Highly professional, very friendly (they helped so much with my 4 months old baby that I had to bring with me ) very clean , beautifully designed..I’m in Dubai since almost 8 years , this is the first time I would say that highly recommend a salon , Jean is so lovely and an expert in her profession,I had good service and good time thanks to her , she makes me feel like home 🌹

Hands down best salon in Dubai for nails, hair, waxing, massage - you name it! The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Blow dries are done in a separate room so can enjoy some peace and quiet whilst doing nails. The staff are super friendly and attentive. I recently colored my hair with Erika and she did a fantastic job (photo attached)!!! My hair is still super healthy. Highly recommend this salon!

Had an amazing experience, this is already the second time I come here and I even brought my sister.I only trust Maya with my hair, she knows how to take care of my curls while at the same time doing the style I ask for. She’s amazing doing color, highlights, styling and cuts. She is also so kind and nice to talk to. I highly recommend asking for Maya if you want to do anything with your hair.My sister also got her nails done it was great and also the face threading was really good.

Love getting my hair done by Maya! Her consultations are thorough, and the color is exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy I finally found a stylist who really listens and excels in their work. My cut is amazing and I already can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend her. 10/10

Pedicure with Venus is amazing; shes very meticulous and knows what shes doing. I would come back for pedicure with her. Russian manicure on the other hand has nothing to do with russian manicure. Only the sides of the cuticles were cleaned with the machine, the middle and the edges were not touched and 4 days in my nails need a manicure again when it usually lasts a good 2 weeks and a third week if stretched. The salon is clean, spacious and pretty.

Daisy is the best 🤍 she is an angel, so professional. The only person in Dubai that i would trust with my nails. Her work is so clean and perfect. 1000% recommend

The best salon in dubai! The ladies on the reception are always so lovely and welcoming. I see Roa for french manicure every few weeks and she is by far the best nail lady I’ve ever had she’s such a perfectionist and I leave so happy every time! And I always see Rajaa for my hair and she’s just amazing always gets what I’m looking for absolutely perfect and I always get compliments on my hair after seeing her!

If youre on the hunt for the ultimate mani-pedi, hydra facial, or hair treatment in Dubai, The Nail Pavilion is your spot. Their manis and pedis are flawless. And I am super impressed with the hydra facials, which I tired a few times now, they are like a magic wand for that glass-skin look that leaves your face feeling plump and baby-smooth. Another treatment I love is their crystal protein treatment. My fine hair went from meh to wow – stronger, thicker, yet still much smoother and silkier. The team here is super skilled and always nails it (pun intended). Theyre total pros and make you feel at ease right away. Its one of the few places I let touch my hair in Dubai. Plus, the vibe is always relaxed, the folks are friendly.

Very disappointed with this salon, they advertised a 20% off offer for the first appointment and she didnt want to apply it once at the checkout. Online the price of the pedicure is 90 aed and I had to pay 110 aed without nail polish ! Since when is tax more than 20%? I wouldnt come back and I wouldnt recommend this address.

I visited this salon on three occasions for an extremely specific hair color and haircut, providing a photo each time. However, on all three visits, my hair came out burnt, damaged, with numerous bald spots, and a dreadful color. Furthermore, my shirt was ruined due to the products used, and none of this has been reimbursed.I reluctantly agreed to have my hair fixed for the fourth time at their second branch in JBR, which was satisfactory, but I was still charged 1600 AED. Is this acceptable? My damaged shirt remains uncompensated. Is this acceptable? Oh, they even offered me a massage. Is that their idea of customer service? To those residing in Al Barari, I urge you to seek services elsewhere, as you are bound to be disappointed.I cannot fathom how this establishment manages to garner positive reviews

I come here for nails blow dry and they just added make up service!I love blow dry with Raja, nails with Katreena and Helen and make up done by Mukta is simply amazing.

Erika blowdries my hair at least twice a week. She’s amazing. She knows exactly how I like to do it and she is the fastest stylist I have ever seen. I’ve also had my hair done by Raja and Vittoria and I highly recommend them both.

The best .. always reliable.. best blow drys ever and I have really thick curly hair .. home service is amazing … I can always count on TNP. Thank you 😊

Went for French manicure and pedicure and was really upset that this technique was challenging for the ladies who did it ( first of all - no proper brush to layer white tips, no idea on how thin /thick it should be)French tips on my toenails looked ridiculous, so I had to choose to cover them with layer of darker polish.French manicure turned out to be very far from desired... On the 3rd day I am already seeing air pockets on my gelish manicure...Learned my lesson and will not be visiting this place again

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They’re not transparent with their pricing, and even after paying AED650+ for gel nails, the nails are coming off after 10 days and they’re unwilling to fix them. Absolute joke.

They have cameras inside without letting us know before coming and they don’t have a sign for it!! They didn’t have before when I came! Be careful if you are hijabi!!

The staff at the reception are so rude and not professional at all , and the most important thing be carful with what they charged you always double check , they charged me extra from my registered card in fresh ,and refuse to refund .
