It was my first time to visit this salon, and I would definitely be coming back. My hairstylist is Nermine she was amazing! I told her I wanted a change in my hair and she gives me a lot of advice and I trusted her and it turned out amazing! I had a full head low light color with a hint of hazel, cut and blow dry.

Nermine is always giving me the nicest highlights and color for my blonde hair and the result is always so natural and I don’t need to do anything until my next appointment in 2-3 months and my color never turns yellowI don’t trust many salons with blonde hair butLoft never let me down so it worth the price

I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the manager of your Motor City branch, not the technicians, who have always been excellent.I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, visiting every two weeks, but my recent experience was frustrating and unacceptable. When I came to fix three gel nails that fell off just 10 days after the service(and this was the first time in my life i come for fixing), I told the manager that I didn’t believe I should have to pay for the repairs. However, she insisted, saying, “you have to pay today, and I’ll fix it for you next time,”Sorry i’m not waiting to get a free service from you! Please check the customer history before get into a discussion.she even demanded photos of the broken nails, as if questioning my honesty. I left feeling undervalued and upset, which is not what I expect after 10 years of loyalty.

A great experience with the services and staff,Nermin,Elena,Marry are my favorites❤️ but hoping for some improvements to the salon’s comfort and appearance.I believe salon,need to be upgraded,the chairs are impacting experience to be honest.

First time getting the service. The ladies were very calm and friendly and super professional!I have ingrown nail issues so it’s tricky to get my toes done. But the staff were really skilled and I didn’t feel any pain at all!!I’d definitely be going back!

The loft Fifth Avenue Motor City is an affordable and easily accessible place to get your hair and nails done. The shop has a ladies section also and caters for kids as well. The staff is really friendly and the services provided are upto the mark. The shop is quite trendy. There is a Spa as well.

The best place for mani-pedi that I have experienced so far in Dubai. Very professional staff, quality material.. long duration of the nail polish.

Just been to the loft motor city and all I can say is wow, my hair was super dark with red underneath so to manage to lighten it to the exact colour I wanted, with such care not to damage my hair is something special, it was my first time visiting a salon in dubai, so I was a bit nervous, but I think I have found a keeper.The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, just amazing staff 😍

I love all the professional super friendly staff in motor city branch! I am a regular with the expert MaryAnne! She is brilliant and multitalented! Very fortunate that I found her. I do manicure, pedicure, eyelashes with Maryanne. Great service but it is always a torture having to lay down on that weird bed for my eyelashes, last time I had a crazy lower back pain after we finished! Today I was hesitant and kept asking Maryanne to get down that torture bed to stretch and make sure not to ruin my back like last time! To the management of Loft, Please get more comfortable chairs or beds so you don’t ruin the service and the good experience for us! It could really push me to do my eyelashes somewhere else!

My mom and I came on Nov’23 to cut our hairs. We met Narmeen and her magical powers! She heard us, understood what we need and gave her full on honestly and her expertise. Even based on that my mom decided to color her hair with her and it was fabulous. Ever since I started to come back and forth to Narmeen and I recommend any friend to go to her and they get obsessed the same way I do💕💕💕.

I did the hair toner and the hair cut with Aiperi in motor city branch today and as usual she is the best!Among all I tried She is the best on hair coloring so far and she always does the job with no damage to the hair, or at least she will always recommend what is the best for client she takes care of. I have been their loyal customer for 4 years because of their beautiful staff, who I have built an amazing connection with.Mary, SP, Venessa, and Princess have always made me feel home and comfortable.The reason why I have given 2 stars because it is time for management to do some renovation and have new, comfortable furniture and a fresh look. The chairs are not comfortable and worn and torn. I believe if I am going to be in a chair for more than an hour, at least I am comfortable and do not get stiff and sore back aches after getting best mani and pedi services.I have met someone from management 4 or 5 months and they promised before the high season they have plans to refurbish and renovate and still no signs of making this place look great as it deserves.Second, as a regular I do not wish to talk to a call center. I would like to call the branch coordinator, who I am comfortable to talk to since they know me and recognize me and knows exactly why I am calling for and understands my needs and the service I require.I do not feel the personalized when someone on the other end of the line has no clue who am I and would need to repeat myself several times.Again, the only thing that keeps me coming to this branch is the wonderful team and their personalized service I receive. The place is becoming too old and not comfortable. I do hope management reconsiders in investing in this branch because it is more than just a place. It has become part of Motor city’s neighborhood.

I went today for a fringe cut, as I recently moved to Motor City and The Loft was walking distance away.As a regular client of The Loft salons, I was usually going to The Dubai mall and went twice to Dubai Hills mall.A very sincere piece of advice- don’t waist your time going for anything hair related to this branch!The hairdresser was truly unskilled and looked like she just woke up when I came into hair section of the salon.She didn’t know what she was doing with a bare understanding of English. She held and cut my fringe as a person without any previous training, so surprising for The Loft level!However, even without English understanding, she should be able to know how to cut a simple side/curtain fringes.So disappointing and so unexpected as other branches have good hairdressers.A big shoutout to Motor City management- I surely won’t come for hair service here again, but if you care about your business and reputation, you urgently need to bring in another female hairdresser/hairstylist.

I have been a client of Amin for the past 10 years, a superb technical hair dresser for men, with the best professional attitude towards his craft. One of the best hair dressers in Dubai hands down, and the Loft is one of the most professional hair salons in Dubai.So all in all, safe to say, one of the best hair salons for men in the Dubai.

I feel like Demi is the only hairdresser in town who can deal with short blonde hair, and Ive been following her from salon to salon. Motor City is not the most convenient for me, but shes totally worth it. My hair is not easy to dye, but where other hairdressers have failed miserably, she has succeeded every time. Shes a perfectionist and always gets the color and cut right, and the products she recommends are excellent. She also gives great advice on hairstyles based on hair type, and knows exactly what suits whom. She is creative and not afraid to experiment, and a visit to her salon is always an afternoon pleasantly spent. Ive had plenty of compliments on my colour and cut, including from strangers. I wouldnt go to anyone else.

The salon was clean and neat but I had the worst hair cut ever my hair was long and I just wanted to remove the damaged hair I know it was going to be shorter but not to be reduced from the end of my back until the first tip of my shoulders. Unprofessional and she seemed like she knows only the traditional outdated haircut styles and now I look like a girl in the 90s and I hate it.

Have been a regular for years now, and not aiming to stop as soon as Demit (hairstylist) is there!!!! She is one and only I can trust my hair to, always a good advice and obviously a hair cut. Having said that she is a great fun too!!! Highly recommend 💥

Clean and neat salon. My son is a regular customer of Ali, great guy who knows how to find common language with kids. It was not easy for us to find good barber because my son’s hair is tricky, but Ali deals with is just perfect.Staff is always attentive, offers coffee/tea.You can park outside for 1 hour free, or underground.

I visited the loft for the first time last month and I must say Demy is by far the best hairdresser that has ever worked on my hair!! The color turned out amazing... She was the only hairdresser who was able to remove the copper color from my hair. She also took her time to give me the most natural most beautiful highlights. Far too often, due to my many years experience, Ill go for a treatment somewhere and inevitably, Ill leave thoroughly disappointed. However, I ALWAYS look forward to a pedicure with Princess Miranda Blanco at The Loft in Motor City. Her work is impeccable .. and I dont use the word lightly. When my feet are done by her, there is nothing I could improve upon. Her technique is perfect. Her manner is genuinely friendly & sincere and very professional. I am disappointed with the listening skills that the hairdresser demonstrated when she did the haircut. The hairdresser and I are from the same country and we were communicating in our mother language, so there shouldn’t have been this degree of misunderstanding about what I wanted.I went in and explained that I wanted a shoulder length bob. I had a photo of myself with this hairstyle. I said cut perhaps 2 cm (we are Americans so maybe she understood 2 inches- if so she needs to learn the metric system if she is going to work abroad). I also tried to explain that I wanted a bob that wasn’t bell or triangular shaped, and I tried to show some photos of a type of reverse layering that would achieve this look. I made it clear that I wanted to retain shoulder length hair.She responded by saying that she would use her “professional judgment” which ended up in a short haircut, even after I had made a point of telling her my preference for length.The haircut is a good one, but it is not what I wanted. I feel she ignored my request about the length. It’s like she gave me the haircut she wanted to do rather than the one I asked for.I would like a 50% refund on the service. I think that’s fair. I did get a solid haircut, but she didn’t respect my directions about length of hair.

I have been to the dubai hills mall branch and the service was wonderful! Today / for Christmas eve, i decided to try the motor city branch. I am not sure if the receptionist or the front desk lady was unhappy bc she was working on a holiday (which I completely understand) but that is still not a reason for rudeness! Very unprofessional in her communication. I will definitely not be back to this branch, other than that she also charged me for curls when I only blow dried my hair without ironer (which is something I discussed with her as well). Ridiculous and rude. In terms of styling I wanted a bouncy hair dry and its fair to say that its was just a blow dry.

What a really lovely experience.....I had my hair done by Demy who attentive and talked me through my colour and cut.....the end result was, I have to say stunning and I am thrilled! ...the hair wash was fabulous, I had a stinking headache on arrival and it had gone after my head massage. The receptionist was very smiley, nice and so welcoming!I have been in Dubai a year and have tried many salons....and Im pleased to say this is a winner for me and I will most definitely be back! I went for a haircut and a blowdry in the branch of motor city.. im a regular client in dubai hills mall, the stuff and everything there absolutely great !!However coming to the the first above branche was shocked of the level of the girl who did my hair! Horrible horrible experience.. 0 skills dealing with hair !! I would never expect such thing from the loft !Basically dont expect same level of service in all branches !I didnt ask about the girls name and I will not write it here ! But i was shocked for this inconvenience and my final look !DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.. its unacceptable!!

I went to have a bouncy blow and spoke to the hairdresser first… cocktail party, evening dress.She burned my ear, didn’t even brush my hair first. She finished in less than 10mins and it was shocking. I fo my hair better goinv to work. Demet (demy) is the sole reason i come to Loft 5th Avenue Motor City. Five years ago, when I first met Demy, my hair was damaged. Previous treatments damaged it so much. Demy took on the challenge to revive my hair, and bring it back to health, and length. People cant believe that my hair is dyed and treated, it looks so natural!Since then, i have not seeked any other salon service in the UAE.She is professional, courteous, friendly, attentive and patient! Something that is rare to find at times in a hair salon. I wish her all the best in her career.

First, the location is great! Free parking and entrance just next to salon.Manicure was great, I always go for gel and I like that they can do it same time with other services.Eyebrow tinting and treading master is so lovely) she do facials as well.Lena did a great haircolor for me, she really listen what I wanted and helped me to choose the right color, I’m very happy with my hair now.Also they sell my favorite Kerastaze products!Thank you, will come again.

Haircut and styling was okay, but the barber was very rough, felt like he was in a hurry to catch a flight. Very rough with the use of the machine, pinched a few times. `even got my mask off on one occasion. The guy needs to realise, he is dealing with people. 1st and last visit to this barber shop. I walked by the place many times and i only thought it is a ladies salon, but they also have a men section for cutting hair, the guys inside are professional and skilled, but the place is a bit expensive you can pay up to 150aed for hair cut and beard trimming

Malyn ( nail tech) has attitude! It’s still morning, I think I’m the first client there, and she’s having no skills at all in customer service. Just to mention!! It’s not free of charge! You have to train your staff how yo deal with customers!

Very friendly staff. This was the first time I had visited this establishment. I got the works.Hair cut, shave, eyebrows, inside nose and a pedicure. Oh and wash and blow dry. They did an excellent job and was impressed how they followed the COVID 19 GUIDE LINES. All together plus a nice tip it was around 341 AED. Would recommend.

I have been coming to this Salon for many years now. amine is an excellent barber with great experience. All staffs are very professional.

Last week, in this salon, I had the worst experience of my life! My hair was “chopped” not cut, after me explaining many times that I want to keep my hair long and straight. Also, the “low lights” looks like the “half head” has been dyed a lighter color. The salon looks like can do with a bit of cleaning! Extra professional training will should be given to the person that has destroyed my hair.

Despite recommendations I was disappointed by the haircut here. The barber seemed unattentive, answering phones and such during the session. The cut was uneven and the result less than satisfactory.

Dear management,I went for a waxing with a appointment.My appointment was at 6.30pm .But i wait there until 7.10pm .They said the technician busy. After that at 7.17 pm they take another customer inside when I was there to the wax.I waste my time because of this worst service.I am really disappointed with the service.They don’t work according to the appointment.They take customers as they want.
