I’ve been coming here for manicure for over 7 months now and I’ve always received an amazing service. All girls are very good at their job & the prices very reasonable for Dubai. Thank you!

My recent experience at your Sparkle Tower location, left me extremely disappointed.Yesterday (20/11/2024) I contacted your team via WhatsApp to schedule a lash appointment and was assured I could receive the service. I arrived at 10:45 PM, as agreed, and was asked to wait. However, despite being told I would be attended to shortly, I waited for over two hours without any updates or proper communication about the delay.It was only after multiple follow-ups that I discovered the lash technician was not even on the premises. This crucial information was not communicated to me in advance, nor was I given the option to reschedule. Meanwhile, the receptionist, who seemed unprofessional and dismissive, frequently disappeared, leaving me feeling neglected and confused.By 12:45 AM, no service had been provided, and I was left sitting alone in the salon as the receptionist disappeared for an extended period without explanation. No apology or acknowledgment of the situation was offered at any point.As someone who made the effort to drive from Sports City for this appointment, this experience was deeply frustrating and a waste of time. The lack of communication, professionalism, and courtesy is unacceptable and does not reflect the standard of service one expects from your salon.I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent such incidents in the future. Clear communication, timely updates, and professional courtesy are essential to ensuring a positive customer experience.

Natalie, I love my nails, she treat me very well and nicely, she try improve she’s English and she is respectful and Amaizng French the do for me. She has good experience and understands very quickly what I want for my nails. 🩷🩷🩷Zhadyra work hard and fast, with quality !Julia the best in my lashes, to be quite honest, she is (for me) the friendliest and has the magic skills to do eyelashes perfectly. She also works with her heart, thats why I really like her work.

I’ve been coming here for more than 3 years right now. Today was the 1st time I got the technical (Zeynap). She is just absolutely amazing. I showed the image just once and she recreated the exact same. Her work is sure professional, super sweet person and I really hope from here onwards I’ll be lucky to catch her to do my nails.

I had the worst experience ever and for the first time in my life I got treated horribly like this, first of all the specialist broke my nail so bad and it was bleeding, she asked me to come back after two weeks to fix and they took full charge, when i went back to fix the disaster she caused me, the blonde lady told me that it’s not their fault and my nail was already broken and i have to pay for the new service! Then she just gave me her back and walked away! I kept asking for any solutions but she ignored me, obviously they didn’t want to do prepaid service, Now I’m in a different salon doing the nail and treated like a princess, never going back there ever again.

I will not talk much about environment and atmosphere in the saloon (both branch). Average English knowledge of staff (mostly speaks Russian or Kazakh)only paid parking that hard to get,no WiFi,no card payment,no washroom(only outside),and sometimes loooooong queue of waiting.This all can be tolerated, but not the final result of your nails. Went to Merano branch and after waiting 40 min for my turn got this “beautiful nails”(burgundy). They said in One by Omniyat branch they have TOP masters, so my next visit was there. Got another “amazing job”(French). Asking you to write a review, and literally standing next to you and watching what you will type, says they need a picture of reviews🤦🏽‍♀️

I had an amazing experience at the Lab salon today! Shera, did such a fantastic job on my nails. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail was incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look beautiful. I will definitely be coming back to see her. Highly recommend her if youre looking for a skilled and kind nail technician!

The Lab was really a fantastic time. I got my lashes lifted, manicure and pedicure, all done in under 3 hours. The ladies were so lovely, from the front desk to the ladies who did the services. I received a complimentary cappuccino and chocolate during my service. My lashes and nails look amazing, the quality and thoroughness of the services were brilliant. The price is great for what you receive. I’ll be back again😊

When you increase the prices we expect a better quality service but in the lab its the opposite. Ive been going to the lab for few months now and at the beginning when the prices were cheaper the service was amazing! But now after the prices have increased the service is the worse and nails starts breaking and getting ruined after 10 days or less. I am really disappointed with their service and i will not be going there anymore!You can see how my nails turned black from the top and on the side after less than 10 days ! Its horrible and they didnt even fix it and they wanted me to pay more to get it done and its clearly their products and they said its because of my weak nails 😂

Ok i understand they give cheap price which is 100 dirham every service. Well i dont want to complain much because its cheap but i just want to say what happen. I got my lash extension in the Lab Business bay branch, the girl who did my lashes actualy knows what to do about this job, im sure 100% she understand how to do lash extension, But because they put cheap price, so they also reduce the quality of the work. I went to lash course in my life so i also understand about lash extension. When the technician do lash extension for you she has to put lash on each every single your natural eyes. She cant jump one lash to another lash. This is what The Lab do, in order to be faster and lest using the product because the price is cheap, the technician put the extension jumping around, i have so many gap that still empty without the extension. If you know what i mean. When its finished i told her to put more, but still look the same , i guess she just put 2 extra lashes. That is ridiculous. My advice. If you looking for quality, go other places that better, it cost more expensive but you will get best quality. Price dont lie

Came to the place to make my nails and toes as well for my Eye lashes. The service for my eye lashes was well, however the nails part is terrible. First she made them too long then when I told to make it shorter the woman started to breath heavily and keep on sighing. Felt terrible and scared to get hurt from her very tight grip she kept holding my finger in very hard way. I let her finished. And she really made it so bad as you see in picture. I came for the service and not for the attitude of that russian speaker woman. She seating on the first lane and she’s really bad with costumer service. Never gonna come back and I will not recommend the place.

Favorite beauty salon in Dubai! Polina is top, her work is so accurate and detailed, I do acrylic nails and they last at least one month. Madina is top for lashes and brows. All of the girls are super kind, they will certainly make your day 🫶🏻

My experience in salon was very bad, I came there yesterday 8:00 pm to get finish my hand pedicure and foot pedicure and said this so clear so after finishing my hand pedicure and paying for it, the girl has cancelled on paper and gave me change back so I put on hand without observing what happened.I was waiting for foot pedicure that receptionist asked me to wait, then I found another lady who came after me starting foot pedicure while asking me to wait, the receptionist maybe doesn’t understand English well, so she pretended that I told her to cancel my foot pedicure while she was seeing me waiting over there.After talking with her, she was pretending that I cancelled foot pedicure and I should go because they were closing and asking me to come on next day instead of apologizing of her mistake.I kept waiting them to solve this for me, they weren’t have even courage to say that they will not help you, after asking them again they said the same I should leave and coming again on next day because they are closing.Totally not recommending this place.

I absolutely don’t recommend this place, especially Merano tower! It’s so unprofessional! I went couple of times to merano and omniyat and I can guarantee I will never ever come back! The price doesn’t worth it as you will end up paying 300 aed in the end for your lashes as they don’t stay longer than one week, I was once surprised when one client was fighting and explaining to receptionist that after one week she has no more extension and I can’t say more than that I absolutely agree with her!Next,NEVER go to Natali, her work is a disaster. I saw a client after me, she was filing her nails by herself because it’s unbelievable. I have never had worse nails than from her!Pedicure is also not much better. They don’t have normal nail polish( OPI, shellac, luxio) just stupid thick cheap gel( they call it base) which they put and after you are unable to wear your tennis shoes because it’s so thick and I saw another lady sitting close to me complaining about exactly the same issue. I did my pedicure with pink CHEAP gel polish and it was not done properly so she had to redo it again and I asked her if she can check all of them like this I don’t need to come again. Of course she said all good, so I am adding a photo you can tell yourself. Today I went to normal salon where they know how to treat clients and I paid 200 aed while in omniyat you will pay 170. So it’s a joke! This place is a disaster ! Girls don’t go there!!!!!!As well, I want to mention “beautiful” experience in merano toilet. When I entered I could not believe my eyes I am in UAE, please at least before charging your clients, make sure you have a clean toilet sit!!!!!!!Shame on you!

You better don’t waste your time here, the management are totally bad.1. They make their staff to work overtime.2. They make customers WAIT FOR AGES (also, after i wait that much long, i still need to wait for them to finish their argument (manager & nails master) because nobody want to do my nails.3. They will never listen to your complain or feedback, they will just ignore you like you’re not exist (because i did complain before, i text them, i even text the owner, but no response at all)4. The lady at the reception, she don’t know how to handle and manage the timing, my last visit she made me wait for 5 hours.If you don’t have enough staff, forget about to make promotion or offer.This is not my first time got this issue to wait few hours. I came back because i like how the nails master do my nails, however i will never come back to this salon, i got enough.But, I really appreciate for Nargiza who made my nails until 3AM in the morning, thank you for your kindness and service.

Amazing place. I was shocked!!!!! When I first heard its 100 aed per service, I was a bit hesitant but honestly this is the first place in Dubai who knows how to do a proper french!!! They are really amazing and proffessional! No reservation first come first serve, it was a bit challenging for me but everyone was really helpful.They are the best Anel is amazing.

I was told through the chat that I could come right away as there was no queue. However, when I arrived within 15 minutes, all the technicians were busy. It turned out the person chatting with me doesnt even work at this branch and provided misleading information. To make matters worse, the technicians were neither friendly nor helpful. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend wasting your time coming here based on their chat responses.

I’m living in Dubai for years and it was always strugle to find a perfect lash artist and someone I can trust until I found Julia in The Lab salon. I’m her regular customer for years now, she does my eyelashes perfectly everytime so fast and efficient, knows exactly what I want and so gentle, friendly at the same time. I went to the lab on a Friday and I got my nails done by Rabiya and she did it really smoothly and fast as well compared to the other salons I’ve been to. She was super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted without even showing her any photo. She’s awesome!! 10/10

I went for lip blush offer of Aed 100 and nothing happened after the treatment.1 hour treatment, too much pain due to the needles and no result. Lip color remained same, in 2 days their color went off. Wasted money, instead pay more and get a good treatment elsewer....

I had an awful experience here. When I arrived, the lady told me I was next in line, but I ended up waiting almost two hours while she kept sending other customers ahead of me. When I finally brought it up, she didn’t want to help and just asked me In a sarcastic manner what I wanted her to do about it. Instead of listening to my concerns, she kept talking over me.What’s worse is that if she had just been honest about the wait time upfront, I could’ve decided whether to stay or go somewhere else. Instead, I wasted my time.To top it all off, I didn’t have a pedicure in the end as the “master” didn’t know how to file the nails properly. I still was required to pay for this horrific and terrible experience.If I could give 0 for this salon I would.

I felt like I was discriminated . Wanted a cherry red manicure I chose the shade which had finished . So I asked her to compare 2 other shades and I asked her to put it and she just put it in a sloppy way and I couldn’t decide so I told her to do one of the shades after she put in 4 fingers I told her I didn’t like it . Then she spoke something in her language rudely which i obviously don’t understand but face expressions are universal. So I felt embarrassed and just went with the color . And there was another client sitting next to me from a different culture and she was treated very well.The salon is clean and hygienic I have no complaints on that . It’s the technician was rude . 170 aed paid for a service I didn’t enjoy and a color I didn’t like .

They did my nails and i HATE them. I asked for coffin nails and got square that goes outwards and the nail lady was watching a show the whole time not focusing on my nails. The service is also terrible they seated me with no worker and 3 people started before me when they just came and i waited for 50 min when they said it would take 20 max!! terrible

It was the second time I visited this salon and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I faced some issues that I hope you can address.I specifically requested not to have a certain color applied, but the technician used it anyway. Additionally, there seemed to be a language barrier, which made communication challenging.Most importantly, within just two days, my nails started breaking, which is very disappointing. I expected a better quality service for the price I paid.I hope you can take this feedback into consideration to improve future experiences for your clients.

Their work is good but I just hate the deception. I always call and ask about the waiting time/crowd for every salon. And all salons are honest but them. This has happened three times. I called them and they said no waiting time, 10 mins later I arrive and it’s extremely crowded. I ended up waiting for two hours. Absolutely no respect for other people’s time. Apart from that, all three times I’ve been here, they never have the right colors. Basic french pink they didn’t have. I always compromise on the color there.

I booked an appointment at the Business Bay branch and arrived early to ensure I had enough time for my service. However, when I got there, I was informed that I would have to wait because walk-ins were being prioritized due to a promotion. This lack of coordination within the team was frustrating. I was told that the Marina manager had handled my booking, and the Business Bay staff were not even aware of my appointment.I returned because I was very satisfied with my previous eyebrow and eyeliner services, but this experience was disappointing. I hope the team can work on being more organized, friendly, and accommodating to ensure clients feel valued and welcomed.

From early morning l was coming a few times try to get a service for my lips permanent make up. First time the person who does it, she didn’t come to her duty, and my time was lost.Second time when l came, there were no sufficient color pallete, only one limited color was available - red one - what’s not suitable for me at all. When color will be available, nobody knew… as result 2 times l waste my time unfortunately.From the morning since opening time the carpet is not cleaned…

I recently went to The Lab UAE for a pedicure, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I called ahead, and they assured me they would take clients until 10 pm. I arrived at 9:35, and from the moment I stepped in, I was rushed by the staff. Despite arriving on time, it felt like they were annoyed that I was there.The problems began when the manager insisted I pay upfront, even though I had informed them that my boyfriend was bringing cash, as they only accept cash (which is dubious and inconvenient). I explained it would take about 15 minutes, but she made rude faces and kept pestering me, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If they required prepayment, they should have told me over the phone before starting the service.The environment was chaotic and far from relaxing. The loud, terrible Russian music and constant chatter in Russian made it impossible to unwind. To make matters worse, there was another client who wanted more than one service, but the staff rudely refused because it was too late—even though she had arrived before closing time, just like me. After this encounter, it felt like the staff were talking about us, making the whole situation even more uncomfortable.When I asked for a phone charger, they didn’t have one. The manager repeatedly came to check when my boyfriend would arrive with the money, each time with an attitude. By the fifth time, I was so frustrated, I just wanted to leave.To top it all off, when my boyfriend arrived, no one was at the door to greet him, and he was treated terribly by the staff. After he paid, we realized they had overcharged us—170 instead of the 130 I was quoted for a pedicure and gel removal. Despite this, I still tipped 30, bringing the total to 200 for what was a completely unpleasant experience.The nails themselves were fine, but that’s the bare minimum I expect from a salon. The customer service, however, was beyond horrible. The entire experience was far from relaxing and left me feeling frustrated and upset. If you can’t provide decent service at a later hour, then don’t stay open until 10 pm! I will never return, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place as well. Save your money and go somewhere that treats customers with respect!

Best nails in town for the best price and quality can only be done here! Had Polina today doing my nails. She is super quick and very friendly. The result of the nails is better then expected. Cannot recommend enough Polina and The Lab salon.

I visited the lab in Sparkle towers, had the worst service ever in 8 years in Dubai. The technician Dana was so unprofessional and doesnt know how to remove the glue from nails, gave me attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

By the time you find the salon, forget where you started. It is in an inaccessible place and it is not the location that they send you during the agreement.When you find him at the door, you are met with very unprofessional service that makes you regret coming in the first place. Mom Jasemins eyes scan you from head to toe with a look full of hatred. I felt very uncomfortable. There is no welcome service for foreigners in the salon, only local girls are offered coffee or tea. Foreigners dont. Not to mention the Internet. I dont recommend it.The workers are ok, they just mumble something while they work so you dont understand them. Very annoying.

I tried their eyelash service and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The quality was very poor, as they used regular super glue for the application, which caused severe irritation to my eyes and nose. Additionally, the lashes themselves were of terrible quality—made of hard, heavy plastic that felt like doll lashes. To make matters worse, half of the lashes I applied fell off on the same day.The technician was also quite rude. When I asked her to wear a mask, her response was dismissive, simply stating, “We don’t have any.” This lack of professionalism and hygiene left me shocked. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience.

I had a pedicure done by Alina. The experience was great. Alina was attentive and professional, ensuring that every detail was perfect. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and took her time to provide a thorough and relaxing pedicure.The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience.

It has been 2 years that Im doing my nails in this Salon, Im so sensitive and care about details, I love their work, its a pure art, I recommend it to everyone, if you are in rush come earlier in the morning, otherwise it will take some time to do your nails, its almost busy and full of customers, I recommend to do it with Mrs. Nur, she is fast and kind.

Shocking Experience – Avoid The Lab UAE!I’m not usually one to complain, but my experience with The Lab UAE was absolutely shocking and heartbreaking. I went in for both my lashes and eyebrows, and what should have been a simple beauty treatment turned into a nightmare.Firstly, the lash technician was extremely rough, and at one point, it genuinely felt like she was pulling my eyelashes out. However, the real disaster was my eyebrows. I explicitly told the technician that I wanted a clean-up, not thin eyebrows. I even kept asking her if she was pulling too much out because it felt like she was, but I trusted her assurances. Unfortunately, because I was getting my lashes done at the same time, I couldn’t open my eyes to check.When I finally got home and saw my eyebrows, I was devastated. They were completely botched—thinner than I’ve ever had them and with noticeable gaps. I immediately contacted the salon, and they told me to come back the next day so they could “check it.”When I returned, the technician outright denied plucking the top of my eyebrows, even though I vividly remember her staying in that area for far too long. They even claimed they could check the cameras to prove their point, but they never actually did. I suspect they knew I was right, as the footage would have clearly shown her plucking at the top. Then their story changed—they told me I didn’t have hair there to begin with, essentially blaming me for the gaps they created. I’ve never felt so insulted or gaslit by a service provider in my life.When they asked me what I wanted to do, I said well unless you can make my eyebrow hairs magically grow back the least they could do was refund me for the damage they’d caused. But they refused, instead offering to “fix” it. How can you fix it when the hair is gone? Despite my better judgment, I agreed to see what they could do, only because I felt it couldn’t possibly get worse. Their idea of fixing it was brushing my eyebrows and applying oil—completely absurd and utterly useless.Now, I’m left with uneven, thin eyebrows that make me feel self-conscious every time I look in the mirror. We all know how slow eyebrow hair grows, so I’m stuck with this for who knows how long.This experience has been emotionally draining, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone which is why I’m doing this review. Please think twice before trusting this place with your lashes or eyebrows—it’s just not worth the risk.

My gel extensions broke within less than 24 hours. I went back and the manager tried to deny that 3 nails broke within a day. They agreed to fix them and 1 day later, 2 of f my nails broke. I wasted so much time, taxis and my nails didn’t make it to the occasion I made them for. Worst experience.

You cant believe how stupid they are! Its a stupid, ridiculous work schedule! You go and wait for hours! They try to convince you that even a nail that isnt damaged is damaged, and on top of that, you waste your time.

The service is soooo bad, even the brows it doesnt stay long, it doesnt looks good after a day@ and the color is fading so fast. Additionally the staff is so rude and we dont feel comfortable at all. Zero star , it’s about my terrible experience at this nail salon. I visited this salon for three months in a row, and every time, I ended up with 1 or 2 broken nails near the skin, causing immense pain. First nails started to crack from sides then broken from any easy surface touch.The last visit was the worst, as my nail broke in the middle or more, resulting in bleeding, as you can see in the photos. I strongly believe that the poor quality products they use contributed to these issues. Despite having frequented nail salons for 15 years on a monthly basis, I have never encountered such problems before. I will never go back to this salon again !

The worst experience ever.I’ve been getting my nails done religiously for 10 years in England and this was the worst experience I have ever had.The staff are rude and there are SO many people cramped into small spaces. I am not someone that ever gets anxiety but this sent my anxiety through the roof.The wait to get anything done is incredibly long and they add random charges onto your bill.I really would not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at [The lap] thanks to Minavar and Sahida. They both did an amazing job on my nails and hair keratin treatment. Not only were they highly skilled, but they were also incredibly friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their attention to detail and warm personalities really stood out. I highly recommend asking for them when you visit!

While I was getting my nails done. The client next to me was trying to explain what she wanted and the lady who was doing her nails kept laughing and talking over her until the manager came and they were talking in their language and stated laughing together. It was so unprofessional. The lady who did my lashes after was so unbothered. Didn’t even say hello or anything, just what do you want. I think when the owner isn’t around they do what they want.

First time!The nail master took not only gel but own nail surface for this question she answered me NO ITS OKAY later I am experiencing this. Lashes falling along with my own lashes. The glue is very strong what they are using it made destroy yours.

I signed up for eyebrow lamination and a manicure with gel polish. My eyebrows were done well, but my nails! Its obvious that the specialist is in a hurry, the work is put on stream. She jerked my hand, cut off hangnails too roughly. Its obvious that they are not interested in clients, since they have a stream of new ones. And they didnt do any design for me, they couldnt even apply basic foil like in the picture. I got this kind of specialist. I dont know about others. But I wont go to this salon to get my nails done anymore!

Date: September 09, 2024I recently visited Lab Salon for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.After a long and tiring day at work, I was looking forward to relaxing with a pampering session. However, my visit to Lab Salon was anything but relaxing. While the manicure was completed at a reasonable time, the pedicure service was a completely different story. Despite arriving before others and being assigned a number, I was left waiting for an extended period while others were served first. As the salon approached closing time, I was still waiting for my pedicure.The receptionists decision to prioritize other customers, even when there was a clear system in place, was frustrating and inconsiderate. Its unacceptable to be kept waiting for so long, especially when the salon is about to close and after a tiring workday.I would strongly recommend avoiding Lab Salon if youre looking for a reliable and efficient beauty service. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have grown to love this salon so much because they tend to my pedicure and manicure needs in an amazing and satisfying way... but yesterday I was there and I noticed all the girls have been changed and they moved them to the new business bay branch, the girl who attended my nails was a big nooooooooooo for the first time in a very long time I am disappointed. I usually get my nails done at the lab merano tower and i like the work done by the technician SHERA as she’s super gentle, respectful, careful and does her job very well. I totally recommend to ask for her anytime you visit there.Unfortunately the waiting time is too much at the salon and sometimes its gets frustrating but in general, the work done is well there.

Very disappointed ☹️ I actually found it on instagram and it doesn’t look as on instagram and it’s expensive for the quality. I called before I went there and they told me it will only take 45min and I ended up sitting there for almost 2 hours and it was still not what I wanted. First I asked for square with french they told me they can’t do it because I have a almond shape before. So I told her to do almond natural and she did a square shape but very slim it was more ballerina than square. I think communication was off in that part that’s why I didn’t say anything. But at the end its was a different shape with a different color and more expensive. Also one of my nails needed extensions and I wanted a tip to be glued and they did twice polygel extensions even tho I told them I don’t wanted. Summarized I don’t like the shape (even I try to fix it a bit at home), I don’t like the service cause they can’t really communicate and even if you say you don’t like it they keep doing it and not trying to do it as you wish and for this design and for the quality I paid way tooooooo much. Very unsatisfied and won’t recommend.

I’ve been to The Lab salon today @ Business bay branch and the lady named Anna made me so much upset. She confirmed my appointment today at 3pm to do my eyebrow and yet when I reached the place she just told me that the technician was off. Worst customer service I have experienced here in Dubai, I went to the Salon since it’s close to my working place, I have saw on the page that they do eyelash lamination, it was mentioned 100 dirhams I have booked accordingly they mentioned that they take cash only and she has given me the address in omnyat tower, I went to an atm in the morning to withdraw as I don’t carry cash at all and went thereWhile arriving I got surprised that there is no facility to stamp for the parking and per hour it was 15 dirhams for the hour, okey.. maybe this salon doesn’t propose,Next I went inside, the receptionist asked me what I will do I mentioned I had a booking and my name for the lashes lamination, she has given me a paper with a tick lash lamination 150 dirhams.I didn’t notice in the spot then when she left I read the paper, I have waited for her and asked her when she came back while waiting for 15 minutes she directly told me show me your story I told her this is the instagram messages, she said you need to have a story tagging us from 10 h ago, I mentioned that nothing is mentioned on the post and showed it to her, she gave me her back and left on my face and went to the cashier, to speak to other customers, I was standing like a dumb, no respect at all, I have followed her went to the cashier and I told her that it’s was not what it was discussed and I didn’t even carry money cash for more than 100 dirhams, she didn’t give me even an eye contact and said go to Merano, i don’t have a lot of time I took my break to come only, also marina is far for me, she said I Said Mareno not Marina I said what’s that, again she gave me her back and said the other branch 10 to 15 minutes from here they give 100 dirhams, I told her to call the branch as I don’t have appointment and I don’t wanna wait as it’s already late, she said call them yourself it’s on google map, I said since you knew it’s not here and I have specifically sent you this post why you didn’t tell me from the beginning, she just gave me attitude I through the paper on her desk and didn’t approve that I was treated this way, I used to pay 300 dirhams for a lady who used to come to my house which do an amazing job, but I went there because of the availability and the proximity to my work, I was super disappointed how she talk to people and how she did in front of all the customers, I’ll never come back there, I left telling her that the customer service sucks and I never experienced such a bad experience, I spoke to a friend of mine that told me 2 years ago that she used to go there she told me that their welcoming is horrible and they speak very rudely to people (the receptionist)So just for the salon a message: people are not coming just for the cost of the service, but for the quality of the service,environment, the humain experience which is more important I’ll never forget the way you made me feel. I wish I can give a zero star.I made a booking for nails extension and like many others I really believed the hype, only to find out after I used their service that they are stealing pictures and videos from other nail profiles and uses them as their own. This is how I got tricked into it.I waited 1h30 min even tho I had a booking. I was willing to wait, as long as I will have the “awesome” nails they advertise.The girl who did my nails was a disaster. Using techniques from 30 years ago. Even me I can do better nails than her. My nails are crooked. VERY THICK NAILS, the cuticle area looks so bad.The staff doesn’t speak english and they are full of attitude and rude.The girl from the reception Yasmin, had the audacity to come to us and DEMAND a 5 star review, even tho we didn’t even start the service first🤣🤣🤣 they lack of customer service and common sense.DON’T GO TO RHIS PLACE. Nothing is sanitized there and it’s the worst service you can get in Dubai. STAY AWAY

The price of the nails is more than 100, you do it with them and if you go back you will always pay extra for removal even if you had your nails done there, something I only saw in Dubai where they charge to remove a service they did themselves, there is no Wi-Fi in the salon.

There is no point of you taking an appointment for this salon. The minute you get here they ask you to wait for 30 mins. Just because of their promotion they have overbooked themselves and say “you will have to wait” ?? Just not acceptable especially because this is not a walk in appointment its a booked appointment. Secondly on the day of the appointment 20 mins before they have informed me that they accept cash only or there will be 5% charge. Cherry on top..parking is either RTA parking which takes you 20+ mins to find or else you need to give for valet which will cost 15 dhs per hour. Once again, it is OUR RIGHT to know these things in advance.

The worst customer service ever.They made me wait for more than one hour and a half and then they say that they cant do it. They even didnt apologize. There was only one Arab lady she was so nice and kind, but others nooooo . So unprofessional people and the ladies are not skillful enough. Sooo disappointing. I got a chance to interact with Hassan and Dana and they are pathetically rude. They do not know how to do a service and speak rudely to people. I did nails with them and they came out in a day, they started mocking on my face about that my nails are not made for extensions and go do a Shakirovna, because we do not have quality like them. So guys Shakirovna is just 200 mts away. I took their advise and went there and it really worked well.Please do not go to The Lab unless you want zero returns.

If you’re looking for a quality beautiful nails PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.I’ve been to a lot of places and this is the horrible one. The nail technician made my 2 nails are BLEEDING and SWOLLEN for few days and having PUS! My nails wasn’t even cleaned properly the cuticle’s are so dirty, myself even know how to use nipper to clean my nails.When i shared my bad experiences to Manager FARIZA she asked me to visit and redo my nails so i came back 5days after, so i met YASMINE the admin to redo my nails however she refused and she “asked me for a payment” instead of giving compensation of what i experience. Whatever concerns you have, YASMINA she won’t listen to you she will just answer you “I don’t want to talk” . They don’t even have NUDE colors in the salon as per Technician’s. All photos and videos in Instagram are not even real.Please note walking distance is 15MINUTES from Metro NOT 5MINS as they said so better take taxi.When you arrive minimum 2-3hrs waiting time, others said 5-7hrs when they had the special offers, so you will really need to wait for your turn.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in this salon. I will never go back here. Below photos are my nails that they have refused to get it all fix (5days after)
