I had an absolutely incredible experience at Tess Avenue Salon today, and I can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the whole visit was a true indulgence.I began with the Moroccan bath, which was performed by Rachida. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products she used and made the entire experience so calming and rejuvenating. Rachidas friendly and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease and I left feeling completely relaxed.Next, I had a reflexology massage with Lance, and wow, she was amazing. Her technique was so effective that I actually dozed off during the session! I woke up feeling deeply refreshed and energized.To top it all off, Sabrina did a blow dry for me, and my hair looks absolutely brand new—shiny, smooth, and full of life. She really worked magic!The salon itself is beautiful—immaculately clean, with a serene and peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like youre in a sanctuary. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was so welcoming and kind. Travelled from the UK for holiday and someone suggested me this Salon so I just had a walk in. My favourite is always a simple French and I absolutely love it. Made by Joy and Terry. The salon looks soooo beautiful and clean and well organised.Everyone was so friendly. I was so impressed how they look after the costumers here. Never had like this good experience in the Uk.Definitely will come back if I have a chance to come to Dubai again. 😍

My wife was here for wedding photos makeup.It went terrible. Colour skin face vs shoulders not matching, aggressive makeup when she asked for calm one, stressed and nervous after all. And trust me, you dont want angry wife during your wedding photoing shoot.

The lady did my nail while I was doing my facial, and it turned out perfect still, and this just proves how professional and passionate they are about their work. They focus on the smallest detail so that the outcome is exactly what you want. They are extremely friendly and easygoing. They make sure their clients are comfortable and are pleased with the work which is something I loved and appreciated. Also, the Moroccan bath was amazing, you come out feeling so fresh and cleaned, all thanks to the Moroccan bath lady who made the experience 10x better with her cheerful personality. Regarding the place, it is very classy and well cleaned, I’m impressed.

First time at Address beauty salon and I love it! The place is super cute and clean and the staff is very nice and professional. I did my mani pedi and I’m so happy with the result, I’ll definitely come back again. My only suggestion is to send a reminder to the clients the day before as sometimes people book with a very long time in advance and they may forget the appointment

My manicure specialist Mera didn’t have all the tools she needed for my manicure, yet she completed the service, even if it meant staying extra hours! The reception is wonderful, and Madam Yasmine is very understanding and helpful, but courtesy is not in my nature. They have an Egyptian hairdresser who did not impress me at all. He is not good at dealing with hair extensions, his criticism is harsh, and he has no manner of dealing with the client. I went once and regretted giving my head to him. Arrogant, doesnt listen and is violent in drag. A blow-dryer is a powerful pulling of hair! Advice: Leave the hair to another hairdresser for this young man

Every second she says the amount is ridiculous. I tell her ok. She comes back a second time with the words of the madam. The amount is something I dont understand. Does my appearance suggest that I dont have money or what exactly? Should I wear brands so that her presence is convinced that I am... I decided to leave and will never return.
