Top-notch and caring service, the place is neat and tidy, really enjoyed my visit. I’ve tried Swedish massage, the master was very professional asking about my allergies or surgeries and also gave some recommendations. Absolutely love this place!!! Been going for 6+ years with Irina. When I tell you, she knows hair, she KNOWS hair. The facility is nice, staff is polite and fair prices that are definitely value for money. Been doing cuts, balayage, and natural hair coloring and never been disappointed. 10/10!!!

The salon has such a warm and relaxing atmosphere—it’s the perfect little escape! Tatiana did my Gelish manicure, and she was absolutely amazing. Ive been going to Cure for over 5 years now abs Ive never been disappointed with my experience. Irina has always done a fantastic job with my hair and continues to do so. Their other services like facial, body massage, manicure and pedicure are also worth experiencing.Wonderful atmosphere and customer service.

Fantastic experience booking a surprise treatment for my wife. The team were fast and responsive and courteous and helped me a lot in guiding me on how to pick the right treatments for my wife. They were also very patient in helping me understand the differences and helping me get the appointment locked in. Highly recommned for the amazing service and their amazing quality when doing everything!

Great first experience at The Cure - very comfortable and well decorated place, excellent hospitality starting from the reception, to a drink on arrival and then coffee as I started my services. I had Anu and Ambika for my manicure and pedicure who were super thorough and did not rush either service. They did a great job with manicure+gel polish and pedicure+french nails. Amrita gave a great neck, shoulders and upper back massage. DEFINITELY found my go-to place! :)

All the ladies to date are professional. I went for a regular mani/pedi and will say that the tools they use are grade A in comparison to anywhere else.It doesn’t matter who you choose, although I must say that both Judith and Bernadette are superb. Will definitely book them in again.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and would not change them for anything. All the staff are welcoming, polite and very respectful. The parlour is very clean, all the utensils are sterilised and the therapists work is top. It’s my time to relax as it’s very quiet, peacefulI and you get pampered with hot and cold drinks with a biscuit too I highly recommend ( The Cure ) for all your treatments. I’ve been visiting The Cure regularly- 2 to 3 times per month- since 2013. It has become like a second home. All the girls are super good.. well-trained, always smiling, they always take the extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied with any treatment I do there .

Maybe i dont visit the spa frequently but i do at least once a month and have been using it since 2008 and now my little daughter foes with me for her princess manicure! It’s my favorite salon in Dubai and i love all the staff there. Their service is exceptional, professional and spoly! I am totally spoiled when i am there and i enjoy it! The mani pedi is the best.

The service doesn’t worth the money .Just did the filling without cut for the manicure ,they charged me for the service called “ cut and shape “ , which is 60.My first and last time in this salon.

Had an amazing day at the salon today, the entire team was welcoming and very hospitable they made me feel comfortable and at home.Big thanks to the hair team! Jeremie my hairstylist and two assistants Joanna & Maritess did a transformation to my hair. Jeremie did an amazing job with my blonde locks and cut my hair just the way i want it. She was very professional and i would definitely recommend her to everyone who would want to go blonde.My Threading and Tinting was done by Goma, i loved the way she shaped my eyebrows and the tint looked so natural.Edlyn & Jonale was super professional doing my nails and suggested great color for my polish as i am always hesitant to go for bold colors. Also Edlyn gave me a complimentary neck and shoulder massage after the mani-pedi.Lastly, Anna did a brilliant job on my makeup, she was super patient to do my eyelashes even though my eyes couldn’t stay still. The end result was just wow.Plus the salon was located at a very convenient location, they have parking cards and plenty of parking just outside of the building.I would definitely recommend the salon and will be back again their soon.Forgot to mention how easy it is to book through whatsapp.

I know the cure since Covid 2020 I book sometimes to fix my eyebrows and staff is very friendly when I was really in rush to do my work on lap top they gave me good space room to focus my work and finish my task I’m glad that they did and one my birthday did blow dry also made me feel so glowing

Ive been going to The Cure for more than 10 years. Its absolutely my favorite nail and hair salon in the UAE. The service is top notch, it is clean and cosy, and the technicians are experts. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get a guaranteed service in Dubai.

Always a wonderful experience at The Cure. Irina is the best hairdresser. I have been going to her since 6 years and not once been disappointed . The salon itself is so beautifully designed. It transports you into another world. The prices are super reasonable for the kind of service and atmosphere at The Cure.

The Cure is a nice, cozy, clean salon with many beauty services. I go there regularly for hand and feet care. The technicians are kind and good. Inside is nice and relaxing.

I went to this place for the first time after reading a lot of good reviews. I was very happy with my experience at the salon. All stuff was very friendly and well trained.Initially I was happy with my manicure, however just 3 days later the nail polish started chipping, which is really something I haven’t experienced in a very long time. 3 days sounds like a very short time for good gel manicure.Wouldn’t go back, because I value my time and money. In my opinion, good quality gel manicure doesn’t require any maintenance for at least 10-14 days.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Everyone is so sweet!! Today I went to get my Gelish manicure done with my favorite Maya and she never fails to surprise me with the amazing work she does and I did the pedicure for the first time with them with an injured big and Rose the technician did a fabulous job in making me feel comfortable about the whole process. Honestly the sweetest girls in the whole world. I finally found the salon of my dreams!!

Ive always had a fair share of good experience with this salon. Whenever I have last minute beauty or hair touch ups, I go here. Its my go-to dream salon! Yesterday I booked a lash removal service with them, but after the service and when I was about to pay, they told me that its free! I got confused and asked why but they said since Ive been a loyal customer, then thats like an appreciation gift. And I found it really sweet! No way you could find other salon like them who really takes care of their customers. I find it appealing! You should definitely visit them one day and see for yourself the services they offer. My favourite hidden gem in Media City. Ive been to many salons in Dubai but nothing compares to The Cure. The atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing. I love the ladies especially Flor. Quality of service is exceptional. I have recommended this to all my Dubai friends!

Today was my first time to visit this friendly, professional and cozy environment salon with high quality service. I would like to thank Jenilyn for being so kind when welcoming me, Kristina who did my manicure in an hour, rose who did my pedicure and maria who gave me a complimentary 10 minutes massage while drying my pedicure. I tried several salons in dubai and never felt more relaxed and happy while doing my nails. I highly recommend this place. (They provide also headsets for more relaxing experience)

Sadly I will not be returning to this Salon.I have been coming here for the last 3 years and the past 8 months here was very disappointing.The nail services are not cheap, I have senior nail artist do my nails only for them to lift after 2 days.This has happened to me 3 times now, seems like they have changed the products they are using making them not last.Sadly I will not be returning to the salon due to this

The lady at the reception was sweet as well.I was happy to make the decision of visiting them as I dont live in Dubai.I hope to visit them again.

I would like to commend all the staff for making this possible. from booking which very thorough and smooth, I had my Eye brow tinted by Nisha, Gel mani/pedi by Kristine, My hair was transformed amazingly by Jeremy and also I had a lovely make up by lovely Amani. I am amazed. I walked into this place with the worst hair ever to come out with something beautiful. This salon doesnt mess around. At the consultation they did not give me false promises saying they will achieve the impossible (my orange-in-randon-places and very pigmented hair wanted to be turned into silver). They sat me down and told me straight with what they can do with my hair and why I cant and shouldnt go for silver with very blunt, professional and straightforward reasons. I was very surprised. But the hairdresser gave me a picture of what she can do, and the price required. Based on the reviews of this place and her professionalism, I decided to trust her and went for it. And believe me it was the best decision I ever made. Irine completely transformed my hair. You know when you walk into a salon and youre never truly happy and just kinda go along with what the hair dresser says and go home disappointed? Not this time. I walked out the happiest ever and it was worth every penny. I have very thick and long hair. The amount of effort and professionalism surprised me. Back home in the UK I would have played ALOT more for my hair due to the amount of product and time used. They even chucked in a free hair cut and blow dry because it was my birthday! After close to 4 hours I was the happiest birthday girl ever. They even gave me the best tips and tricks to keep my locks looking their best. Thank you Irine for doing this. Youre truly the best. If I lived in Dubai The Cure would definitely be my go to.9

I became the client of the Cure several months ago starting with waxing and then met hair stylist Olga who is always doing perfect job with by hair (i can come with absolutely crazy ideas and she will bring them to life). Just recently won full make over in the Cure and never been so happy (amazing quality of service, super friendly staff, cozy and relaxing atmosphere with tasty coffee). The only thing I regret that I have not come to this salon earlier

The customer service is excellent! They take great care of you, you can feel that they care that you like the results.That being said, I can’t say the coloring experience is recommendable. I went for a haircut & balayage treatment. I asked for honey blonde and walked out with red hair. Even after they worked with me to fix the color to something closer to what I wanted, the final product is still not balayage. Most expensive salon experience I’ve ever paid for and nothing close to what I wanted.To make it worse, my hair is so damaged ever time I run my hands through it pieces break off. It looks terrible

I was lucky to find this place. Firstly, I came to try cosmetology services with Anna, who is very professional, attentive and diligent specialist in her work. Later on I tried massage services with Maria which I found amazing. This place makes you feel like home, stress free and cozy. I’m very disappointed to see how salon that I was going for so many years, treating their clients so bad. Horrible management, administrator don’t know how to book appointments, impossible to call because nobody is replying. I stuck in traffic and was a bit late and they couldn’t take me because there was another client straight away. They don’t understand that you always have to have extra time for clients. They just want as much as possible ppl, back to back.You should respect all your clients!I’m shocked to see that my comments on Instagram got removed and I can’t write any comments anymore.What kind of disrespectful people work in this company. If you are looking for a professional hair stylist, who is honest, knows exactly what she’s doing and is able to completely change your look, then book an appointment with Irina. She’s absolutely fabulous! Not only could she manage to achieve light ash blond tones in my naturally dark hair but also could she get rid of some unwanted old copper tones in my hair...after cut and color I felt like a new person and I’m super happy with the result. Totally recommend her and the Cure salon in general. Professional staff, clean, good service!

I went yesterday to get my done and colored and absolutely loved my experience. Olga who dyed my hair did an amazing job, I was really scared at first with bleaching my hair but she assured me that it won’t be so damaging and I got a treatment done that made my hair soo so soft that it’s like I never touched my hair. I will definitely be going back and recommending the place to all my friends and family.I would also love to point out that the service is absolutely amazing there.

Very pleasant atmosphere. The manager Tony is very kind and hospitable. The salon is extremely clean! It was greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. And Tony is ready lovely, good at listening to what you want and double checking to make sure it’s all fine as the appointment goes along, and also really good at recommending!

After 10 years of being here in Dubai, cutting my hair in many different places, I can easily say that Irina is the best hair stylist ever. She makes something really good of very fine hair, she knows what would suit you! I am very grateful to find Cure and Irina ❤️

Ive been here twice now, once for my hair done by Irina and the other time for my mums hair done by Noura. Both ladies are so professional and masters at hair consult and colouring. My mum had the hair botox treatment done as well and she loved her experience at the salon too. The staff at reception are very lovely and Ive booked through IG and its always been a breeze. If I could, I would give this place 4.5 out of 5 just because my wallet is sad every time I stop by here lol but its a trade off for the excellent quality of service.

This place has gone massively downhill recently. I’d never go back and waste any more money. It used to be fantastic and now they treat their customers horrendously. Some of their therapists are not trained for certain treatments (fault of management, not the staff) and management will lie to, ignore, and be rude to customers. I feel bad for the staff that work here as this business is being destroyed by the management.

The cure is not a cure for all. The beauty services were great; professional and beautiful service from Rose. The hair service was by far one of the least satisfactory experiences I have ever had. The stylist ignored me to talk over my head the entire time in Russian. Left me for lengthy periods while my hair which had been blasted dry by the apprentice/assistant frizzed. Made absolutely no effort at all to know me and my needs. I had hoped to find “the cure” for all my beauty and hair needs but it left me feeling extremely disappointed with hair that resembled a dry rope.

Ive been recommending The Cure to all my friends and colleagues. I couldnt be happier with their services, and the lovely friendly atmosphere! I always walk out with perfect manicures and pedicures, and bouncy blow dries! Ive also had a balayage that I receive constant compliments on, and always had a great experience with any other service I tried here. Not to mention, their massages are heavenly! I even cross the city all the way from Downtown every time just to come here, and I hope to continue to do so for many years to come inshallah! A big thank you to the exceptional team, we are all friends now!

I visited Cure quite few times, for hair color, nails and eyelash extensions and they never disappointed me. All services I tried are of excellent quality, ladies are high level specialist and know their job very well. Special thanks goes to Olga for a great balayaj on my long hair and to Anna for perfect eyelash she worked on many times. recommend to all ladies who is straggling to find decent salon at good prices.

Best facial I’ve had in a long time! Really enjoyed it and found the technician really cared in making me feel relaxed. Most places when they leave a mask on your face, they leave the room to allow the mask to set in and you just lie there. With The Cure attendant, she used this time to give me a neck and shoulder massage, hand massage, head massage and it was wonderful. Thank you Cure for a great service! I was so happy with it that bought the same service + mani pedi for my friend’s upcoming birthday.

Had a bad experience at another salon where the stylist did not know what to do with my short hair and refused to use clippers. Called The Cure after seeing them on a list and made an appointment with Jeremi. She was absolutely brilliant. Cheerful, peppy, and very skilled with the clippers. She listened to me intently and understood exactly what I wanted. She was so happy and complimentary the whole time, it made me feel great even before my haircut was done. Im so happy with the style and the price in comparison to so many other fancy salons that are more insta hype than anything else.

I loved this salon very much. I went for many years and recommended it for everyone. Very nice staff and service. I felt like at home. But for the last 3 months, very disappointed with the service. I do gel manicure, and before it was enough for 3 weeks or a month, and sometimes more. But now the manicure starts to fall off after 3-5 days. I dont have that much free time and money to fix it all the time.I told my displeasure to the administrator that it was more likely due to the economy, the change in management, perhaps they began to use poor quality materials. They promised me to fix everything. But after another manicure, the gelish began to fall off on the 4th day. I went to them again and gave them another chance. Covered in white, but the varnish turned to yellow on the second day. After my complaint, of course, I was offered to come and refresh, but I dont want anymore, and I was accused of possibly cooking, or my clothes paint my nails.Im really sorry to have to say goodbye to this place.But since the salon employees are scattered about their regular customers, and do not value them, then it is not my problem.

The experience was definitely worth it. No one have ever done my nails as perfectly as The Cure did. I love the ambiance and every details of the Salon. If you are looking for some place to glam up and relax at the same time, this place is highly recommended.

Amazing salon, I got the most beautiful balayage by the lovely Olga!! I went in for a free consultation with Olga and she understood what I wanted straight away and did the most amazing job. I have been going to The Cure for over 5 years. For me there is nothing more important than a place that remembers you and your preferences when it comes to certain treatments. They always greet you with a smile no matter what time of day and you will always get a cup of coffee to enjoy with a treatment. The staff has remained consistent. The spa is always clean. You can enter and already feel your relaxing. Definitely my go to place.

Ive been going to Irina at the Cure for 6 years. She is a true hair fairy, in every respect. She has taken me from dark to blonde to red to dark and other colours in between numerous times and not once did my hair look anything short of amazing. Shes cut my hair into the shortest pixie cut, has given me a Pulp Fiction style Bob, has helped me grow out my hair and didnt bat an eye lid when I asked for a micro fringe. This trust between the client and the hair maestro is simply invaluable to me. She listens, gives feedback and does exactly as mutually agreed. Oh and the banter!! Always a good laugh.Im only sorry Irinas highlights/balayage last a whopping 6-8 months (I do realise this is a huge bonus!) so I dont get to see her nearly enough.Highly recommended!!

I am very disappointed. I had an appointment with one of the stylist in the morning. The staff told me the stylist was running late, she had an emergency. I sat in the chair for 1 hour! They kept telling me she was on her way. Finally they admitted they didn’t know where she was, she had slept in and they didn’t know how long she would be! Very unprofessional.

I did my hair with hair stylist Olga. She is amazing! She changed my color from dark brown to pure blond with no damage! Love her work and professional approch. I really recommend her to everyone!

After many years living in Dubai, and trying many different salons, I can confidently say that the Cure in Media City is absolutely the best! It has absolutely no competitors, when it comes to quality of service, convenience and atmosphere. The service is consistently good, which means you will always get perfect manicure and pedicure, every time you go.The salon staff is very friendly and welcoming, the specialists are very professional and attentive. You get complimentary neck and shoulders massage after mani-pedi. They have parking cards and plenty of parking just outside of the building, so you dont have to worry about it. The salon is clean and beautiful. You also get bonus points (10% and 20% of the total bill) and you can use them to pay for the services.I normally book by whatsapp, which is super convenient and they always send you a reminder by whatsapp a day before too (no annoying calls).My favorites specialists are Edlyn, Judith and Bertie (for mani-pedi).

I enjoy going to this salon, nice and clean services but they are not helpful in terms of appointmentsI bought blow dry package which cost around 4300 aed, I usually book 1 or 2 days earlier But they will tell you sometimes that they are fully booked, sorry but i don’t believe this, i think they give priority to people who pay for their services not for packages which are already paid…I don’t understand what the point of buying the package if i will struggle to get appointments that suits me !!!Unfortunately Now i have to go to other salon and pay to get the service that i already paid for in “the cure”Very disappointed

The hair stylist was really helpful, she did give a satisfying answer for all my friend’s inquiries and give some good advice. Although we didn’t use their service in the end (because the lady advise my friend to make the hair longer before styling it and come back again later), I’m pretty pleased with how they run the business.

I had recently haircut with Ima. It was the worst haircut I had in Dubai. Imas hands were shaking and even after I clearly explain what I want, I got different haircut. Now I need to wait at least a month until hair will grow a bit, so I will be able to fix the damage she caused.

Very good. I went in with very dry damaged hair and left with silky smooth hair without them needing to cut much off and a beautiful blowdry. Very happy!

Fabulous service. I had my hair cut and styled by Irina. She just made me feel very comfortable and after seeing her handle my hair, I knew I have given my hair in the right hands.

The only good thing about this salon is the hair stylists and estheticians, other than that, their customer support is really bad and the experience of booking any appointment or rescheduling or inquiring is just a hassle and a waste of time.
