Save yourself the trouble and go get your manicure done elsewhere.I went here to get hard gel french manicure for the first time.After seeing the lady struggling for two hours into creating some sort of shape on my nails I decided to ask for another lady.My nails were bumpy, no signs of C shape from a side for nail bed support, it was rather bent inward in the middle of it, the sides of the nails were left uncovered, cuticles absolutely uneven.After two hours another lady took over to fix everything.It comes by surprise that I was told that the first lady had clients complains before according to her colleague and the salon does absolutely nothing about it.I have spent there 3 hours and 20 minutes until I was done (i left with no french tips as i had to carry on with my day and work preparation ).

Once you cross the main door of the salon, the beauty mood turn on, friendly staff and very welcoming. The theme of the salon is very impressive.. art work is incredible ❤️! Very professional in communicating with the client.Service done as below:- hair extensions removal- hair oil- hair wash- hair cut- face facialNowadays it is very difficult to visit a business place where they share their honest feedback.The hair dresser was so honest with me while dying my service as she explained in details the different between hair extensions and what is the best type to apply without affecting our hair. Her name is (Hend) her blow dry is super amazing specially I have curly hair ( roots where straight ).Price list is acceptable as they also have 20% off for Emirates Airlines card holder and Assad and student ID. They are active in social media as they post regularly good offers.

I was a frequent customer in this salon for around 6 months, visited multiple times a month, because the nails technicians are all very nice. However my recent visit was the last one, because of the reception staff and especially the manager Hind - very poor customer service, agressive, rude, have no idea how to deal with customers, let alone the frequent repeat loyal customer. Absolutely unprofessional, I can’t even put it into words to describe. Impolite, not a smile, zero knowledge of how to communicate in a service industry. Avoid this place, luckily there are so many beauty salons around the area and in dubai in general.

I became a regular customer here because they’re the best in Dubai and in this neighborhood,the staff are so professional, the manager who is always so welcoming and manages my appointment even if I walked in without any appointment. Excellent management and staff . Strongly recommend

Shout out to Hind the manager for her lovely warm welcoming every time I visit, all the ladies from Hair department, Moroccan bath ,nails and massage. Frequent loyal customer from day one when they opened in this neighborhood. Thankfully I was there to witness the abuse of customer MM and 1978 ladies. As a customer I had to speak up and asked MM to stop being verbally abusive just because you are “customer.” MM was verbally abusive just because the staff called the nail technician upstairs to check which service she did to be charged, customer MM stated, “you think I am lying or what etc etc.” I believe if you want others to treat you right you have to treat others the best version of yourself first. After verbally abusing the staffs, she has the guts to write an unfair review and thankfully I am the witness, staffs were 5 stars, they were quiet throughout the verbal abuse when they could have called in the police. Super uncomfortable to hear all the impoliteness of MM as a customer, definitely great staffs and great offers from this boutique

Saud and Rashida get FIVE stars for the morrocon bath. It was my first experience and they were so kind and patient. The one star unfortunately goes the manager, she was defensive and argumentative and extremely rude. I called before hand to know prices and confirm the offer I received on WhatsApp. Only to find out I was bring charged the regular price and she argued thats what she told me on the phone..both my friend and I heard the price she gave us originally. Also they send you offers with no timeline. She argued with me saying why would an offer last more than a day. Extremely condescending. The owner needs to train her because she reminded me why I stopped going a few years ago. Again Saud and Rashida are amazing, otherwise terrible customer service, I cant go back.

HEND, who claims to BE the manager of the salon is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I called to ask about the moroccon bath appointment she clearly says 1 price but whenever you go there she charges you double and claims she did not give a price. Also, they send you offers on the day and when you go there HEND who is also sitting at the till always claims the offer is longer valid, despite it being sent on the same day. I have had 3 separate experiences with HEND doing this to me and not any surprise, she has done the same thing with 2 other people that went to her.She is absolutely rude, she screams at you when you go there, even the staff there are terrified of her.I would like to speak to the owner, coz the other staff are amazing but I cannot say the same about HEND. If the owner can please contact me, it would be highly appreciated.Avoid this salon if HEND is there or be prepared to be charged double!!!

The massage is amazing! Customer service is nice. Pedicure is good as well (I usually do with Kris and Sonya)..but! Please take appropriate steps regarding the sterilization of your equipment!! My toe was injured and I got an infection! Later I noticed that masters are using the same nail file for everyone which is not acceptable.. now in all places use disposable nail files and buffers, its hygiene reduces the chance of infection. I hope that you will pay attention to it.

Hands down one of the best nail experiences I ever had! I got french on hands and feet + mani pedi. Must say, the pedicure was absolutely fantastic. She managed to fix a horrible job done by another place, it was a lot of work but they came out absolutely gorgeous. Never have my feet looked this good. I would highly recommend going here. Staff is super friendly and the tools they use are sterilized. Very hygienic and incredible eye for detail! Wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars!!

The WORST PLACE to go. I have been going to Tips and Toes for the last 7 years without a single thing to complain about. However due to the proximity to my current housing i decided to try something new… i was so shocked.. from the beginning the experience was bad, i arrived there and no one was telling me anything about my appointment they just asked me to seat and thats it, I had to ask after 15 min waiting if anybody was going to manage my appointment and so then they told me who i was waiting for. the nail technician did not find the color i wanted so she “suggested “ one saying it was the same.. and the worst she was soo careless and she kept hurting my nails and my skin. The products (at least the ones i managed to experience) from the polish removal to the buffers are the worst quality!!!!my finger were burned after the polis removal, and she kept hurting me when filing my nails, plus the way she did it she absolutely damaged them and i dont have a delicate skin or anything! I ended up leaving after 20 min of being there. I never write bad reviews but this time i can’t let it go.. im in shock!

While the technicians are good, the receptionist and manager Hind at this salon have a horrible attitude. They are unprofessional and treat customers very badly. They also do not trust the customers. I highly suggest trying other salons nearby if you want peace of mind. 🙏

Poor service during Eid days, although the place wasn’t busy but my Mani Pedi that usually takes 1 hours took around 25mins and went back home and did them my self again

The best place to do your nails in Dubai. Veronika, the Russian master, She’s doing my nails for a really long time already and I’m so happy with her work. The overlay/ extensions stays at least for a month( after that they become too long), she’s very patient and has good skills. Thank you so much for making ma happy all the time with such an amazing job!

I’m not sure about equipment sterilization in this salon, but in front of me nail artist dropped something (I don’t know the name of equipment) on the floor and continued doing my manicure without even sanitizing it. My nails have different length, on left hand are shorter, on right hand longer. Coverage is terrible but honestly I didn’t expect a lot for this price, but at least they have to be same length!2 stars because it was cheap, but it still didn’t worst the money I paid

Best ambre un Town and sarab for cabin crew or what ever but cabin crew will understand ( book and ask for veronika THE BEST so clean professional and quick) so happy with everything plus the salon looks so girly and cute

I was excited to try new beauty salon in neighborhood, which end up with big disappointment.I did gelish pedicure there. Lady who was doing my nails seemed to not know exactly what is she doing. I asked few questions about nails&gelish, she pretended to know the answer, which was totally incorrect.Anyway work wasn’t done properly, color went off after few days plus I’ve been charged extra 70dhs for nail art which wasn’t even nail art, just powder on the top of the color. After my complaint lady said that 30dhs extra it’s fine.It was my first and last time when I visited that place. Honestly I never been so upset about my pedicure 💁🏽

Today i had nail extensions (acrylic) fab work done by girl i believe her name was sonia. Me and my mom are regular clients mostly get massage, meni pedis ,waxing and found staff to be friendly humble and professional.

I have been there a couple of times to do my nails. I always went to the Philippine girls they always did a good job. Last time I went to the Russian girl with dark hair she ruined my nails she has no patient she cut into my skin several times! Try to avoid her

The staff is in there is fantastically professional except administration. Very difficult to get any information regarding the service, that’s why there is no desire anymore to come .Whenever you ask something the admin replies in voice manner either no reply at all.I tried to contact the salon through the mail but failed too.I don’t know what happened to this place((

I don’t recommend this salon at all . I came for a hair trim and the lady completely destroyed my hair . Even a child could cut my hair better , how can this person be a hairdresser ??? . Really unacceptable and unprofessional. The lady didn’t even separate my hair to cut it , neither did she wet it . It took her 5 min and ruined my hair completely. I am so upset .
