Pham she is very strong but same time gently. She made me a massage in my head, was amazing, active my blood circulation which is amazing for growing hair. She gave some tips for taking care of the hair. And she spend a lot of time making may hair perfect. The salon is nice too.

I highly recommend this salon. A hidden gem in the back of The Juice Beauty store at Springs Souk. I’ve been numerous times.I love booking with Mantreet for my hair. I’ve done hair color and treatment and blow drying with her. She’s extremely lovely and professional and my hair always looks amazing afterwards and lasts for a few days.I’ve also gotten a facial and full body massage with Rida. I did a consultation with her for my facial and she recommended which facial my skin would need as well as some after care products. Really enjoyed it and my skin felt radiant and clear.The massage was for 90min with just the right amount of pressure on my body. Felt very relaxing as well as relieving for all the sore muscles and pain points in my body. Definitely a repeat.

The worst in balayage, my hair was perfect for a balayage make over as no coloring as touched my hair since 5 years. The final look was really bad, the colors started more than 10 cm away from the roots, and after 6 hours from trying to get the right color, they ended up coloring all my hair.I left home cos I couldnt wait anymore , I believe a professional salon would get their job done perfectly after 6 hours.The results were bad especially after going home and seeing the real look and colors and hearing feedbacks of how ugly the look was.Attached some photosThe problem is that I need to fix my hair, and I dont trust this salon for my hair makeover, so I need to get back my money to pay for a more professional salon, and they are refusing.

Good haircut experience from Manpreet, she was a lovely person too.The reception experience and the ambience of the salon isnt that great hence why I gave 4 stars but for the stylist I would give 5 stars.

Manpreet is the best. If you are thinking hair colour / cut / need a change of look, without hair damage, she’s the person to go to. She gives amazing advice after listening to your expectations and gives you exactly what you want. I can’t think of going to anyone else ever. She’s my girl for hair!

Have been going to Juice since 2023 for my wash and blow dries. Manpreet is the sweetest girl. Always smiling and kind, and an excellent hairstylist! She’s my go to gal. Also giving a shoutout to Reda who does my hair when Manpreet is busy. Reda is great with curls for heavy locks and a good masseuse to boot. In addition, they have great packages if u are living near by and plan on visiting regularly.

I had such a wonderful experience @ sprink soul Juice salon . The prompt service, relaxing and calm atmosphere is great! Sadly not the experience I expected .. the added star is for the helpful hair stylist at the reception who offered to try and rectify my “blowdry” as she could see how upset i was, sadly I was already late so couldn’t re do it.To be honest Im quite shocked they allowed me to pay as they could see my hair and the state of it and felt it needed to be re done themselves !! Very disheartened 158 aed for a messy hairstyle ..🙈

Just had my nails done by Rida at the spring souq branch and she was an absolute sweetheart and was so professional and did an immaculate job. Will be coming back again for my nails and to try more services.

I was assisted by the beauty constant Marianne and was honestly to helpful and knowledgeable with the products and how they will be on my hair and she took the time out to trial them for me. She was just to helpful and such a lovely lady to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone who needs any beauty products or consultations.

Recently I went to juice beauty saloon spring souq couple of times. My experience is really amazing. The staff is really kind and helpful.I tried others saloon for hair cut, coloring but i wasted my money for low quality products and poor services.I was introduced to Ms. Manpreet kaur Senior Hair Stylist at Juice saloon spring souq she has done a great job. She is very professional and having a great experience. I would highly recommend Manpreet for hair transformation.

Very nice blowdry hair done by Manpreet and Mischel

I rarely write reviews but based on my personal experience i wanted to send a message to the management , staff and customers.The management should train the staff and handle professionalism with customers. I have mixed review to offer :1. Even though the booking was made and confirmed about its availability in person , the booking was not created in the system by a representative who was requested not to address customer as My Love which was also ignored. The booking had to be made once again by calling on the day of the reservation as a booking confirmation wasnt received prior to the reservation date;2. A package was bought for 6 sessions of hair wash and blow dry but the stylist demanded additional pay for using the same brand shampoo for which the package was agreed for;3. The stylist who does excellent blow dry atleast she did a great job styling my hair massages neck with the shampoo instead of scalp and had to constantly remind about where my scalp is and request avoiding shampooing my face ; The same stylist didnt wash my scalp with enough water which led to itchy scalp and i had to wash my hair with water the next day and blow dry myself again ( why was that $ paid ,invested my time going to the saloon if i had to wash it by myself the very next morning ?);4. The stylist kept changing for each wash and after one of the sessions the hair looked flat despite using Wow volumizer. So i had to request the stylist who i personally liked the way she styled my hair and work with her guiding through out how not to do so everybody wins.I would like to say great staff and i am sure with right training amazing customer service will be offered so no client experiences my story.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with pedicure where a sharp metal tool was used and injured my toe and I told her to stop what shes doing and use a wooden tool which is what Im used to in other salons for this step. I am now a few hours away and my toe is red and painful and Im using antibiotic lotion. I only saw the tools being sprayed with alcohol after use and im not sure if they use uv light or not as it was not done infront of me . The manicurist was good though
