while trying to find the right salon and this is the one! Excellent services, super friendly staff and amazing value for money. All the girls that do mani pedis are consistently superb, Mandeep always makes my eyebrows perfect and Humaira and Aster are blow dry experts!!! Super quick and my blow dry lasts till the next day.

Extremely satisfied with the team first hand knowledge of the products and their applications withalternate solutions for all your preferences and requirements. I would say that Aster for my hair style, colour and hair treatment she is the best second Mandeep all the beauty related services she knows what is best for your skin and Third irene for nails she is best in Menicure pedicure nail extension with whatever design you are looking for. I visited the salon for hair colour and must tell you that it was a great effort taken by the stylist and owner Miss Yasmin personally, as I have long hair below my hip and the thought of getting coloured came after 10 years for the first time but must to mention Yasmin is too co-operative and she understands customers need and serves required treatment accordingly with experienced advice.The place is quite neat, clean, well maintained and hygienic.Staff is professionalYasmin has great time management skills to accommodate the customers.In all excellent service at great price.

Horrible, rude, grumpy and unprofessional staff! Even you book in advance and have reached on time they mess your time and even fight with you until you prove you called and booked._*Jasmine owner has no control at her employees, or she has even no idea how to manage a decent salon! *_If she has no power on her staff, she better close the saloon or hire a new one, as Im not the only one who faced this terrible service. One lady left in front of me for the same reason.The staff speaks so loudly and always fights with each other and they can just disappear while you waiting.The most aggressive one is manicure staff - Wendy (hopefully they gave me her right name )whose unsafe to deal with cuz of her aggressiveness and also she discriminates against other Nationalities, saying my client Pilipino is more important. It was reported to owner and seems no action taken.I used to choose only because of the nearby location and one nice manicure lady which is not there anymore, but now this is the last time.Seems all good reviews were begged or requested from friends as it’s totally opposite!Definitely, this is the blacklisted saloon for me and whoever I know.REPY TO OWNER’s RESPONSE BELOW:Also, based on your reply I am writing this extra paragraph, as I cannot reply to the comment by owner. The accusation of me trying to get free manicure is totally false and is an attempt to make my review look like a false review. I just came to you 2nd time, based on your promise that from now on you will take care of appointments and it will not be missed. But same thing happened to me again, I booked the appointment and when I reached there, rather than accepting that they missed appointment this time as well, they tried to deny that I ever booked appointment. Further, there was no talk about free Manicure. This is mentioned by owner just to make people believe that my review is not genuine and based on refusing my demand of free manicure.You better work on quality instead of replying negatively to genuine feedbacks with unprofessional and false way, so at least you improve ur standards and can claim better price.

I probably should have read the reviews before going to this salon. But alas we live and learn. On my day off for Mental Health day , I thought I’d have a peaceful and relaxing mani and pedi. This was not peaceful or relaxing. The ladies who did my mani pedi talked continuously louder than the music playing in background and the manner in which they spoke to their receptionist was enough to make me uncomfortable. All colleagues fight I understand but at least wait until I leave.I see from the response of the owner , that unless business profits actually take a dive no change will be made. So speaking to customers, if you are a person who is of the mind “you get what you pay for” then this is your place. However if you are a person who enjoys a bit of quality within a reasonable price I would try Ombre Salon in JVC.Reason for rating: although the experience was torturous, the mani came out ok, the pedi has a few bubbles but overall average.

This salon is wonderful and the staff are very friendly and kind and very helpful. However there was a very abusive customer called Marwa who was shouting at the staff she should never be allowed talk to any human being like this she was disrespectful we are all sisters helping each other. These woman are here to help us not be shouted at instead be shown kindness and love.

Glad to have come across this salon. The staff was very professional and I was happy with all the services that I did. Yasmeen, the owner was great in explaining everything and it was a delight to have met her. There is no compromise on quality, and prices are also affordable. That’s a win-win for me. Will be going back for sure!

Ladies in JVC, announcement! I found this treasure saloon and used their services today. I really liked thier services, I took Pedi- Mani, Facial, hair-cut and eye-brow threading. The first thing first, I want to complement the warmth and comfort from the staffs, the moment I enter the saloon they were extremely welcoming and treated me with so much adhearance and hospitality which shows that they are so dedicated to make their customers feel the best when they leave the saloon after services, they leave to come back again and again. I visit this salone 2 times.1 time the owner was there all was good,but 2 time the owner was not there, so they burned my hair and I have to make a treatment for 5 month now and cut it so slowly. Maximum this salone say to me “ I’m sorry madam”, + they not give any treatment and not give me money back for the damages of my hair. As well they don’t have a correct colors, they always give 1 tone lower then it’s need it.I’m not recommended this place.

I want to thanks Airyn she is the best pedicure master which I’ve met in Dubai, she did amazing job specially I have not easy case with my feet (from elephant feet she turn it to the princess feet) , super professional pedicure and she is very polite and positive person, first time I have a wish back again. 1 million of thanks to Airyn for professional work. I visited this saloon first time. It was a wonderful experience. The services are very budget friendly unlike other parlours in JVC. The owner and the staff are very warm, welcoming and suggest what is good for you based on your skin, hair etc. The service was very quick and professional. Brillant place!

Grumpy and horrible staff …this used to be my regular salon but I have decided to never step foot in here again and not waste my money with rude people. Salon is completely empty, I walk in with no appointment they said we are fully booked …I would understand if salon had customers…but no customer in sight!!!

They have great offers. Mandeep did my waxing and she was amazing. Very soft handed and clean. The other services could be better but overall it was a good place.

The salon is clean and the staff are very friendly. I never had to wait which is great! The service is professional, I only had blow dries but very happy with the results!

The receptionist is extremely rude, I was made to pay before I could have the service apparently to them I wouldn’t be able to pay after the service.Their work is good however the staff seems to have something to say about any customer only one lady seemed to only be doing her job. Definitely not the environment I want to be in.

Hamera was very sweet, did a great blow dry and has great manners. Booking was as pleasant and the salon was spot clean. Recommending it.

The service was good but I dont think I will go back there. I was late 15 minutes to the appointment so I can feel they were annoyed and then when I asked the lady if I can get french meni she was rude and told me you need to book upfront but the attitude was disrespectful.. it really set me off.. the rest of the staff were nice though.
