Kris at the recaption is really amazing! She makes sure that the customers are satisfied and feels comfortable.. I faced an issue with the nails technician so she kept asking me about what I want and didn’t leave me until I was happy. Thank you for the great customer service.

I had a fantastic experience at the salon and hope all customers feel the same! Kris and Jane at the reception were incredibly accommodating, even when I arrived 15 minutes late. Amina, hairstylist, was wonderfully patient and made sure my hairstyle was exactly what I wanted. For my manicure and pedicure, Dulce and Maryann did an amazing job, especially with the Russian manicure. Their attention to detail and care for my nails were exceptional. I highly recommend this salon for their outstanding service!

I tried hair cut with Salam it’s perfect! However the prices there are very random, Hair aloe Vera Treatment everywhere is 100-160aed MAX. They have it for 294aed 😵‍💫 which is overpriced.

I used to enjoy going to this salon but I noticed an inconsistency with their prices… when asked for a specific service price on WhatsApp the lady responding gave me a different price than the one on their catalog on their WhatsApp channel… then when I called her out she called me & told me they didn’t update the catalog on their WhatsApp channel & that the price she gave me (which was literally a 100% increase from 78.75 AED to 157.50 AED which is absolutely ridiculous to me) is the updated one. I told her to send me the updated catalog on WhatsApp & she said she’ll get back to me but she never did. When I reached out again she bluntly reiterated what she previously told me about the update & that the price now was 157.50 AED— not offering to send me proof. I like when salons are clear & transparent about their pricing & this place does not meet that standard.👎

Beautiful! I did my hair with Elham for graduation and absolutely loved it! My hair was perfect, she also helped me style it in the best possible way! I recommend! I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing blow dry bombshell curls with Elham, she is the reason i came back . My only negative feedback is the exaggerated price for avocado hair treatment which is only oil application for 250 dhs without fresh avocados as posted on instagram.

My favorite salon for daily go to and weddings, i do my hair with elham ❤️❤️❤️shes the best , love her curls with brush highly recommend 😍, and salam for my hair too hairstyle and blow dry 😍and my mani and padi with (luz +delnoza+ MC) the cleaniest mani and padi ive got in my life with perfect shaping!!10/10, i love the how friendly the staff is and the environment of the salon.✨

My experience with Elmie has always been amazing. Her treatment with my nails has always been over the top and never fails to amuse me with her personality and talent on nail designs. Couldnt recommend enough!

Disappointing ExperienceI recently visited Tash Beauty Lounge and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff was rude, and the service fell below expectations. I recommend the owner carefully evaluate management to enhance the overall customer experience.The staff were unprofessional especially one old Philippina with white hair, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome although it was my first visit.Am diffidently advising the owner to follow up coz it harms the business at the end.

I recently visited this salon, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel incredibly welcomed.One of the best hair blows in Dubai without a doubt, and I was more than pleased with the results.What stood out the most to me was the attention to detail and the level of professionalism shown by all the staff.

Staff talk a lot , waited more that 15 minutes to do pedicure and no one wants to come , staff talking together about religion , they are very loud , they invite each other to do the service , not first bad experience

I can’t recommend Elmie highly enough! She does a fabulous manicure and pedicure paying attention to detail and conducts herself in a very professional manner! Such a delightful therapist!

The salon is beautiful and the ladies are perfect in doing all the services. Really liked their blow dry, hair cut and pedicure.Service is very good.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant visit that left me dissatisfied and concerned. During the service, I felt discomfort and pain as the nail technician accidentally hurt me, causing my skin to be cut, and resulting in bleeding. This was distressing and not at all what I expected from a professional nail service.Additionally, I noticed that the staff was engaged in excessive talking amongst themselves, which made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy the service.

The service is very nice the staff is very friendlyI love the service , which is blower and eyebrow treading😍

I always get my hair done here and Elham never fail in getting it perfect .. highly recommended ..

Poor service and weird staff.. my first experience was fine. I came back again for a blow dry and nail polish removal, the ladies removing my polish hands and feet were very strange. They were staring at me the entire time, one was asking me about my lash extensions and that I should do it with them. My response was that I have a certain place i feel comfortable going to, she kept pushing that i try it with her. The other old lady doing my feet would ask me personal questions that are non of her business, and would randomly just stare at my face which is very creepy.. today I am here and booked with a specific lady to blow dry my hair, it’s been over 30mins and I’m still waiting for the blow dry. If a customer made a booking at a certain time with a specific person, it’s basic practice to respect people’s schedule and to comply with the booking times. I dont recommend at all.

Since the first time they opened the salon, I am from Abu Dhabi. The employees of the salon are artists without exception, and their work is clean and excellent for hair, nails, and massage. The receptionists are nice and organized, and they always get appointments, even during the off-season. I am always there for weddings, holidays, and special occasions, and a special thanks goes out to them for inspiring my presence and for their special interest in me.

Very bad service, the staff is so mean. I did manicure and she did a different shape for each nail. And she was so rude. This is the worst salon ever. There was no name tag otherwise I’ll write her name. Also coughing on my face without covering her mouth. other staff “JODY” was so rude also when i said about it she was shouting and also told to go to another salon.if i don’t like.The treatment was very, very bad. I did a manicure and my nail looked different from the other. The employee treated her very badly. When I asked her to straighten it, she said, “I should go to another salon to straighten it.” She didnt have the card so I could know her name. The second employee, “Judy,” was rude and raised her voice and said I would go to another salon if there was nothing wrong with me.
