During my visits to Tango Salon, I had a wonderful experience with their services and staff. Im happy to have found this lovely salon nearby for my hair and nail care needs. The salon is well maintained with a modern, sleek design, organized stations, and a wonderfully pink color palette creating a welcoming atmosphere.Asma, who manages the salon, is genuinely kind, and friendly and has excellent customer service skills. She addressed my questions and handled my inquiries while ensuring both the staff and I were treated with the utmost respect and care.Asma also threaded my eyebrows and tidied up the surrounding areas.During my first visit, Emma gave me a basic manicure and pedicure. She was careful and polite, paying attention to detail and ensuring my comfort throughout the service. I highly recommend her for nails, she knows exactly what she is doing and shes absolutely lovely.For a later appointment, I brought my 5 yr daughter to have her haircut by Soso. I also scheduled a haircut for myself. I was looking for a low-maintenance hairstyle for my daughter, given her long school days. Both of us left the salon happy with our experience and cuts. Prior to my haircut, as an unexpected treat, the owner generously offered me a Tango hair treatment. Given my ongoing struggle with brittle hair due to hypothyroidism, this treatment was a godsend for repairing my damaged hair and reducing frizz. Immediately after the treatment, my hair felt softer and smoother. However, I was recommended additional treatments for ongoing care and complete results. I plan to return for more hair treatments and am even considering trying both the Tango and caviar hair treatments to promote hair growth next time.Overall, my experiences at Tango Salon have been great and I hope to see consistency. I have returned twice since my initial visit, and I await my next appointment!

Had a basic mani pedi. Very neat work. The girls were welcoming and friendly. They have breathable nail polish service which is a big plus for praying girls. The salon itself is remained clean. Also, they allowed me to use the building parking, it’s very hard to find a parking spot in front of the place

I had an experience that left me with mixed emotions amidst certain challenges related to management, there was a shining example of exceptional service that deserves recognition. The owners management style at Tango Ladies Saloon seems to be a point of concern. Her strict demeanor and apparent lack of trust in her staff create an atmosphere that isnt as welcoming as it could be. An amicable and supportive environment is crucial for any business especially in the service industry.However, there was a remarkable contrast in the form of a receptionist lady I interacted with during a phone call about two weeks ago. While her initial greeting might not have been the softest but her approach to handling my inquiries about service prices was highly commendable. Despite the challenges of being relatively new to the role she went the extra mile to ensure accuracy by cross-checking each service individually. What truly stood out was her ability to navigate the situation with grace and professionalism even as my frustration grew evident.In a moment of peak irritation, I found myself raising my voice, yet she remained composed and empathetic. This ladys commitment to addressing my concerns was evident when she suggested calling me back, a proposition I accepted. Within a short span of time, she followed through on her promise and continued to assist me diligently. Her dedication to exceptional service even under difficult circumstances was truly remarkable.Additionally, I want to acknowledge the welcoming and friendly attitude of the other staff members during my most recent visit. Their positive demeanor added a touch of warmth to the overall experience. In summary, my visit to Tango Ladies Saloon left me with a mix of feelings. While management concerns are evident, the exceptional service provided by the receptionist lady showcased the potential for improvement. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback and contributes to the betterment of the saloons growth, development and overall operations.

The salon was very good providing decent services while maintaining hygiene. The atmosphere here was relaxing. The owner and staffs were very friendly, considerate and calm. They also fulfill peoples requests and calmly answer the questions. I will highly recommend Tango Salon!!

I went to Tango yesterday for a relaxing hot oil massage. As soon as I entered there was no aircon switched on the salon, there was a cat running around inside the salon (I am allergic to cats) and the staff were having a meeting accusing/shouting/swearing in the room. It seems like the owner was shouting and arguing with the staff.It was a terrible experience and quite shocking that the staff are being treated so badly in front of customers.I had to repeatedly complain about the loud shouting as it spoilt my whole experience of relaxation.The aircon doesn’t work most of the time.I would not recommend this salon and will complain to Dubai Municipality on the pathetic way this salon runs the business. It is so unprofessional.

Best pedicure results I have had in Dubai. I had pedicure with gel done. Wide variety of options, best service and affordable prices. My new go to place!

They are literally the best, you feel pampered when you are there even if you do only mani pedi. The staff are super nice and respectful.. and also the reception lady Emma .. shes amazing and friendly...

Mani-pedi services were good, hairstylist Soso was very good and entertaining, salon looks very chic.However the prices are higher compared to other good salons.Would be nice to offer promotions or discounts for regular customers.

Emma did my nails (overlay) professionally and i was very satisfied with the result. Highly recommended salon and very friendly staffs.

Lovely place for nails and massage . All the girls doing the nail services are amazing. Tried the lymphatic massage and that was also really good.
