I stumbled upon The Beauty House back in 2022 on a work trip and it has been my must stop when I’m in Dubai. I purposely planned a day to stop in now for a mani/pedi. I recently saw Lina and my nails were in ROUGH shape, she worked miracles on them and was so thorough throughout the entire process. I cannot remember the women who did my pedicure but I had some nail repair needed and she was a pro. I love this place so so much!

To be honest, i walked in without any appointment and they welcomed me and provided the service.The staff is welcoming, and i was provided with 2 specialist one for manicure and the other for pedicure. The manicure and pedicure process is really good.I was also looking at the specialist applying the gel extension and it shows how good they are.However, as i requested regular nail polish; they didn’t even provide all the colors for me to choose; i was only asked what i prefer then provided me with 3 options to choose from.Also when applying the nail polish it was very thick coats that even after three hours it didn’t dry. Knowing that i did my nails at 8 pm and stayed up late, in the morning my nails had the bed sheet prints

It was my first visit to this salon this week & I’m amazed by the level of professionalism.I did my manicure with Aika & I think after this manicure I won’t be able to trust any other technician because her work is just wow 🤩Zara , the manager/admin was very kind from the beginning when I called the salon to book an appointment. I was searching and calling different salons in the area but the way she responded to my call and explained everything in a way that I begin to trust the salon even before visiting ♥️ Great customer service by her throughout the visit 👍🏻Mona is very good and fast with blow dry , she did my hair in 25 minutes as I was in a hurry .Overall atmosphere of the salon is great , all the staff is very friendly . Nice salon, easy to reach, located in a nice area, many cafes outside so you can have a coffee or meal right before or after your appointment. Master Rano is a professional pedicure master, always listens to the wishes of her clients, I have been going to her for more than six months and I am very happy! Had a most horrible experience with Ainur. Spend 2h40 minutes doing cat eyes. When I was not satisfied (look at the result) she started lying that I asked her to add longer lashes in the middle!

Aybek - one of the best nail technicians I’ve ever encountered. After analysing my nails, he instantly knew what had to be done. He took everything off and brought my nails back to life again. I choose to go with a hand design, of French and little hearts, which was done to the absolute perfection. When creating the design, I did not like like how one of the hearts turned out and so I informed Aybek and instead of arguing, he approached the situation with full professionalism and advice. He was an incredible person to talk to and although the nails took a long time - 2.40min, (as he had to renew all the nail) it was all worth it for the results. I will definitely be booking my next appointment with Aybek, as I trust him with his ideas and advice. The overall cost of the nails was -399AED.Thank you Aybek for the wonderful experience.

This was my first visit to the salon for a Russian manicure & gel refill. My overall experience was not pleasant for several reasons:1. The nails technician was not friendly at all. She had extra long sharp nails that came out & tore the gloves. From a hygiene perspective this is really not good. She was also often looking at her phone & a bit agressive & almost shouted on me when I asked her if she was doing a gel manicure like I asked (I come from France & the gel used here in Dubaï is different so I wanted to ask about it). She was working quickly & just wanted to finish2. Regarding the technique : quite agressive in the drilling & trimming. My cuticles blood twice. Besides i was shocked to be asked to wash my hands before applying the gel. One of the basis of gel manicure (& Im not a pro) is to not get nails wet because of funghi that could develop beneath the nails. So now Im so worried about the outcome of my nails.3. The price is excessive for the qualityThe final result was globally fine (see photos) but not as I expected. & as I said, my cuticles bled & in terms of hygiene Im not a all satisfied.Improvements needs to be made on customer experience

Very disappointing. The nail technician was rushing to finish the manicure so she ending up shortening the nails more than asked and not even removing properly the previous nail polish. The service is deteriorating as well as the attitude of the employees the only very professional employee working there is the receptionist who deserve all the praise as well as the nail technician Dinara.

In my 12 years in Dubai the beauty house is best place for nails I have experienced. I am very picky with my nails and tried so many different salons. Place is clean, all girls very professional and I love how they do nails. Rano and Bota are absolutely amazing! Both are very precise and my gelish pedi and hard gel mani last forever. I love how they cut cuticles and paint the nail so precisely, that even after one week my nails look like they were just painted. The place is not cheap but worth it!

I’ve been a client for over 2 years, didn’t come to the salon for my last 2 appointments due to travel and got charged colour removal -lol. Got squeezed in a little room (3 people in it)Technicians tray had nothing sterilised in it and someone else’s nail remainings were there. We used a bottle of a cream for hand support to do the nails and overall comfort - hygiene and cleaning was very much not there.For a place that used to be excellent , unfortunately has significantly dropped standards and it’s now more of a market.

Mona is amazing. She is very kind & does the hair beautifully . Their blow dry price is very good .I’m very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon . The salon itself looks nice. They use best brands as Balmain, Hermès, Dior , but what is missing that’s staff. Rude , unfriendly, unprofessional.They talk among themselves while doing service, which is unacceptable, me as I client don’t want to know all details of their life. I booked appointment for gel manicure . The russian women whi did it was really rough . She looked like she had no idea what she was doing , keep hittin with sharp object to my cuticles, buffed my two nails so much that it was red and super thin . I asked to change my nail artist and they did with excuses that nothing has been damaged with my nails ( i have been beautysalon owner in my own country gor 7 years , so i knoe when nail has been damaged ) . The other nailartist did her job well , but at the payment point they charged me 230aed because of the broken nail i had and and previos manicure . We have talked about price and they confirmed me before my appoinment on instagram that price was 180aed . I felt fooled . So unfortunently i cant recommend this place

The service provided by beauty therapist was great.But the receptionist is shocking! Unprofessionally rude and arrogant, refusing to sort the issue .Multiple times I had mess up with my appointments and saw few people was complaining as well for the same reasons .Would like to get message to an owner ( as I been refused her details ) : that people like unprofessional receptionist is the face of the business , and unfortunately not the most attractive ones.

Ive been to the salon several times because its close to home. Masters are always unhappy with everything in the world and they are afraid to even say an extra wish for a manicure/pedicure. Ive always been a little cut, but my visit yesterday turned out to be the most unfortunate and, I think, the last. Already in the salon, 3 fingers pinched me and it was clear that they were cut. I told the administrator about this when paying, to which they replied that next time they would sign me up with another master. No apologies, no regrets, no offers of a discount. What kind of service is this? As a result, I can’t even wet my hands properly, the water hurts! I couldn’t dry my hair because the hot air blows on the wounds very painfully! What a pleasure this manicure is. Moreover, the prices are far from low, and the result is not at all what you expect. The level of service and craftsmen is approximately the same as in a provincial town from a salon in the entrance. And I also got the impression that most of the masters do not work with water (classic manicure/pedicure). Clients learn about this only during the procedure from masters who roll their eyes at the mention of a classic manicure. At the same time, they don’t know how to do hardware - the result with my cuts in the photo. I do not recommend this salon to anyone

Completely incompetent administrators in this salon!!! Yesterday at the reception they told me the price for hair tinting of 450 AED in the presence of master Zarina and after examining my hair with her, as a result, after the procedure today they wanted to charge twice as much, as it turned out the administrators did not announce it, that washing and drying of hair is additionally paid, and as it turned out, today they decided that they want to take more money for my length 🤦🏽‍♀️ although again yesterday they examined the length of my hair at a consultation!! There are no questions for the master, I’m happy with the toning, but the admins must announce the full cost and not deceive clients, and also finally learn the price list of the salon where they work!!!

I went to this salon periodically because it is located next to my house. But the disorganization of the employees put an end to my trips to the salon. The last time I waited about an hour to get my nails done, I ended up not doing it.
