I did waxing, the girl she did to me was very nice and good.However, the price is overAs I did two small parts, and the cashiers decided that will consider it as a big part and charged me over. And she claimed that they changed the prices !!!!! Two months I paid extra 30 aed

I had a good experience today at the salon, I did a Botox treatment the service was great thanks to the amazing manager and the friendly staff. What made me come back the salon is the original safe product and the amazing management who care so much for her clients, me and my friend are going back in few days for other services.

I am a regular customer for the salon in waing and nails.For nails and waxing the staff are friendly and nice.I decieded to do a hair color. The hair dresser is very uprofessional. She did my hair and after waiting for more than an hour an a half, there was no difference at all.When I was still talking to the hair dresser to fix it, she left me and she set to see her phone.She spoke in a very rude way. She is very unprofessional and doesnt deserve to be the manager of the salon.I hope the owner sees the feedback and act accordingly.

When I walked in and greeted the workers, they glared and was not responsive. I had to say it again in order for her to say good morning back and to ask me about my services. She then said shes busy, referring to the woman that was giving the pedicure.They both were attending to one client. She spoke to me in such a rude manner that I had to ask if this is how they speak to all of their customers. Perhaps they did not want to or feel the need to be respectful to a person of color or because I am American? Will NEVER go to this salon.

I went to this salon as I saw that they have a promotion in Groupon : wash, cut and dry 49 dhs. I called to confirm the offer and I booked the appointment. So the service that I got was only the hair cut without wash ( just spray with some water) and little dry ( even I go out from there with half of my hair still wet). In the end they charged me 52.5 DHS instead of 49 DHS as it was mentioned in the promotion. I didnt expect a super wow experience by this price, but still this details affect the impression about the salon.

It’s the worst salon ever in Dubai. Don’t recommend anyone to come. First of all, Groupon voucher is not acceptable for weekend and they don’t mention it on the website. Secondly, they always want to charge u more. I bought Groupon voucher for mani-pedi. And after the service, they charged me extra 21 AED for the normal color as they said color is not including in the mani- pedi package , only clean. Can u believe that. Anyhow. I feel they are just cheating so will never come back again.

Some of the staff tried hard to make up for the unprofessional behaviour of others........but in all not a very good experience. Many clients complaining about waiting as it seemed they overbooked and the small number of staff could not handle it. Dreadfull mani .... ended up with 3 bleeding fingers...but the pedi was good. Not returning I am afraid.

Recommended. Love the ladies and I always feel like home. I actually enjoy going there and being surrounded by their happy spirits. Very welcoming, sweet and professional. My favorite salon in JVC.

The appointment system needs to be managed better. Leaving one customer mid service to go to another is bad management. Unfortunately I would not now recommend the salon.

The ladies were very friendly and flexible with appointment times. They did a good job with my nails and provided very good service.

Horrible service , I was given appointment and was then made to wait for 20 mins with no one starting my mani pedi .. I left saying this is wrong I have been waiting for 20 mins and they didn’t even apologize . Wouldn’t go there again . Don’t recommend at all

The worse customer service ever! They called me half an hour before my appointment to tell me I have to postpone it due to a visiting client!! They are so wreckless and irrespectfull, will never go there or recommend to anyone!

Well staffs very friendly but experience for mani pedi... 0 experience cuts on my finger way too much.. nail didnt file accordingly.

I’m very happy with my highlights, cut and blow dry. The service is excellent and good value for money with the Groupon offer.

The staff is always fighting with each other. So much negativity. The waxing area has no air conditioning or fan. I will not recommend this salon to anyone.

My girlfriend loves the place and have done a great job with her hair. She is a happy customer ☺️

I had a bad experience, my hair straightened from here via keratin treatment, they didnt gave post care instructions and 3 days only hair looked like a straight one, after that hair started to come as before .☹️

I did menis and pedis and turned out amazing , hygienic and cool staff , would definitely recommend it !
