I had a fantastic experience with Jonah at Juice Beauty! She instantly understood what I wanted and delivered an amazing haircut. The salon was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Jonah to anyone looking for a great haircut!

I came in for my early morning appointment with Jonah at Juice Salon at Ranches Souq for a fresh hair cut/ style and shine treatment and I can say I wasn’t disappointed at all! From a smile on her face, she ensured I had an all rounded experience which was fab! I was incredibly happy with my new haircut and the treatment made my hair shine. I am def coming back here from here on for all things hair to Jonah, and perhaps other treatments too! Thank you for a great morning

I had a lovely experience with Jonah. I came in with very dull coloured hair and she gave me a fresh new colour. I didnt want to be too blonde and she understood completely and did very fine highlights which i am son pleased with. She finished off with some beach wave curls which i loved. I would defiantly recommend Jonah for any ladies for a new fresh colour and blow dry. I will be returning to Jonah for sure. 😃

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. I went in as a blonde wanting to go lighter, but the stylist was completely incompetent. They left my hair in an unacceptable state and tried to fix it multiple times, only to turn it into a patchy mix of colors. Half of my hair fell out, and the rest was completely burnt. No matter how many hair masks I do now, nothing can fix the damage. It was a complete waste of time, and I regret not complaining from the very first time. The stylist even tried to convince me that it looked “okay.” This is beyond unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend getting highlights here to anyone. Avoid this place if you value your hair.

Jonah done an amazing job, she styled my hair really well. All in all, service is excellent and all staff are friendly. Highly recommended, The Juice Beauty salon at Arabian Ranches 2.

I had an amazing experience with Ereka doing my full body massage . It was very relaxing and really remove all the stress from my body

Went in for a simple long layer haircut with only ends to be cut. Instead of 2 inches, 4 inches was cutoff. No texturing or feather done on the end. The layers were all uneven. Very chopped up. The wispy fringe was also uneven. For a senior hairstylist this haircut was terrible. Did not sure any skill. I left with my hair ruined and now have to wait for it to grow out to be able to get it fixed back in London.

Im happy with my experience here in this salon . I come to do my hair with the hair stylist Faridah she is very professional and knows whats the best for your hair, like products, color, etc . My mom also came and did her hair with Faridah she is super and professional , she loves her job, and you can see it👌🏻I highly recommend her . I hope this salon keeps their quality and productivity continues as I see it one of the best salons in the area!!

I went yesterday first time in this branch , around 2 pm as I was nearby Arabian ranches . I’ve requested for a eyebrow waxing and upper lip waxing . The lady doing my services first of all was very nervous, she told me then later will do threading, I told her no as I never do it . Before she starts , I specify two times make sure just to clean it up as I have kept them long time to grow and I need them thick as they are , she told me okay . When she removed I felt it was more then usual cause it hurt me , she had touched more then what I told her , and she did the same with the other side . Honestly I was extremely nervous . And then I told her what did u do , when she gave me the mirror I told you to keep them thick to not touch more then , she told me okay probably even English she did not understand cause she told me close ur eyes and she wanted to take more , I told her stop what are you doing ?! She told me to remove this !! What the hell !!! Then she removed my upper lip and she didn’t even think to put an oil or cream you put after due to redness. So unprofessional, extremely disrespectful on customer request. Honestly I do prefer to tell me waxing eyebrows is not my thing and that’s it , cause you must be professional in such sensitive as eyebrows waxing . Actually I am regular customer of this brand in other locations , this was horrible experience!! Despite that I was the only customer in the hair section was totally dirty , I guess the manager is only standing in the front without checking the floor and arounds.

Kameni is the best EVER for nail extensions . She takes care of my nails dearly .Highly recommend her for nails.

I sent my kid here to shorten her hair length and fix her fringe. I also went for waxing. The haircut was good and the wax was good too but:- my kid’s haircut was overcharged at 217 aed (that is after discount), it was just a simple haircut, I was expecting 150 or less- when I made waxing appointment, I said I wanted Brazillian and the receptionist somehow didn’t understand me and asked me twice which part of the body I wanted to wax while the male hairdresser was standing next to us, I didn’t know how else to explain to her but to smile and repeated Brazilian :) She finally understood.- when I showed up to the wax appointment a few days later, the wax technician had not shown up yet, the receptionist did try to call me once half an hour prior to my arrival. I felt like they could have tried more times to call me to let me know before the appointment time, I ended up having to wait for 50 minutes.Overall, it was not a positive experience and I would not come back.

Beware- the salon advertises Wash and Dry in the window for 40dhs. I went in for this service then got charged over 100dhs because the dry was a blow dry not some kind of a rapid dry. Very misleading and the service I had was definitely not worth the money.

I got my nails done by Kamini, and it was amazing!Shes really good at what she does, paying close attention to detail. The nail art she did was stunning and way better than I expected. Kamini is friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable.I left feeling more confident with my awesome nails. If you want your nails to look like art, Kamini is the person to go to!

I’ve been so excited to write this review!!! I randomly walked into this salon (never even knew it was there as it’s quite hidden in the back with all the products at the front) and got a blow dry by Erim, the senior stylist, 4 months ago and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve bought 2 blow dry packages and recently got my hair dyed by her. She’s honestly just makes me feel refreshed after every visit. She takes so much care of every part of the service; from my scalp scrub routine (she’s practically coached me through curing my itchy scalp which I’ve suffered from for years) to the head massage and hair mask she applies. I mean I can go on! Erim is truly godsend and I’m so happy I’ve found her.

Really disappointed with the customer service.I got a package which they have no recollection of. Every time I go i need to prove I got one. They have changed the packaged from 7 to 6. They dont seem to know what is going on. I get nonstop calls after my appointments asking me to pay and the when I went back they actually accused me again of not having one basically calling me a liar. I had to prove again with bank statements that I paid. Spoils the experience. I manage spas and salons across dubai and I would never give such poor treatment to a regular client. I have been about 5 times and weekly yet they still dont remember or know me.

I went to AR2 branch, and had the same service twice in less than ten days with 2 different ladies, both were nice and kind. The service was ok, though wasn’t the best! But I am super disappointed from the customer service, they charged me higher price in the second time for the exact same service!! And they were not friendly at all! they kept insist its different!!! And I am sure that I have asked for the same blow drying with brush I had last time!! Unfortunately they care about money more than customersI don’t recommend this place at all👎🏼

Terrible management very rude and asked meTo go do my hair somewhere else when I consulted the hair dresser before booking to get a treatment to nourish and remove glue from my hair after having extensions. Basically every dot of glue they wanted to charge me 25 aed so aed 300 money making machines lack emotional intelligence or how to deal with clients. They also kept saying we have our clientele like we don’t need you.I need a compensation on this experience. Definitely not going again
