I recently visited The Den Salon for a haircut and opted for a short French bob to refresh my look. I absolutely loved the atmosphere—it was chic, relaxing, and inviting.The service was impeccable, starting with a complimentary drink and snack, which was such a thoughtful touch. Cozy, aesthetic, talented and friendly are the words that come to mind as reasons why I love coming to The Den.Ive been a regular customer since they opened and basically refuse to do my hair with anyone else other than Jaja now, especially after she had to fix a color mishap when I went to another salon in my home country.Its a little Boho retreat each visit, and you really feel Jajas care and attention to detail in the whole salon experience from the fab welcome massage to the aesthetic coffee bar cups and tumblers to the pretty decor. Also its the most comfortable washing basin at any salon Ive been to, so you can really enjoy the head massage without cramping your neck.

I always come back to this salon. Each stylist really educated you about the best thing for your hair. I do my hair with Jaja, and she is so nice and SO creative. The atmosphere is lovely. Nothing compares to the Den. You feel welcomes straight away. The staff and the owner Jaja are truthfully interested in their clients opinions and concerns. I went in to chop my hair off after a previous hair dresser totally messed it up and caused major damage to my hair, but thanks to Jaja i opted for extensions. Everything from consultation to application and after care questions was top tier service!

I went to The Den salon for a hair colour & trimmed. Have been assisting by helpful staffs ... prices is a bit higher than I thought.Because when a lady was asking about spray hair treatment she havent informed that I have to pay extra 140 aed ( for a fews drop)A hair dressser did amazingly job , no doubt

Jaja and her entire team were so fantastic and I cant reccommend this salon enough. They were so friendly and welcoming. I am new to Dubai and went to another salon and they really messed up my hair (Im a dirty blonde with highlights). A week later, I went with the Den based on reviews and Jaja fixed my hair so nicely, i love it. I also got a Gel Mani/Pedi during my hair appointment and Christine did such a meticulous great job. I literally fell asleep multiple times because they did such nice head/neck/feet massages. It was such a treat day. The overall kindness and attention i received has made me their client for life, atleast as long as im in Dubai :)

The salon is very clean, modern and well organized. The ladies are friendly and they do great relaxing massages - one on the shoulders when you sit down on the chair and another one when washing your hair 👏🏼💖 For me its the best salon in Dubai for balayage. I’ve been coming to the Den Salon for years now. It’s one of Dubai’s hidden gems - the moment you walk into the salon you just know you’re in good hands. Ever since I tried their services, I never went to other salons. Jaja meticulously works on my hair and she consistently achieves great results…even greater than my expectations! Jess has been great with working her balayage magic on my hair too.Love love love the tiny details in the salon. The beverage list, the welcome massage and the little affirmations are so uplifting. Coming to the Den Salon is always a treat!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at The Den Salon. Having read all the amazing reviews, I booked an appointment for a root colour, t-section highlights and a toner - walked away with a AED 950.00 full head colour (the colour is a reddish brown, far from the natural brown colour I asked for) and the highlights are a strange copper/yellow (maybe the bleach wasnt left on for the correct amount of time) and stripy - nothing like the natural look I requested. My hair looks like I coloured it at home and tried to do my own highlights. I did contact the salon but as I didnt contact them within 2 weeks of my appointment, they arent able to fix my hair for free and want to charge me an additional fee. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I wont go back and cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I love everything about my experiences at The Den, friendly, kind staff, fabulous coffee and the best chocolate truffles! Marrisa is my number 1 and has been for years! Ive been blonder, darker, blonder and then darker but the condition of my hair is always fantastic! Not only is Marrisa extremely talented when it comes to colour, she is also fantastic at cutting hair ( I have the same amount of hair as cousin it!!). I was also cutting 13 inches off my hair so was a big change, to which she advised me how to style it at home.The aesthetic of the salon is beautiful. I love my visits to The Den. So much so, that I always wait until I travel to Dubai to have my hair done. It is always a morning of pampering and being made to feel special. I especially love the way Ja-ja does my blonde highlights so that they blend in so well and look natural even when they grow out. She is also the only one that knows how to cut my very thick hair so there are no blunt edges. Janet is amazing at manicures and pedicures ... an extra bit of pampering to make me feel amazing when I leave.

Lovely experience and been going to fran for nearly 10 years now.

Cancelled on me the day before the appointment. Was told that the stylist did not know how to cut my hair as it was curly despite me telling them I wanted it cut when it was straightened. I’ve never had any issues with any salon about this so very shocking to say the least. Chose this salon after the good reviews but left feeling extremely embarrassed and upset after the call. Clearly they only cater to one hair type.

Ive used the Den salon on many occasions and always received a friendly face and a warm welcome. The advice which Ive received regarding hair colour, styling conditioning etc was excellent. In addition, the level of service with the beauty and nail treatments also lived up to the same standard. Ive never left the salon feeling anything other than relaxed and revitalised. I can highly recommend Ja Ja and her team if you are looking for a high quality service and a feel good experience.

I am definitely recommending to visit The Den Salon and booking an appointment with Ja Ja - she is the expert in her field, with so many years of experience. She was happy to share her knowledge on how to treat my hair and how to maintain the colour.
