My experience was below average ( I gave 3 stars because the spa is clean & presentable).Firstly, the masseuse didnt budget her time well. She spent so much time on my back that when it was time to turn around she spent like 15 seconds on my shoulders, 10 seconds on my head, and that was it. She definitely seemed to be in a hurry to finish.Also, no one at the reception asked me how my experience went or for any kind of feedback. Oh well, I guess I wont be visiting Tao Spa anymore.

It’s the best place to go for massage and eyelashes extensions. They are professional and you really get the best service. I use Ciecle for the eyelashes and Tip the Thai lady for massage. You really get what you pay for 👍 I love this place and Im every week there.

I booked a 1 hour massage. Very welcoming and professional spa. My warm thanks to Josephine who did a great work! She helped me a lot with my back pain. I highly recommend. I will definitely go back to Tao Spa when I will be back in Dubai. 😊

Tao Spa is simply amazing, its super clean, organized and the staff are super kind and professional. Prices are also reasonable, I always refer my friends and family here.If you want to go for a massage always ask for Kanda, she has opened knots in my body that no one has, the level of care and focus she has, she just simply transforms your body and you feel like a 100 bucks after.

I’ve been going to TÃO for 7 years for facials, massages and mani and pedis and they have always been amazing and wonderful. Sadly seems they have closed now! I wish I can find where Shaima went as she did the best facials ever!

Tao spa closed without a prior notice, I recently bought an expensive package of services and I need this to be refunded asap!! I have been trying to reach them since a week but both their phone lines have been disconnected, yet they still keep sending me emails to buy more services at discounted rate! Seriously?!?

The massage treatment was good . However their landline is down so is their mobile, no one is answering the WhatsApp anymore and there is no other way to book. It seems they are closing or closed their business.

I had a hold-body massage, and it was phenomenal. I forgot the name of the lady who took care of me. She was amazing. I also did a pedicure. My overall experience went very well. I would 100% recommend Tao Spa to anyone in Dubai looking for a great Spa.

Spa closed down as of September 17th, I found out through a contact. No informing customers, terrible way to run a business. I just bought an expensive package so I expect to be refunded ASAP.

I went for my first time ever eyelashes extensions at Tao and the experience was great. They are all welcoming and professional, the service as well as the result was excellent. I chose the classic ones and they look really natural.

My go-to nails spa for past 7 years! The team is the kindest and the warmest Ive ever seen. The manager of the spa is always sweet and welcoming. She cares for each details to create bespoke experience. Love it!!

Elegant and classy Spa; offers a variety of massage services and skin treatments for a relatively fair price. I chose a deep tissue massage which is for tension and stress relief. The masseuses are very professional. This type of massage hurts during the massage but afterwards it is very relaxing. You can choose the aroma of the oil used and they also offer you drinks. Highly recommended.

Have been using my usual salon for waxing since 2011, however I was being offered a gift card to use Tao Spa and have to say that it was a great experience! The product used was amazing and the therapist caring about the client and very professional. Thank you Tao Pa will definitely come back again! Customer service absolutely amazing.

I go to Tao Spa since couple of years now. I get my waxing, mani pedi and massage, I go there every month. I have experienced many other salon in Dubai but I stick to this one because it is very clean and quiet. The ladies working there are skilled, they know what they are doing. They are also welcoming, I always have a good relaxing me time there! Highly recommended!

I recently had the most incredible experience at Tao Spa. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was like, Wow, this place is seriously chill.The staff at Tao Spa are total pros. I loved my facial, French pedicure, and the massage was absolutely amazing too. Its clear they really know their stuff.The whole vibe there is just so relaxed, and the service is top-notch. Done my eyelash extension here many times and went to other places too but I can always compare how Tao has done it so beautifully and how it looks really natural. The lashes last 2-3 weeks.The spa is very clean and the staffs are very professional too.

I’ve been going to tao spa since 6 years they are really the best for eyelash extension i tried many places but couldn’t find the same service some where else, they are very professional and welcoming. I also did a hair coloring recently and was impressed with how professional the colorist is.The place is very warm and relaxing, you will feel yourself home thank you so much all the staff and the manager who are incredibly nice and caring for all the details.

Ana is the best at lashes! Shes super fast, always so friendly and my lashes last up to 4 weeks without any damage to my natural lashes. Spa feels very tranquil and relaxing.Highly recommended!

This review is about their nail salon. Service is really good and I like the products they use, however the sitting is so uncomfortable that it becomes almost unbearable after some time. It looks like it is just a temporary sitting with no proper mani/pedi chairs nor sinks and tables, but when I asked whether they have plan to change their salon experience, the receptionist said no. Which is a shame as the manicure / pedicure should be a relaxin experience, not the one in which you end up with a stiff neck and back.I really want to come back, but until the seats are changed and area improved, I wont be coming back that soon.

Five star place and service. Had swedish massage for 1 hour and got it with discount too. We were also offered free drinks upon arrival and after massage. Very satisfied first time customer here.

Had my hair done by the wonderful Sascha and I’ve never been happier with the result! She did everything with such speed and efficiency from my highlights, base color, hair cut, add-on treatments and blow dry - all superb. She’s a fantastic stylist with a winning personality. Highly recommend her, and Tao Spa of course! I can’t wait to go back for my Keratin treatment.

This is the best spa in Dubai in the most affordable prices, the packages are amazing as well. I always do my eyelash extensions with Anna, she’s from Vietnam she’s the best. And I always do my eyebrow lamination with Sandeep, she’s from India and she’s the best for eyebrows, so professional and kind.

I have an issue with eyelash extensions where every technician makes me look sleepy. Not a Tao spa! Ask for Anna she does the most gorgeous natural looking lashes that don’t weigh your eyes down.

I enjoyed my services! Did the summer special which was a good value. Massage was excellent except for I wish the masseuse would ask before pulling fingers and toes. My thumb hurt after from it. Hydra facial got so much out and I’m grateful for the quality but I wish practitioner didn’t make judgmental comments on my skin. I’m trying to take care of it and could use more supportive language.

It took me many years to find the right person to trust to do my eye lashes. Kristine is the best person to do it and Im so lucky to have found her. Shes amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their eye lashes done. The place is also relaxing. Overall I had a very good experience here at Tao Spa.

Do not rely on this salon, your important events can be ruined.I made an appointment for eyelash extensions over the phone day before my vacation however, my appointment was FORGOTTEN.It is long story and I do not want to write everything here but I was really really disappointed how receptionist is unprofessional and irresponsible with her job.She absolutely has NO ability to solve any problems.All she did was make excuses trying to show that it was not her fault.I hope no one will experience what happened to me in the future.

Christine has done my eyelashes extensions several times and she is amazing!!!! I have recommended her to many of my friends and they have all been satisfied. She takes her time and is very detail oriented, all that with a nice, pleasant and courteous attitude. I like a natural look and she listens and does the eyelashes exactly how I want them, always taking into consideration my feedback.

Had fabulous bucal face lifting massage with Sima, and strong but muscle relaxing deep tissue massage with Josephine. Moreover, was very impressed by professionalism of Sepideh, hair master. She colored roots exactly the same tone color. Will come back again and again for sure.

Dangerous pulled my eye open while doing eyelash extensions.Update:In response to your incorrect response (!) No my eye was forcefully ripped open with all the stickers still in place as she pulled the sticker presumably catching some eyelashes or pulling on them directly! It was a deliberate act and I asked to leave immediately as I was so shocked and concerned. As I told you when paying I would be reporting to authorities as well.

In this all years I felt this was the best , she thoroughly asks for me what I exactly want , discuss with me in each step what she gonna do , comfort me throughout, did an amazing job with her little personal touch , the result was more beautiful than I expected. Tao Spa is a great way to relax and enjoy pampering yourself! I took my mother here for her hair cut and they did a great job! The hair stylist was so patient & understanding. I recently visited Tao Spa and had a hair blowout and K 18 treatment with Mehri and her assistant, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience!Mehri is a true professional and she made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable about hair care and provided me with excellent tips that I could use at home.The blowout itself was simply luxurious! My hair was full, bouncy, and had so much volume. I received compliments from everyone I met that day. And lets talk about the K 18 treatment- it was a game changer! My hair felt so soft, smooth, and healthy.I would definitely recommend Mehri at Tao Spa for anyone who wants a luxurious and professional hair care experience. I got done my eyelashes with Ulya a few days ago. She is such a professional and has done the job exactly the way I expected. She is very detail-oriented and accurate. She has an extraordinary talent for what she does. I definitely recommend her to any lady who would like to have beautiful lashes!

I have been here twice now, and it is worth every penny! I first had an Indian Ayurvedic head massage and reflexology foot massage with Sally, And then today I went back for a 90 minute Thai massage with Sally. All treatments were exceptional! Sally is a caring & healing massage therapist and the pricing is also exceptional for the services. Everyone I came in contact with at the spa is highly professional and very caring. I highly recommend this place!

Great and amazing services, only one thing was happened before one of the ladies work there she didn’t fix my lashes well! After a week and few days I called the center telling them with an answer that normally lashes starts to fall after 2 to 3 weeks while I always do there and starts to fall after 4 weeks that means a mistake happened with the glue or whatsoever! And they refuse to fix itYes I can go to somewhere else and stop going there, but the other lady her name is Lin she is the one who is keeping me there and another lady her name is KristenThose are the ladies who are making me stay there

I had my eyelashes done with Ulya, and she was very good in assessing which type of lashes would suit me best. The entire process took less time than I expected and was pleasantly happy with the results!!! I loved how it looks natural and the extensions were very light as if I didn’t get anything attached at all.

The best eyelash extension in town! Especially Kristine who is the eyelash expert there. She is so calming with such light hand. And the extensions she put I barely feel them. I received a 90 minute Swedish style massage here. The service was great, the massage was excellent, the pressure suited my needs and staff were friendly. It was a little pricey but expect that from Dubai and they do not have toilets; you have to use the shopping mall toilets which was literally mext door.

I had an amazing experience. My therapist for the eyelashes Rhea was so friendly and professional. She nailed it and did exactly what i requested for. Also I can’t feel that I have lashes on, that’s how good they are.Shima did a fantastic job with my eyebrows. I’ll definetly be visiting again

I had the best massage in UAE here. And the first pregnancy massage.My therapist was amazing, very experienced (she is having more than 10 years experience in the field) and knowledgeable regarding pregnancy massage. I didn’t got her name this time, but I will definitely get it next week.I feel so released I’ve discovered this place as my legs were feeling very heavy and was worried about the mobility during my last week of pregnancy.

Had a really disappointing massage experience at Tao spa. I booked a 90 min massage, hoping it will be a relaxing session, instead I came out of it super frustrated and disappointed.The massage started off promising, but soon became an ordeal when the therapist started stepping out of the room for breaks and being super distracted. She first left the room for a long bathroom break, then she left again for a whole 15 mins and then again for a 5 min break on a flimsy excuse. I considered leaving after the second break, but as these things go I just put up with it hoping it will improve. But it didnt, and the horrible massage left me wondering why I paid for this session.I let the reception know about it, and at least they could have offered an equivalent replacement session, but they just gave me the option of a 30-min foot massage to make up for the 90 mins of distress I went through. I of course declined it, as it does not make up for the shoddy experience I sadly paid for. I will re-consider going for a massage to Tao spa again.

This was my first experience at Tao Spa and it was incredible! I got a Balinese massage by Sally who was extremely patient, caring and professional. The staff at Tao is very accommodating and the ambience is clean and relaxing. Definitely will visit again!

Booked two massages as a gift for mothers day. They day before the appointment they sent me a message saying they dont have space for 2 people at the same time so I called and got a confirmation that we would be continuing our spa treatment. The day of I call again to double check and they tell me I need to come 5 hrs earlier and there will be no room for two ppl at the same time. It ruined my mothers day plans so I cancelled.

I always do my lash extensions with Ulya at Tao Spa and I am so pleased and happy with her work! She is INCREDIBLE! She always does my lashes exactly how I want them done. Shes very very professional and sweet. Shes also very fast (yet gentle of course) which is AMAZING- Im in and out in an hour!! Ulya is honestly the best lash artist in the UAE!

I love this place for mani pedi but yesterday I went in for a body massage and I dint quite enjoy it. The masseuse kept talking all the time while I came in for a quiet peaceful massage, the conversations dint help me relax :( also the choice of music for a massage is so bad, usually spas play a soothing and calming music but this one was like I am having an adventure at the jungle..!!

Today 24th January I did first time Eyelashes. I choose the best place in Dubai! My experience is amazing and Kristine made amazing job! Place is so clean, staff is amazing and kind, free parking and easy to find. Looking forward to come again! Jelena

I have never been so happy walking out of a facial. When I walked into the Spa I felt 10 years older than I am and on the verge of tears seeing how tired I was looking in the mirror back at myself. Now I have just finished a 60 minute Hydrafacial the womens name was Sheema and she has made me glow, literally my face is shinning, it feels tighter, looks clean and I look a million times better. - The therapist knows what she is doing by the way she massages the face and applies the product it’s refreshing to see after many experiences I’ve had in the past where they just want you out the door. I highly recommend this service and therapist.

I love this Spa, they have the most zen massages. And my favorite nail technician is Lihn, her work is so precise! Meanwhile my teenage daughter lovea this place as well 💞

The best Spa in Jumeirah, they do have fantastic Thai massage therapist. All of them are amazing. Forget Talise in Burj al Arab, Nassim or Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah spa, they are just expensive and not good. Only one time there was an issue with the AC but the manager (lady with blue eyes) managed it amazingly and found a solution which made me come back. She is very friendly and professional. Only problem is they are always fully booked if you want to go the same day.

I had my lashes done at Tao spa, extremely unsatisfied. I woke up the next day and half the lashes were on my pillow! Tried to call back and noone ever responded and when they eventually did they only gave me very late evening appointments. The receptionist was very unfriendly and didnt even apologise once.Very very unhappy and probably will never go back again! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went for eyelash extensions. The staff was nice but my eyelashes started coming off in 3 days. Although i took everycare advised by them.Dont know about other services but, would not recommend eyelash extensions.

The eyeslashes technique was very rude even though I told her I had sensitivity. Exactly on the 2nd day the few eyelashes that she put, came off and she was not properly sanitized. Not recommended.

My family has been in Dubai 20+ years and I have been to so many places all over the city. Now that I live in the U.S., Im more picky about where I go in Dubai. I visited this spa at The Mall Jumeirah. The girls at this location spent time perfecting my nails and making them look FLAWLESS (I did bio-gel extensions). The salon is modern with the latest trends available. Nail art too. Prices are awesome and not over inflated. Could not recommend more!

The Best Spa in DubaiWhen I arrived at this Spa i smell the cleanliness and lemon grass scent which is very relaxing, music was very unique too. Receptionists was very accommodating offered me their fresh lemon and ginger, done my nails and massage and im very relaxed will always come back here.

I think it’s the best value for money spa in dubai. Great therapists Ms. Maria & Ms. Nabi and to the receptionist Ms. Krizzle, Ms. Madelyn, JP, Sonia who listened to all my request so I felt really relax after tough working week. Super nice relaxation area. Totally recommend.

Massage: Towels look dirty (yellowish), , service provided made me feel like it is for free, despite the fact that the massage was 7/10.Nail polish: terrible, manicure girl didnt want to come back and fix the nail pretending she has another client! First when I was assigned to her the reception girl mentioned I am Arab talking in Philipino.. and girls were talking in philipino which was a bit rude. I had to wait for so long that my nail dries, another girl came and fixed my nail. The one who did pedicure was respectful, however, I noticed that they treat client differently’ or this is the feeling I had while having my terrible spa time, comparing another client pedicures and my pedicure experience, instead of using Sponge Separator Pair (like provided to another customer) technician used tissue...Eyebrows: the technician and her service was the best in that place.

All perfect, Ulua for eyelashes extensions and Lyne for nails is more than perfect. Great quality Products. Will definitely make it my permanent salon and Spa.

I tried out Tao Spa for the first time last week and was wonderfully surprised. The ambience was calming and I highly recommend Simi the masseuse. I will definitely come back again.

Zarina did the swedish massage for me. She was very good. I highly recommend this place and will make sure to visit it often. They do not have a couples massage room so my husband had to go to the male section.

I went today for what l thought would be a relaxing facial, sadly it wasnt!! The background music was loud and awful not your usual spa , birds tweating music!! The therapist seemed clumsy, dropping things, banging the products on the surface and her stool against the treatment bed l was laying on!!! I couldnt wait for the facial to end ....

One of the best spas. I always do my lashes there and I love them. The stuff is very nice and they make a great job.

Shower was not working so I couldnt wash myself after the seaweed wrap. They said they would fix the shower and do a follow up call and provide service again correctly. I got no call! Not recommended. I saw another review complaining about shower in Oct 2021.

I have to say that tao is truly a piece of Bali in Dubai. I had the pleasure to accidentally walk into the mall and find the perfect place to relax not a typical dubai overly priced spa the place shouts luxury feel with a touch of heaven. The. Nail technicians are artists I enjoyed a head massage while having my nails done all under 2 hours ! Must try and a definite spa destination for tourists too.

I have been there this afternoon, it was the worst experience EVER ! Maybe they are good when it comes to massage or eyelashes but waxing big NO ! I was bleeding for almost 2 hours post waxing and still have hair ( brazilian ! I dont recommend at all the waxing service!

Not at all satisfied this time from eyelash extensions.. i did it previously also from tao spa and it was much much more comfortable.. today i my eyes were burning because of the glue also she fixed it quite low.. its getting uneasy to watch anything and i am getting headache.. i told them again nd again that it should be comfortable but the result it not at all satisfactory.. not sure will use tao spa again or not

I wouldnt recommend it for eyelashes at all, Ive received one of the most poor job ever , its messy and barely showing any difference and the lady took 5 hours to do the job and it end up awful

This place is hit or miss. they have some AMAZING therapists and some very mediocre ones. if you have a bad experience come back and try another therapist. Prices are OK as they usually have good offers.

Bad experience!! Staff unprofessional, not happy or helpful and unskilled. Took 2 hours for basic mani/pedi with 2 technicians. They kept leaving me without telling me and complaining to eachother. Definitely won’t be returning and definitely don’t recommend.

Impossible to reach them! They never respond the calls.. If you are lucky, you can get a respond otherwise you have to leave all your works and keep trying hours and hours! There is also another surprise is waiting for you, it is about Fully booked respond.. It is ridiculous, this is very bad service and they do not deserve the money they get!! Think twice before you call and go.
