The place is best for everything. Their normal manicure lasts for more than 2 weeks and gel manicure last for 4 weeks. Their staff is super friendly and professional. They are certified Dermalogica facial experts. Definitely check out their services and offers every month.

Very bad experience, visited for hair protein + hair colour bút unfortunately they have very unprofessional staff. They did balayage on my hairs but it looks global hair tone. They applied 4 to 5 times hair colour, seems like experimenting on my hairs. My hairs are like dry and damaged now. Nốt recommended.

I got my hair colored to Red from virgin hair and my experience was great. I wanted to use bleach on my hair but the hair stylist pushed me not to and I am so glad she did. Absolutely love this place. I get my monthly beauty treatments with them & never been this happy. Their facial therapist Gul has turned my skin around, my skin feels soft & has a beautiful glow. Yesterday I visited Artist Beauty Lounge and I had a very good experience with the team. I have done hair Botox + balayage and the outcome was just awesome. I really liked the way they are taking care of their customers. Even if they are busy also they will do their work very patiently. Ms. Gul, hair specialist was really good and caring. I also tried manicure and pedicure, the specialist Ms. Gen( I think that is her name) she is an expert. And when comparing to some other highly renowned salons this is much much better than those in terms of services and pricing. I found this center very reasonable.

This place is a must visit. The quality of the services offered at this salon is absolutely impeccable; moreover the experience is also amazing. Perfect hygiene followed complying with all the healthy and safety standards. The staff is always smiling and so hands on. Most importantly the staff knows their job. You don’t have to spend time guiding them. The owner of the parlor is also so sweet; she sometimes herself gets involved to fix things to make sure the service offered is up to the mark and that the client leaves the parlor feeling happy.

I had extremely dull and dry hair due to affects of bleached hair.. but I went to this specialist chaaya here at artist beauty lounge.. she actually understood my problems and I did went ahead with the protien treatment.. really happy now because my hair was extremely dull and dry.. feeling good after the treatment. Took my 10 yr old daughter for the hairspa n meni pedi. She enjoyed it alot.Staff was very wam welcoming and Priyanka was very kind to her😊 I did my protein treatment with them and very impressed with the result 😊 the owner is very sweet and so understanding to help with the hair color modification. Its an absolute nightmare, terrible experience. I visited there for hair color, I must have mentioned at least 20 times that i do not want a red tone. i liked one shade which was 4.15 and I asked their artist Chaya, if it fell under the red tone, she said no its a brown shade, later she told me she will do darker roots and 4.15 blending. After the hair wash all I could see was RED. It looked like i have applied henna. It looks disgusting. I am only writing this review so that I can save someone for not having such a horrific experience. They called me to fix it but i am so traumatised that I dont want to risk it. I have a wedding to attend and all I look like is some red monkey haired. Please dont go.

I swear it was a nightmare for me.. it’s been 8 months since that incident took place I had the worst haircut of my lifetime.my hair is still not in good condition.. I went for curtain bangs but instead that new hairdresser gave me front bowl cut.. i am still traumatized by that haircut! It was my go to salon .. I loved Chaya and other ladies in the salon..they were the best but this new lady ruined my hair.

I went to get acrylic removal and do gelish manicure. The nail technician did not remove all the acrylic from my nails and proceeded to put gelish manicure on top. Which was such bad work. Then when she put the top coat she didnt even make sure that the nail polish is not on my skin i left the salon with gel nail polish on my skin 🙂. Even the owner of the salon was there and didn’t even come to checkup on how the technician was doing my nails, she was too busy using the staff to help her get ready and no staff were there to help me. For the amount of followers they have on instagram I expected more professionalism from their end. NOT VISITING THIS SALON EVER AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!

One of the best nail lounges in Dubai - affordable and the work is so beautiful. Located in Oud Mehta, Dubai with ample parking and easy access. This salon has great services and offers for everyone. These offers are launched nearly every 10 days and are super services at great prices. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, additionally they are doing a phenomenal job with sanitizing and observing all the safety measures so that we have a safe and comfortable visit. I have done my nail extensions + pedicure and an Olaplex treatment with blowdry, but this didnt dent my pocket at all and Im definitely going to be a frequent customer. Worst experience ever!I took an appointment for hair keratin and I came all the way to the salon, and they said that they finished keratin, and wanna do hair protein instead!!This is second time happening to me.So irresponsible!!!!

It is not very often that you find a good hair colourist and stylist in the Karama, Oud Metha area. Kanishka did a fantastic job with my hair. After having many other salons destroy my hair and/or do a half-hearted job, here at Artist, she spent ample time to do a great job per my requirement while being kind and professional. Chaya too is great at her job. Any one of these ladies can do magic.

Chaya does fab job with my hair.. its been a regular for my hair protein treatments. She understands and analyzes the texture of my hair so well.

Took the 500 dh voucher (with 100 dh free) - they had listed Balayage as one of the services in this package. WORST MISTAKE EVER .... they turned my hair orange. Had to go back twice, in an attempt to correct this - ONLY TO GET MY HAIR RUINED MORE.When i pointed this to the owner - Ms Reshu - she turned around and responded weve never had this problem earlier ....no solution given !! No empathy, none whatsoever !!NOW THAT I READ THE REVIEWS LISTED BELOW - THERE ARE MORE WOMEN WHO HAVE FACED THE SAME ISSUE....Is this the way you address a client who trusted your service and was under so much stress after this absolute horror ?? I asked for a refund and was told THAT IS NOT THE POLICY...SO GUESS WHAT - I AM NOW STUCK WITH HAVING TO AVAIL THE SERVICES, AT A PLACE THAT I OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO TRUST IN !!I mean, she saw my hair, the whole process was done in front of her - the most human thing to do was to accept your mistake and OFFER REFUND ON YOUR OWN. I had to spend AED 700 at other salon to get my hair look bearable again - i informed the staff at ARTIST of this as well.Its so disappointing to see the short sightedness by owner - in an attempt to hold on to the AED 500 - youve not only lost my trust but any future clients i would have recommended them to had my experience being a little bet better. Mistakes happen - but being empathetic would have really helped in softening the blow.I will definitely not let go of my money to waste and will probably check the product each time i go for hair caviar ( the only safe thing that i think i can use). Will have to take few sessions since I have to recover the whole amount.Maybe if there still any hope left, she will refund my money after reading this review but then again, that seems bleak. Will keep you guys posted !!
